Progress Residential Property Manager review: Company refused to comply

I refuse to move back into Progress Residential company after being with them for three years. The company charge you for every thing such as just having the driver come out and see what’s going on with the house. When I first moved here, not knowing the house was an old house. They just turned around and flipped it. We went through termite issues we went through big spiders, and that when you pop on the spider small spiders come out of them. Coming close to my month of month of with three months I chose to stay here while my house get ready to be finished built, they charge you higher fees with month to month from $77-$146 and over. Getting close to my three months to end I was supposed to be charged a prorated fee. They charge me the whole full amount fee. I was told if I didn’t pay that amount fee that I will still getting charge for a late charge fee, even though it was a human error. After trying to put in my vacate notice, I kept receiving an unable to receive error, due to technical issues. I even called to put a claim number in now one return that call back. This is a very sad company and sometimes when you need answer to your problems, no one does not reply to it, so I had to add a couple of people within an email message to get my answer. I called back to ask where was my refund and then I get this email but again no one ever called me back to explain why they took my deposit and didn’t refund me back half of my prorated fee. So don’t come to Progress Residential. These are scammers.
