I have never even been to this site or its affiliates, yet somehow my bank info was used for a $70.00 charge. This is fraud and identity theft. Why is this site even still on the net? Please go a step further and report them to www.ftc.gov.

Had to cancel my bank card and waiting for 8am so I can call to dispute these charges.. bank said getting a new bank card is the only way to stop charges again next month..

I have a charge to my account and when I went to cancel the membership as it states at this No.# [protected], it told me to go to this site to do this. I don't know if it is a Dvd membership or what. Can you look into this for me. I got trapped as I was looking for jobs on net and they make you sign up for all this stuff first before qualifying for certain levels. Don't do it. Now I have all these ccharges coming out of my account like that WuYi tea company keeps charging me and now my bank account is in the neg. because they took money out without my approval when I already canceled. So, you get screwed by these companies and it's hard to get it fixed.

I called the 800 number to cancel and was told I would still be charged the processing fees. I told her I read nothing that said I would be charged "processing fees" at the time of initial signup. I don't even recall giving them my credit card number. I don't know how they got that. But, I told the operator I better not be charged anything. She said she would send me a confirmation number of cancelation and no money would be charged. I will wait and see. I also sent an email to the "ProgramStop.com" for immediated cancellation a week earlier and the opeator told me nothing had been recieved for a cancellation. So, don't count on an email to do anything for you. Again, I still don't think I gave them a credit card number. That really puzzels me.

I just called the [protected] to cancel the Pro-Value Plus monthly charge (16.95) on my Discover Card. I will be vigillant about checking my credit card statements from now on (and to make sure the current charges are refunded). I don't remember signing up for this charge. I was looking at my bank statement and saw 16.95 charged to me and I had never heard of wc value plus v ? Called my bank and they said there had been charges over the last few months. Bank North said they are looking into it and to change my account numbers right away. Thanks Elizabeth at Bank North, she made me feel alot better. This company has been deducting 16.95 a month for 6 months from my account as well as that of my boyfriend. We share the same e-mail address. I never authorized yhese withdrawals. When I called, they cancelled the account and sent me a form to complete regarding my reimbursement. What is going on? I will never put my credit card or debit card information in the computer again. Beware - they camouflage the charges by using different names on the debit or simply reads as ACH Withdrawal!

I bought a book from Kevin Trudeau entitled Natural Cures Revealed. From the time of this purchase and they got a hold of my account number, funds in the amount of $19.95 has been withdrawn everymonth for the past three months. I have contacted the company and asked them to discontinue whatever program they have signed me up for; at that time they took $19.95 twice in the same month from my account. I am asking that funds be refunded or more drastic measures will be taken. I am looking and reading the complaints, but no one seem to be able to stop this company from ripping off anyone.

i recieved my information pack from funscource and to claim my gift card i had to go to the web site and enter my subscriber id number. guess what, it doesn't work the number is invallid. also there was suppose to be a 14 day trial membership, i recieved the package on july 1, they charged my wifes credit card 19.95 on july 2nd. thats not 14 days in my world. i now have to print off this form and request a refund, if they feel it is warranted, maybe i'll get my 20bucks back, but i doubt it. someone should file a class action law suite against these crooks.My advice if oyu get a phone call from one of there pushy persistent, dishonest sales people, just say no and hang up.

I also checked my checking account and found that I had fraudulant charges of $19.95 debited from my account on the same day twice. It was under member services and no company name.. I called my bank had the payments stopped and was given their phone number [protected]. I was told by the bank that someone had used my debit card...I had to cancel it and get a new one. No one ever answered to phone number that I was given, it was a recording..I wan't going to wait to get in touch with them and I headed straight for the bank.

Today there was two charges on my credit card for $19.95 each. from Membership Services also with the #[protected] . Neither my husband or I authorized these charges. I'm not going to waste my time and contact this bogus company. I'm just going to go directly to my credit card co. on Monday and dispute these charges. Everyone should do the same. Don't forget to have your credit card # changed also so they can't do it again. By the way My husband ordered Patch Perfect (that grass crap) and we believe that is where they got our info. I wonder how many other people ordered it and got these charges as well. Don't let them get you! Dispute these charges!

The best way to avoid problems with these ### thieves~(ProgramStop.com)~ is to call your bank/ or your credit card company, cancel that checking account and/or/credit card and have them open up a new accout for you with a different checking account / credit card number. If you explain to your bank/credit card company the reason why you need to do this, there's a good chance that they'll waive any "stop payment" or "new account" fees. My bank was happy to do so!

My wife ordered something on the phone(some kind of wet mop ?) and I think that is how these scamers get your information. This co. shared our info with this "valueplusonline" group and now we are members of some kind of outfit we did not want. I checked on the net and it's a mess. I checked all over on the net for where I could stop this and cancel it but found nothing to allow that. Will have to wait till Monday, as others above, to contact them to cancel. Really gives me the glow-butt the way these people get our info and start tapping your acct. Previous complaints have suggested change your credit card number at your bank. I would but I do business with a lot of legitimate companies that keep my Visa # on file for my convience. That would be a lot of trouble. Of which would not be necessary were it not for these shysters drawing breath!
Ruins my weekend because I will be pissed-off till I get them on the phone Monday! I don't expect this to be easy either, as they set up their scams to make it hard enough that a lot of people will give up if they just stop drafting their accts.

Have called and talked to a MISSY and after being very rude to me she said it was canceled, she lied of course. My credit card was billed for $1.95. This all happened on 9/30/08. I am verry p----- off about this, this s--- needs to stop. I am contacting the better business bureau, the attorney general's office and anyone else I have to, to stop this. I work hard for my money and I do not need some a-- hole taking it from me. I am also contacting my lawyer!

Times are hard for most families and thats alot of money. Don't forget to have your credit card # changed also so they can't do it again. By the way My husband ordered Patch Perfect (that grass crap) and we believe that is where they got our info. I wonder how many other people ordered it and got these charges as well. Don't let them get you! Dispute these charges!
The best way to avoid problems with these ### thieves~(ProgramStop.com)~ is to call your bank/ or your credit card company, cancel that checking account and/or/credit card and have them open up a new accout for you with a different checking account / credit card number. If you explain to your bank/credit card company the reason why you need to do this, there's a good chance that they'll waive any "stop payment" or "new account" fees. My bank was happy to do so!

My wife ordered something on the phone(some kind of wet mop ?) and I think that is how these scamers get your information. This co. shared our info with this "valueplusonline" group and now we are members of some kind of outfit we did not want. I checked on the net and it's a mess. I checked all over on the net for where I could stop this and cancel it but found nothing to allow that. Will have to wait till Monday, as others above, to contact them to cancel. Really gives me the glow-butt the way these people get our info and start tapping your acct. Previous complaints have suggested change your credit card number at your bank. I would but I do business with a lot of legitimate companies that keep my Visa # on file for my convience. That would be a lot of trouble. Of which would not be necessary were it not for these shysters drawing breath!
Ruins my weekend because I will be pissed-off till I get them on the phone Monday! I don't expect this to be easy either, as they set up their scams to make it hard enough that a lot of people will give up if they just stop drafting their accts.
I also am getting charges to my credit card from this WC VALUE PLUS did not join did not want this. Have called and talked to a MISSY and after being very rude to me she said it was canceled, she lied of course. My credit card was billed for $1.95. This all happened on 9/30/08. I am verry p----- off about this, this s--- needs to stop. I am contacting the better business bureau, the attorney general's office and anyone else I have to, to stop this. I work hard for my money and I do not need some a-- hole taking it from me. I am also contacting my lawyer!
I simply wish to stop the debtcures newsletter from coming and not be charged the fee. I would have done this via telephone, however, they are closed and there is no home page on their website with any contact information, just item for sale and we the little people can always leave our personal information but can never seem to get to the big guys as they do not want anything but out money! Very telling.

I never purchased an membership with anyone. I count my money to the last penny. You have charged my account for two months for a total of $79.80. Times are hard for most families and thats alot of money. If Im not credited $79.80 to my account ASAP and stop drafting my account Im going to presses charges for stealing my bank information and taking my money. Plus I'm going to get a lawyer to sue you because no one should be able to do things like this.

i was told i would get between 14/30 days to try, but was charged befor time was up. also canceled befor time and still got charged. i would like to get my money back, but ican see they have done this befor and no money back .
I ordered mens dress slacks from Haband co. on the internet. After submitting my order I was asked to click on a $10.00 coupon for future order. Next thing I have is a $19.95 charge on my credit card for WC VALUE PLUS. Never did get the coupon. Credit card company will take care of charge. What a disgusting way to rip people off !
