Add a little more than the interest charges to the minimum. They are suppose to, by law, apply any payments that exceed the minimum payment to the highest interest rate. The next month, you should see the 14.99% drop off. If they do not do that, it's a direct violation of the credit card laws that went into effect Spring of 2010.
Unamerican my ###, if you knew how to properly pay a credit card you wouldn't make assinine statments. You made two payements in the one one month and no payments that affected the 2nd month's balance. Always look at your billing date. I always make sure the statement has been posted before I make the next payment. They can also change the dates on you.

Sorry Charlie, there is a little known secret when you accept their terms and condition of their agreement with you. You know the one, the one you didn't pay any attention. Practically ALL virus removal software companies will hide in that agreemnt, that you click that you agree to, that puts you on auto-renewal.
Well just wait until you switch from Norton to someone else. ALL Anti-virus make you confirm that you agree with the terms and conditions of their contract before you ar all0wed to download their product. Now guess what's part of that pesky agreement that you authorized but never looked at? That's right an automatic renewal. You can type in Norton, McAfee, Webroot, oe any of then and will see the same complaints. Just for the record, Norton sucks.
I don't know if you want to go this route, but you could contact a lawyer that specializes in wrongful terminations (check your yellow pages). Utah is one of 11 states that has a implied covenant-of-good-faith and fair-dealing exception with respect to an exception to at-will employment (which is the rule in most states). At-will means the employer doesn't even need a reason to get rid of you. What the implied covenant-of-good-faith and fair-dealing means is there can be no terminations where malice or bad faith occur. This appears to fit your situation, but you would would obviously need those witnesses to prove it. It definitely looks like you were terminated wrongly.

Santander has only been on the scene less that 18 months. GMAC has been around for many years. So yeah maybe they do have less complaints than GMAC, so that's not a relevant comparison. I don't have a car loan with anybody. My brother has one with Santander and from what he tells me and the people on this board, they suck.

If you're in VA, contact State Attorney General's office. As far as I am concerned Webroot sucks as Anti-Virus. I heard the guy who founded the company died and they have gone downhill ever since. The POS couldnt detect all of the viruses I got recently had that either I removed or malwarebytes helped me remove and I have Windows XP.
