You should read the FDCPA, (google it) so you will know your rights. Ask for the debt to be sent, in writing. Contact your State Attorney General's Office. Contact the FTC if they are making harrassing phone calls. Never give any personal information over the phone.

You may want to consider contacting a lawyer and file Chapter 13. It stops the harrassment. It forces them to accept a lower payment and they can't take your vehicle.
