I don't think they get a different "score" than consumers but a different report. For example, a creditor lowered my credit limit because of a negative report. I called the credit card agency and informed them that I am a co-signor on a relatives credit and they said they don't have that detailed information. All they show is a deliquency.
The creditor went on to tell you they look at different factors and not all are the same. Those factors woudl be established by their management to use as criteria for determining creditworthyness. The report would be the same for all of the creditors. It's how they interpret the results which determines the weight of those factors.

Best advice is to go to www.malwarebytes.org and downlaod the free malware detection. Run a quick scan. It's a pretty easy program to navigate. If you don't trust just anyone who responds to you on the internet; you can perform a google search on malwarebytes or even search facebook and see the testimonials. This program has saved me and I am pretty sure it will remove the malware you have. It's good to have a quality anti virus and one that removed malware. I don't think there is anything on the internet better at removing malware than malwarebytes. HIjackthis is also a free website download that can help you get rid of this malware.
