I'M GOING TO KEEP PREACHING THIS SERMON EVERYTIME I READ A POST FROM ONE OF YOU MEMBERS HERE TALKING ABOUT "WARRANTIES" FOR YOUR JEWELRY.
"THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A WARRANTY ON JEWELRY!" PLEASE STOP SPENDING UNNECESSARY MONEY ON THESE SCAMS WHEN IT COMES TO PURCHASING JEWELRY FROM ANY JEWELER OR JEWELRY STORE!
I have said this time and time again on this site "THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS QUALITY JEWELRY FOR LESS, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" and it seems no matter how many times I say this here, I come back and i'm reading another complaint from another member talking about their experience with online jewelers and topics such as yours.
I have even tried to reach out to many of you to help you get quality jewelry through me, BUT! You never respond to me for my help. Well when you want to do things your way, this is what will continue happening to you.
People take this advice from a "REAL ONLINE PERSONAL JEWELER" such as myself "DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON ALLEGED WARRANTIES ON JEWELRY THEY'RE NOT REAL."
I don't offer them, nor do I sell "DEFECTIVE JEWELRY" to my online customers.
It is very unfortunate what has happened to you dealing with Jared, had you dealt with me this would have never happened to you.
For future reference, I strongly suggest to anyone who may read your post then read my comment here "NEVER LEAVE YOUR CENTER STONE WITH ANY JEWELER WHEN YOU'RE HAVING YOUR RING SIZED OR ANYTHING ELSE" always ask that your center stone be removed in front of you, then given to you before any work begins on your ring.
When you come back to the jewelry store, they can reset your center stone back into your ring in front of you while you wait, and if they cannot "DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY NOR LEAVE YOUR RINGS AT THEIR JEWELRY STORE."
Make sure you ask the jeweler "CAN HE OR SHE REMOVE YOUR CENTER STONE FROM YOUR RING IN FRONT OF YOU, AND GIVE IT TO YOU, THEN RESET IT FOR YOU WHEN YOU RETURN TO PICK UP YOUR RING, AND IF THEY CANNOT I SUGGEST YOU FIND A JEWELER WHO WILL."
Should you like to cancel your order with 365 Diamond and purchase a " DIAMOND ETERNITY BAND" for your wife from a reputable online jeweler like myself feel free to contact me "James The Jeweler" here or by phone at [protected] or by email: jamesthejeweler@yahoo.com
I am a "REAL ONLINE PERSONAL JEWELER" and after reading your post above, it is apparent to me that you should have either purchased the more affordable "PALLADIUM" or the more expensive "PLATINUM" semi-mount.
"PALLADIUM" costs around the same as 14kt white gold, but it gives you all of the benefits of "PLATINUM" minus the high cost of "PLATINUM."
Should you ever decide to purchase "PALLADIUM" I assure you that you will "NEVER" have any issues with yellow on your semi mount at all. I'm very surprised that this jewelry store didn't even offer this precious metal to you. "PALLADIUM" is hypo-allergenic and it is also much rarer than gold. "PALLADIUM" like "PLATINUM" will never tarnish.
I do sell "PALLADIUM SEMI-MOUNTS" and I can also have jewelry made in "PALLADIUM" as well.
Let me tell you that I am a "REAL ONLINE PERSONAL JEWELER" and I assure you, that 'REPUTABLE JEWELER" will ever tell you that they can sell you "100% NATURAL CANARY YELLOW DIAMONDS" for $187.00 per carat.
I would never tell any of my online customers that I can sell them anything as this for such a low per carat price. In my professional opinion, people you should know that when you're attempting to buy the top of the line color in diamonds, you're "NEVER" going to pay a cheap price for it.
You should have never paid for anything such as an "ALLEGED" canary yellow diamond "UNTIL" you did your homework.
You should take this "ALLEGED FAKE CHECK" to your local District Attorney's Office and have this person or people prosecuted. I would first contact the police to file a "POLICE REPORT" then i'd pay a visit to the District Attorney's Office.
Reading this post of yours makes me laugh to some degree, because "NO REPUTABLE JEWELER WOULD EVER GUARANTEE THAT THEIR JEWELRY WOULD APPRAISE FOR 2 TO 3 TIMES MORE THAN WHAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR IT."
I never tell any of my online customers "NONSENSE" such as this because I only deal with 'QUALITY GEMSTONES OR JEWELRY" from the beginning, so I have no need to say things even close to this mess to my customers, they'll see my jewelry for what it is, and that is "QUALITY JEWELRY" and nothing less.
I have said this countless times on this site concerning "WARRANTIES ON JEWELRY" they "DO NOT EXIST" and nor will they be honored by the majority of jewelers who offer them to their customers.
I have "NEVER" offered my online customers any form of "WARRANTIES" on my jewelry because I don't sell "LOW QUALITY JEWELRY" from the beginning.
Everyone "DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY ON YOUR JEWELRY, IT IS A SCAM AND YOU'RE ONLY PAYING FOR A LIE IN ADVANCE." When a jeweler offers you a "WARRANTY" on the jewelry you're buying, I can assure you that you're going to have problems with that item of jewelry, so "DO NOT BUY IT."
Yes you should contact the police to file a "POLICE REPORT" immediately because for everyday you allow this to go on without reporting it you're only hurting your own case. You can also go file a "WARRANT APPLICATION" in the County in which you mailed your watches to these crooks to.
Don't continue waiting to do something concerning your "EXPENSIVE WATCHES" because this is a crime and it looks like "THEFT BY CONVERSION" if these crooks have gotten your watches and sold them to pay their bills or they've given your watches to someone else.
After reading your post here, I will tell you that I am a "GRADUATE GEMOLOGIST" as well as an online personal jeweler. And I will tell you right now that an I color, SI2 clarity round diamond will "NEVER" be $6000.00 UNLESS the seller is either a jewel thief who's trying to sell his stolen merchandise as soon as possible, or the seller has inherited this stone and they don't know the true value of it. Also a round diamond of this quality will never be as valuable as the appraisal you got for this "ALLEGED" 2.10 carat I color, SI2 clarity round diamond you purchased for $6000.00
I have a diamond that is 2.14 carats total weight and it is I color, SI2 clarity and my diamond has EXCELLENT polish and symmetry with NO FLUORESCENCE. The cost of my diamond is $19, 500.00 and my diamond is GIA certified, so if you paid $6000.00 for a diamond of this quality you were bound to be taken from the door.
I must say that is so unfortunate how long i've been on this site trying to educate and help many of the members here who've been taken by either jewelry stores or online jewelers, and no one has come to me for my advice nor help. So I just log onto this site for a good laugh when I read some of the jewelry posts here.
I wish you luck on proving your case to someone because you should have done your homework well before you forked over $6000.00 for a diamond that will never be that cheap UNLESS it is as cloudy as a cold winter's day, and even if it were cloudy it would NEVER cost $6000.00 no matter the fact that it may have been a 2.10 carat diamond.
Well if you "ALLEGEDLY" purchased $20, 000 worth of jewelry from this jeweler and he refuses to give you back your money. It is very appropriate for you to take him to court. And I am a "REAL ONLINE PERSONAL JEWELER" in Atlanta, GA who will also tell you to file a "POLICE REPORT" also for even more evidence in your court case against this jeweler. This is "THEFT BY DECEPTION" and i'd also ask that you look into filing a "WARRANT APPLICATION" in your Magistrate Court against the jeweler you gave your money to, because he should be arrested for his crime.
Reading your post here, I will certainly tell you that i'm a real "ONLINE PERSONAL JEWELER" in Atlanta, GA. I will first say that there's no such thing as "WHITE GOLD WEARING OFF OF A RING" unless this ring is "PLATED WHITE GOLD." Rings are normally "RHODIUM PLATED" over 14kt white gold or even 18kt white gold. And sometimes even 14kt or 18kt yellow gold is "RHODIUM PLATED" to make the jewelry appear as if it's white gold or even Platinum when it is not.
As for the diamonds in the ring your son has, it is apparent that the diamonds are a light yellow color or even a champagne color. The gold on the ring has nothing to do with a diamond having body color showing in it when you view it from the top nor the sides of the diamond. A "GENUINE 14KT GOLD RING IS, WHAT IT IS AND THE GOLD DOES NOT RUB OFF OF IT WHEN YOU PUT IT ON TO WEAR IT."
I TRULY AND HONESTLY must tell you that THERE IS ABSOLUTELY WAY you'll ever purchase a G color VVS1 clarity round diamond for the price you ALLEGEDLY paid for one!
A high quality diamond such as a .90 carat round G color VVS1 clarity diamond is going to be well OVER $5000.00 for sure! ESPECIALLY IF THAT DIAMOND WAS GRADED BY THE GIA. I'm a REAL ONLINE PERSONAL JEWELER as well as a GRADUATE GEMOLOGIST so I know what i'm talking about.
Just for your own knowledge i've posted my own diamond here that I have and it is a TRUE .90 carat round diamond that is G color, VVS1 clarity. This diamond has EXCELLENT cut, polish, and symmetry with NO FLUORESCENCE.
My diamond is: $8300.00
Here's my .90 carat round diamond that is G color VVS1 clarity.
I am a REAL ONLINE JEWELER and I will tell you that from reading your post here, what has happened is your band had been RHODIUM PLATED to cover the yellow gold under the RHODIUM PLATING. After the month past the RHODIUM PLATING began to wear away beginning to show the yellow gold under it.
I would have suggested to you PALLADIUM rather than 14kt or 18kt white gold. You would appreciate PALLADIUM far more than either of these metals because PALLADIUM is a NATURALLY WHITE PRECIOUS METAL and it is an AFFORDABLE MEMBER OF THE PLATINUM FAMILY. PALLADIUM NEVER NEEDS RHODIUM PLATING and it is HYPO-ALLERGENIC.
The jeweler you purchased your band or bands from should have informed you that the band you were purchasing had been RHODIUM PLATED but apparently he didn't. The next time you decide to gold WHITE GOLD I would STRONGLY SUGGEST you request PALLADIUM instead.
Being an Atlanta jeweler as well as a reputable online jeweler, and jewelry consultant. I hate that you had this bad experience with this company. I don't do business with ITSHOT DOT COM but I have heard many complaints about them, their jewelry, as well as their customer service.
I've had many online customers come to me wanting to buy jewelry from me, after their very bad experience with ITSHOT DOT COM. Because they see that i'm not going to treat them the way this company treated them.
Hello to you I read your post here, and I am an Atlanta retail jeweler. As well as an online personal jeweler, who educates and informs the online jewelry buying public about jewelry and gemstones.
I will say to you that in the future when it comes to getting your ring sized or anything that involves leaving your engagement rings. ALWAYS ask to have your center stone REMOVED and given to you. Then once work is done on your ring, you can bring your center stone back, for them to reset it for you.
This VERY IMPORTANT for EVERY woman to do when it comes to your engagement rings, that have any kind of center stone you feel you want to protect.
Should you like to contact me James The Jeweler you can do so at: jamesthejeweler@yahoo.com or by phone at [protected].

Mike-R23rd of Oct, 2013
My name is Mike Ross and I am contacting you on behalf of ItsHot.com regarding your post
ItsHot.com — diamonds fall out of ring
We did research on you: you are not a real jeweler nor have you had "many of ItsHot.com customers come to you wanted to buy your jewelry because they had bad experience with us". If you review is not removed we will be pursuing legal action as it is a lie and is damaging to our reputation and causes us real financial losses.
Regards,
Tim Sheetz
ItsHot.com Legal Team
Mike Ross STOP trying to defend that SHADY JEWELRY BUSINESS you currently work for, that has far too many ONLINE COMPLAINTS to count! It'shot.com is a MICROWAVE MESS and the proof is online. There's nothing you can say that will ever defeat that FACT!
Again EVERYONE I REQUEST that you google: It'shot.com COMPLAINTS
You will clearly see that Mike Ross is a LIAR and his comments above are WORTHLESS at best! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH IT'SHOT.COM or else you too will be filing your very own COMPLAINT on this site against them!
UPDATE TO THIS POST: Everyone I want you all to be VERY CAREFUL of the POSITIVE COMMENTS concerning the jewelry IT'SHOT.COM is selling! I have come to find out that they're asking people who've NEVER purchased their POOR QUALITY JEWELRY to post POSITIVE COMMENTS about them. So that the POSITIVE COMMENTS will out number their NEGATIVE ONLINE COMMENTS!
When an ETHICAL JEWELRY STORE does RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTABLE business, they don't have to continuously DEFEND the QUALITY OF THEIR JEWELRY to the customers who bought it! So to you Mike Ross? We could care less about what you have to say here, the INTERNET JEWELRY BUYING CONSUMERS HAVE SPOKEN about ITS'HOT.COM and their comments are NEGATIVE!
To EVERYONE reading my FACTUAL COMMENTS here I ask that you visit the links below to see what i'm talking about, and PLEASE read ALL of the comments where IT'SHOT.COM is DEFENDING the QUALITY of their POORLY MADE JEWELRY mixed in with their POSITIVE COMMENTS too:

My FACTUAL COMMENTS are NOT supposed to make any sense to you Mike Ross! You're a SHADY JEWELRY BUSINESS! Now I want you to post this "ALLEGED" REPORT you have on my business and I so the readers here can review it!
When you post your FRAUDULENT, SHADY, DEFAMATORY REPORT about my business and I on this site, I shall and will SHUT YOU DOWN COMPLETELY! I GUARANTEE YOU OF THIS FACT! Now go right ahead and post what you "ALLEGE" you have on my business and I.
ATTENTION READERS: Mike Ross sent me this INBOX MESSAGE below that I am going to COMPEL him to prove to you, as well as myself. I received this INBOX MESSAGE from him below:
Mike-R 5th of Jan, 2014
Report includes that he was not able to locate a jewelry business in your name nor the location where you indicated customers who are not happy with our service came. You do not file business taxes, which means you are a fraud and moreover since you do make some sales and do not report them you should be further investigated and reported to IRS as well.
Regards,
Mike Ross
Krista i'm offended this happened to you, and i'm an Atlanta jeweler as well as an online personal jeweler. Should you ever want to purchase anymore moissanite jewelry. Feel free to contact me and let me know what you're interested in purchasing. I assure you this will never be your problem again!
