I would've never given my information for a card such as this over the internet, it's not worth it and i also feel that many people see the lure of the $500 and go crazy!
People let me say this to you do what i do whenever you get any post cards or letters of "INSTANT CREDIT" go to google.com and type in that companies name and horror stories, for example here's another bad company to do business with "paypal" now go to google.com and type in "PAYPAL HORROR STORIES" now read all of the complaints there concerning paypal.com and ask yourself, would you or would you want to do business with that company?
You can also type in "PAYPAL COMPLAINTS" and just look at all of the complaints this company has received. I do hope this information has come as some help to atleast one of you reading my comment.

I strongly suggest you contact your credit card company and inform them of your problem with your recent purchase of the GOOGLE SUCCESS KIT and let them know you never received it, let them know you never got your purchase. Let them know that you'd like for your card to stop being charged for a purchased you never received or you're going to close your credit card account with them, that should bring some closure to your problem IMMEDIATELY. You don't ever buy anything GOOGLE has to offer ever again, some of these things you see online with GOOGLE on it, is not even endorsed by them anyway, there are people using GOOGLE'S name fraudulently, and by the way never buy anyone's products, services, or items if you can't contact them by phone, regardless of who they may be. GOOGLE in my opinion is a SCAM all within themselves especially their GOOGLE CHECKOUTS merchant accounts, GOOGLE WILL SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT AT WILL WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THEY DID IT. What i don't like is how Jared's treated you when it came down to giving you the ring you thought you'd be paying for, and i will tell you Jared's could've handled your matter MUCH BETTER than they did.
In the future get it in writing that regardless of whether you're getting jewelry CUSTOM DESIGNED or not that any defects of the jewelry you're paying to have made will be repaired IN A TIMELY MANNER at the jeweler's expense not yours, and if any jeweler can't give you that warranty leave their jewelry store. A WARRANTY is an IRON - CLAD way to assure you're not going to be scammed, and you can use this WARRANTY in court if you should have to take a jeweler to court.

I don't approve of how you were treated and if you have a receipt from the store and it doesn't have on this receipt NO REFUNDS the store must give you a refund, because anytime a store says NO REFUNDS this also must be printed on their sales receipts.

I will advise you to get a CERTIFIED JEWELRY APPRAISAL done on this ring that you say is 1ct before you try to sell it to anyone, because an UNBIASED CERTIFIED JEWELRY APPRAISAL will let a jeweler or anyone else know what its' real value is. Unless your diamonds are CLOUDY or have BLACK CARBON SPOTS in them that can be seen without a jeweler's loupe, there's no way that ring would be bought by a jeweler for less than it's FAIR MARKET VALUE or it's REPLACEMENT VALUE. A solitaire 1ct diamond will always be worth more that several smaller diamonds that may equal 1ct, but regardless of that if the diamonds are white & clear to the naked eye you can surely get more than $140 for it.

I don't offer the same kind of plans many jewelers do i offer REALISTIC PAYMENT PLANS to my online clients. I don't quite understand why you should've even been charged a late fee on such a low payment schedule in the first place, and i think it's a very bad business idea of Helzberg Diamonds to treat you this way considering your payments you were currently making.
I don't know what type of ring you were trying to buy but there's no damn way i would've charged you a LATE FEE on such a small payment schedule, and i don't charge LATE FEES period on late payments, i inform my clients that if they can't make their weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments on time let me know atleast 2 days before their payment is due, then i will work with them, but if they don't they will lose their jewelry due to NON-PAYMENT.

I tell my clients that if you're not really interested in buying & keeping jewelry you're buying from me nor any other jeweler please keep your money, because i'm not in the business of loaning my jewelry for a TEMPORARY DEPOSIT. I don't sell LOW QUALITY JEWELRY in the first place, but by the same token unless the jewelry you were buying from this company was POOR QUALITY, POOR WORKMANSHIP, or jewelry that wasn't what you THOUGHT YOU WERE PAYING FOR, there's was no reason for your return of it.
In the future i strongly suggest you do your homework on any item of jewelry you'd like to buy before you buy it, and in my online business i EDUCATE MY CLIENTS on the jewelry or gemstones they want, before i allow them to spend their money with me, and my online clients APPRECIATE MY CUSTOMER SERVICE as well.

In my opinion if you're having such a bad experience with online shopping i suggest you stop shopping online and start going into a jewelry store to make your purchases. I have an online jewelry webstore and i've NEVER had a return of my jewelry for as long as i've had my 2 jewelry webstores. I also suggest you educate yourself on the jewelry or gemstones you're trying to buy before you start using your credit cards or cash to obtain them.
I tell my clients this "MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT TO PAY FOR & KEEP BEFORE YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH ME" because i'm not in the business of loaning my jewelry for a temporary payment, and that's exactly what your credit card transactions look like in my opinion. You're ordering jewelry only to send it back for a FULL REFUND and that to me is really not a good way to spend your time or money.

Now if you really did your RESEARCH on this online watch dealer, and then you turned around and still bought a REPLICA WATCH from them, you get what you pay for? why would you say did your RESEARCH on this watch dealer, only to find out they are: "a rip off and fraudulent?" in your own words.
Quality replica watches can be bought, but many of you as jewelry buyers are too quick to find a GREAT DEAL and i'll say this a million times, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A GREAT DEAL ON QUALITY LOOSE DIAMONDS, JEWELRY, OR WATCHES. You will continue getting BURNED by both online and store front jewelers until you learn your lesson on the jewelry industry, that's why i decided to become a member of this site. I'm UNBIASED and i don't care if you buy jewelry from me or not, i'm going to give you the HONEST ANSWERS i feel you need to read here.
I don't even sell REPLICA WATCHES because there's far too many QUALITY SWISS MADE watches in the jewelry industry i love to locate and sell to my customers who will enjoy them and appreciate them over time. White Topaz is a "SEMI-PRECIOUS" gemstone so i'd love to know if this ring is a SOLITAIRE or a series of SMALLER GEMSTONES. It really doesn't matter White Topaz is an INEXPENSIVE GEMSTONE and a soft one as well.
