First and foremost, I will tell everyone who may be reading mywords here as a "REAL ONLINE ATLANTA PERSONAL JEWELRY DESIGNER, JEWELRY BROKER, AND JEWELRY CONSULTANT."
DO NOT BUY JEWELRY HOPING TO TRADE IT IN FOR ANOTHER ITEM OF JEWELRY OF HIGHER PRICE OR VALUE, IT'S A WASTE OF YOUR TIME.
I never tell my online customers, "IF YOU BUY MY JEWELRY AND KEEP IT, ONE DAY YOU CAN TRADE IT IN AND GET A MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE PIECE OF MY JEWELRY" because it's not going to happen.
My advice to all of you, if you can't afford an expensive item of jewelry, get what you can afford, then save your money for the item of jewelry you may want."DO NOT TRADE IN JEWELRY FOR AN EXPENSIVE PIECE OF JEWELRY" because you're only playing yourselves.
My advice as a "REAL ATLANTA ONLINE PERSONAL JEWELER" is to always make sure any online jewelry retailer has a working phone number, not just an email address. When an online store doesn't have a working phone number for you to contact them with your concerns, that's a true "RED FLAG FOR YOU NOT TO SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM" because no jewelry store should be without a working phone number.
The "BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU" will not be doing much of anything to help you when it comes to what has happened to you, so don't think they will.
Here's an organization below I do feel you should contact and file a complaint with them immediately:
http://www.jvclegal.org/Consumers/index.php
When you purchase "COUNTERFEIT" jewelry or watches, this is what's bound to happen to you everytime.
I assure you I as a "REAL ATLANTA ONLINE PERSONAL JEWELER" will NEVER allow "PATRICK KOFI" or "BNzy" to scam anyone on this site. See your nonsense may work on people who don't know you're a liar and weak scam artist, but I do.
If you're the son of such a "PROMINENT" father, you wouldn't be on this site attempting to attract your next set of victims to steal money from.
Get off of this site with your lies and scams, because your buck will stop here for sure, and your pockets will be just as empty now as they were when you signed up on this site.
Hello to both Juune and to Megan Rucks, first of all i'm a real online Atlanta personal jeweler, and there is an organization to where you can file your complaints about this online store.
Visit the link below and i'm very sure they will help you resolve your issues with this online store. Also I suggest you contact the Governor's Office Of Consumer Affairs and file your complaints in the city and state where this online store does business out of.

Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, GA. I first want to say to you that you "NEVER" send a new payment through Western Union to any jeweler you don't know, nor have you done any past business with.
Contact the Jeweler's Vigilance Committee at the link below and file a complaint with them:
http://www.jvclegal.org/Consumers/index.php
@ Modnique your policy is a mess, just like your business practices. You should have never accepted this person's money knowing full well you didn't have in stock what they ordered from you!
I strongly feel you should be reported to the Jeweler's Vigilance Committee as well as the District Attorney's Office in your county for your prosecution.
In my opinion the "SCAM" is many of you online customers are purchasing "COUNTERFEIT" watches when you shouldn't. There's nothing right about purchasing "COUNTERFEIT" jewelry on any level.
You get what you pay for, and in most cases you don't get anything from these web stores that claim they sell these "FAKE" watches.
Oh well!
@MDACEY25: I'd like to know what exactly happened? You're claiming this online jeweler ripped you off but you're not giving the readers such as myself anything to understand.
Did you mail this jeweler your watch because you were selling it to this jeweler? Give the readers of your post, more to read and understand rather than what you've posted already.
You're saying this jeweler did a lot of things to you criminally, but you're not telling us how this situation came to be.
@ CARMP: Maybe that would be a good idea to not do business with this jewelry store again, especially if you feel you were disrespected by the staff as well as the manager.
I wish you would have posted a photo of your diamond engagement ring here for other members to see so that we could get a much better understanding of your complaint against this jewelry store. It is unfortunate that many of you who have issues with the jewelers, jewelry stores, and jewelry stores on cruise ships can't seem to get any real resolution for what you're having to deal with.
I tell all of my customers as well as anyone else who may be listening to me or reading my comments on this site "THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A WARRANTY ON JEWELRY" and if you don't believe me try asking the many jewelry consumers who have been taken for a ride when they've purchased these alleged "WARRANTIES" on their jewelry or watches.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON JEWELRY WARRANTIES, IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!
I must tell you like I would tell anyone else here who may be reading my comment "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WHEN IT COMES TO SENDING YOUR MONEY TO THEM" because the laws are much different in other countries than in the United States and these crooks can get your money, and never have to send you anything nor talk to you.
Reading your post here, I as a personal jeweler would have to ask you, why would you have asked the jeweler a question such as what would happen if your diamond fell out? And then on top of this question that very situation happened?
I have never had one of my customers ask me a question such as this, and even if they did I would strongly be concerned about their question because I do know I don't sell defective jewelry and I would do an inspection of my diamond earrings again in front of a customer who asked me this, just to show them that my diamonds are secure within their settings.
Also if this jeweler told you should a diamond fall out of your earring setting, this jeweler should have put this statement in writing in the event you had this to happen while you were wearing the diamond earrings you purchased from them.
Reading your post here, I have to say that you should have done your own investigation of this jewelry website before you ever done business with them in the first place.
I have always preached this sermon to my own customers that if you visit a jewelry webstore and you don't see a contact phone number in their "CONTACT US" link that you can call and someone answers it, then don't spend your money at their webstore.
I'm beginning to see that many of you who post here complaining about these watch and jewelry webstores are not doing your homework before you spend your money at their webstores, and this must stop.
BEFORE ANY OF YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY AT ANY JEWELRY OR WATCH WEBSITE CALL THEM, ASK QUESTIONS, GET CONTACT NAMES AND MORE PHONE NUMBERS ON THEM IF THEY'RE AVAILABLE, AND ALWAYS USE YOUR CREDIT CARD WHEN MAKING YOUR PURCHASES.
I would say that you should at least spend your money at Walmart, but you don't have to buy their jewelry if you feel you were ignored or disrespected.
NEVER DO BUSINESS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES BECAUSE THE LAWS THAT GOVERN YOU ARE DIFFERENT AND YOU MAY OR MAY NOT SEE YOUR MERCHANDISE OR YOUR MONEY AGAIN!
This is some situation you've been dealing with, and in my opinion as a real online personal jeweler you should have never had to continuously return your ring to this jewelry store. Hopefully you will get your issue resolved with them, and maybe your fiance will find a much better jewelry store to do business with in the future.
In my opinion as a real online personal jeweler, RUDE is what you make it when it comes to customer service, and the customer is not always right when it comes to customer service either.
Large department stores are not going to forget about everyone else just to deal with you, so sometimes you're going to have to accept that there are other people in the same store with you, who are trying to spend their money as well, so learn to be a little more patient and wait til your turn comes around again with the salesperson.
NEVER BUY ANY JEWELRY OR WATCH WARRANTIES BECAUSE YOU'RE WASTING YOUR MONEY! If the jewelry or watch you're purchasing was of quality, there would be no need for any WARRANTY in the first place.
I don't offer any WARRANTIES on my merchandise because I don't sell defective jewelry or watches, nor have I ever had any returns, because I inspect all of my merchandise carefully before I ship it out to my customers.
@BERT: I don't argue with non-jewelers such as yourself over the internet, it's a waste of my time, and I stand by what i've said here and if you don't like my comments that's your problem. If anyone's an idiot it's certainly you, now you enjoy the rest of your miserable day! LOL!
Unless this "ALLEGED REPUTABLE JEWELER" is a graduate gemologist, they shouldn't be telling you that the ring you purchased for your late mother was "JUNK" because no jewelry is "JUNK" regardless of what this jeweler has told you.
Always remember that there will always be so called jewelers who have no gemology training as I do, to tell you an item of jewelry you've purchased from another jeweler is no good or "JUNK."
Everyone when or if you want an "UNBIASED OPINION" about your jewelry, take it to an "INDEPENDENT CERTIFIED JEWELRY APPRAISER" not "HARRY I HAVE NO GEMOLOGY TRAINING JEWELERS" at the damn mall.
In the future I will tell everyone who reads your post here: WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR JEWELRY INTO ANY JEWELRY STORES, BEFORE YOU LEAVE IT WITH ANYONE MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING IN REGARDS TO YOUR JEWELRY AND WHAT YOU'RE BRINGING IT IN FOR. MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR THE MANAGER ON DUTY AND ASK THAT HE OR SHE OVERSEES THE TRANSACTION AS WELL WHILE YOU ARE THERE.
GET EVERYONE'S NAME AND POSITION IN WRITING FOR YOUR OWN RECORDS. ALSO TAKE A PHOTO OF YOUR JEWELRY FOR YOUR OWN RECORDS JUST IN CASE YOUR JEWELRY COMES BACK DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU LEFT WITH THE JEWELRY STORE.
I WILL TELL YOU AND ANYONE WHO READS MY COMMENT HERE: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A JEWELRY WARRANTY!
PEOPLE PLEASE STOP PURCHASING THESE ALLEGED JEWELRY WARRANTIES BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT REAL!
MOST OF THESE JEWELERS WILL "NEVER" HONOR THE JEWELRY WARRANTIES YOU'VE SPENT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON, SO DON'T BE FOOLED INTO PURCHASING THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE.
IN THE FUTURE DO "NOT" TAKE WORDS FOR TRUTH WHEN IT COMES TO JEWELRY STORES. GET IT IN WRITING THE NEXT TIME ANY JEWELER TELLS YOU SOMETHING SUCH AS WHAT THIS MANAGER TOLD YOU.
