Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i also have my own jewelry group here under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i was reading your complaint and i must say that i don't quite understand why any jewelry would need an item number to locate their jewelry? i don't even use item numbers in my online jewelry business because I KNOW what i sell and who i'm selling my jewelry to. I wish you would've sent the first ring back and not ordered another from this tv jeweler, because it seems to me you were just setting yourself up for more failure.

In the future make sure you ask the customer service person to whom you're buying your jewelry from if you decide to still do business with this tv jeweler, what the TRUE ITEM NUMBER IS BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO, then write it down, and ask that they email the item number to you for your own records, before you even get your order.

If you need my FREE jewelry consulting services feel free to contact me.

Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i also have my own jewelry group here under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i was reading your complaint and i must advise you to contact your bank, and dispute the UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWAL, i'm sure with an investigation by your bank your money will be refunded to you, then i'm also going to suggest to you to contact the jeweler and inform them THAT YOU DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO WITHDRAW ANY FUNDS FROM YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT, THAT IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN YOU WILL BE FILING A POLICE REPORT FOR THEFT BY TAKING AGAINST THEM IN THEIR OWN CITY OR STATE.

If you have any jewelry questions for me feel free to contact me.

Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i also have my own jewelry discussion here under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i was reading your complaint here and i GOT ANGRY AS HELL READING IT! this is the very reason i decided to become a member of this site to educate the jewelry buying customer on the jewelry industry. I'm a real ONLINE JEWELER who can get any item of jewelry within my customer's budget, and from what i've read there's NO WAY IN HELL YOU WOULD'VE HAD THIS EXPERIENCE WITH ME.

I've had jewelry made for online customers i've never met in person, and i've never had any returns of my jewelry, nor any complaints filed against me here nor any other complaint site. I don't know if you have a ring at this time, but if you decide to want another one, i'd LOVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE YOUR ONLINE JEWELER WHO WILL MAKE SURE YOU GET A "QUALITY" DIAMOND ENGAGEMENT RING WITH NO DAMAGES.

Feel free to contact me if you'd like here or at my contacts below:

Hello to you i'm James Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i also have my own jewelry discussions here under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i was reading your complaint and let me first ask you to GO GET YOUR DAMN RING FROM KAYS! it doesn't take 10 days to size a ring! if i were asked to size your ring i could've had your ring sized within 30 minutes to an hour max, and had it shipped the same day back to you.

What you don't know is Kay Jeweler's DOESN'T DO THEIR OWN SIZING OR DIAMOND SETTINGS THEY PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THIS WORK FOR THEM. Do not buy anything else from Kay Jeweler's and if you'd like to contact me feel free to do so, i'm a REAL ONLINE JEWELER who has never had any complaints filed against me here, nor any other complaints site.

You can contact me directly at the info below, and when you're ready for your wedding bands let me know i can send you the links to my WEDDING BAND JEWELRY MANUFACTURER'S WEBSITES so that you can see what they have available, MY JEWELRY MANUFACTURERS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE PUBLIC if you like any rings on their sites let me know, then i can contact them to get my cost for them, then i will let you know.

Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i also have my own jewelry group here under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i was reading your complaint here and i'm so DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS "SHADY" JEWELRY COMPANY. I don't know if you know this but the Shane Co. is currently going into BANKRUPTCY and they've closed several of their stores here in the Atlanta area.

Another thing i'm going to tell you and anyone else here is to NEVER BUY A WARRANTY OF YOUR JEWELRY PURCHASES THEY'RE A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. I don't offer WARRANTIES because i don't sell DEFECTIVE JEWELRY nor do i promote or sell POOR QUALITY JEWELRY. IF an item of jewelry i sell is DEFECTIVE I WILL FIX THE PROBLEM but all jewelry will have the cause to break, get nicks and scratches, but at NO TIME SHOULD A DIAMOND CONTINUE FALLING OUT OF AN ENGAGEMENT RING OVER A PERIOD OF TIME.

Let me give you some advice on your setting when it comes to your solitaire diamond, ALWAYS SET YOUR SOLITAIRE DIAMOND in a PALLADIUM or PLATINUM SETTING because both of the precious metals are much more DURABLE THAN GOLD WILL EVER BE. I don't know why the Shane Co. didn't offer this information to you when you first starting having problems with losing your diamond? I alway inform my customers who buy engagement rings that it doesn't matter if you want white or yellow gold, BUT LET THE SOLITAIRE DIAMOND BE SET IN A PALLADIUM OR PLATINUM SETTING FOR THE WEAR AND TEAR OF THE RING.

Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i also have my own jewelry discussion group here under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i was reading your complaint and i must say that PAYPAL IS DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK! and another thing if you paid for this WATCH WINDER USING YOUR CREDIT CARD CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND FILE A DISPUTE WITH THEM TO RECOVER YOUR MONEY, YOU NEVER RECEIVED YOUR WATCH WINDER SO WHY PAY FOR IT?

I have sold many watch winders to my online customers and i've never had any RETURNS, nor COMPLAINTS against me filed here, nor any other website.

No the MORAL OF YOUR OWN STORY IS NEVER BUY GEMSTONES YOU SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO FROM "REAL GEMSTONE DEALERS" WHO COULD'VE GOT YOU "QUALITY TANZANITE & SAPPHIRES WITHOUT HAVING THIS PROBLEM.

I'm a REAL ATLANTA JEWELER AND I DON'T BUY JEWELRY FROM ONLINE JEWELRY SHOPPING CHANNELS and neither should you been doing that regardless of what the salesperson said to make you pull out your credit card and buy those GARBAGE GEMSTONES.

You should know as REAL JEWELER such as myself THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS A BARGAIN DEAL ON TANZANITE? TANZANITE IS 1000 times rarer than a diamond so why in hell would you believe the mess you're were being told from a tv screen?

To everyone reading my comment to this jeweler, if you do the same thing he's done YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, AND THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS A DEAL ON "QUALITY DIAMONDS, GEMSTONES ESPECIALLY TANZANITE, OR JEWELRY.

Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i also have my own jewelry discussions here under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i was reading your complaint here and you really haven't explained yourself well enough for me to be as direct as i'm going to be with my response to your complaint.

What i'd like to know is how could what you've purchased be STERLING SILVER when this precious metal doesn't turn a RUST COLOR? i truly believe you've bought an allow metal because STERLING SILVER WILL TARNISH BUT NOT TO A RUST COLOR.

I also suggest to you that if you're going to wear STERLING SILVER YOU NEED TO KEEP IT IN AN "AIR TIGHT CONTAINER and put your STERLING SILVER JEWELRY in a zip lock bag as well to keep the air off it, this will help to prevent your STERLING SILVER JEWELRY from TARNISHING QUICKLY.

If you have any jewelry questions for me feel free to contact me here.

Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i also have my own jewelry educational jewelry discussions here under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i read your complaint here and i must say NO I DON'T FEEL THIS SALESPERSON WAS A RACIST NOR BEING RACIST TOWARDS YOU.

What you should've done was ask for a store manager and voiced your displeasure of not being acknowledged in a timely manner, or you should've walked out and visited another jewelry store who would've loved to have you in their store.

If you have any jewelry questions feel free to contact me here.

Hello i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i also have my own jewelry discussion group under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i read your complaint and i feel no orders take longer than a few days to receive depending upon what you're ordering. I suggest you go ahead and file a DISPUTE OF PAYMENT with your credit card company to get your money refunded back to your credit card. Because i dont' feel you're going to get your jewelry, and i don't know what exactly you ordered but it shouldn't take that long to receive it.

If you have any jewelry questions for me feel free to contact me here.

Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i also have my own jewelry discussion group under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i read your complaint and i'm sure this Rolex Submariner Anniversary Edition is NOT A REAL ROLEX because the title "LOOKRICHFORLESS" sounds like it's a company who sells "COUNTERFEIT WATCHES THAT RESEMBLE THE REAL HIGH END WATCHES."

I will suggest to you that you contact your credit card company and file a DISPUTE OF PAYMENT and let them know you never received the order you paid for and you'd like an investigation done to get back the money they paid out for this watch.

If you have any jewelry questions for me feel free to contact me here.

Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i also have my own educational jewelry discussion group under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i read your complaint and i wish you had posted photos of this engagement ring for everyone to see. In my own opinion you should've never left the jewelry store without thoroughly checking that ring out. I also feel that you shouldn't have to pay to repair a ring that you never damaged so soon after having it made, the jewelry store should've taken care of that for you.

Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i also have my own jewelry discussion group under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i read your complaint and all i have to say to you is that for what you paid for a REPLICA ROLEX WATCH I COULD'VE GOTTEN YOU A "GENUINE" STAINLESS STEEL ROLEX FOR THAT?

I don't sell COUNTERFEIT WATCHES in any way, because i've said here before, there are far too many QUALITY SWISS MADE GENUINE BRAND NAME WATCHES AVAILABLE that you could be buying, than these cheap knockoffs.

Stop buying counterfeit watches and get yourself a real watch if you're going be spending over $900 for a fake.

Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i have my own jewelry discussion group under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i read your complaint and i have to ask you what would make you think a diamond tennis bracelet set in STERLING SILVER would have a retail value of $600?

The only way that bracelet would have a RETAIL VALUE of that much is if there far more diamonds that what you've stated you saw with your loupe, and then the bracelet would have to atleast be 1ct total weight in diamonds that have a quality of no less than G - H color, SI1 to SI2 clarity. Sterling silver is not going to command any real value in a diamond tennis bracelet, the value must be in the size and quality of diamonds set in that bracelet.

I'm also going to suggest you STOP SPENDING YOUR MONEY WITH UBID.COM because how can you tell anyone here not to do business with this online retailer, and you keep going back to them spending your own money, losing it in the process?

I'm going to say this again here: THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS A DEAL ON "QUALITY" LOOSE DIAMONDS, GEMSTONES, or DIAMOND JEWELRY. You get what you pay for that's why i'm here to educate some of you on what you should be buying over what you SHOULDN'T be buying when it comes to jewelry.

If you have any jewelry questions feel free to contact me here.
Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i have my own jewelry discussion group here under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i read your complaint and i must say that if you were FAITHFULLY SPENDING $3000 - $4000 PER YEAR with this jeweler and they couldn't work with you in your hardship? then you should've CUT THEM OFF BECAUSE THERE'S NO WAY IN HELL I WOULDN'T HAVE LOOKED OUT FOR A CUSTOMER SUCH AS YOURSELF!

I'm a REAL ONLINE JEWELER in Atlanta, Ga and i give my customers ONLINE JEWELRY LAY-AWAY PLANS, i don't charge my customers RETAIL PRICES either. I feel this jewelry store could've worked with you, but they chose not to, but in the future should you need my jewelry consulting services feel free to contact me here or at my contacts below.

To answer your question about the watch dilemma you're currently dealing with, i STRONGLY SUGGEST you contact your credit card company and ask that they get your money back, and also i suggest you take those watches back or send them back to the store you bought them from.

I don't know if the time frame has gone over where you can't recover your money but regardless i'd report this company to my credit card company and demand a REFUND of my money. Contact the Better Business Bureau in the city or state this company is located in also, and file a complaint against them to.

Should you need my assistance feel free to contact me!
Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i also have my own educational jewelry discussion group here under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i read your complaint and i'll bet you either went through PAYPAL OR GOOGLE CHECKOUTS to pay for this GARBAGE JEWELRY?

Let me inform you and every other member who may be reading my comment, PAYPAL NOR GOOGLE CHECKOUTS GIVES A DAMN ABOUT YOU AS A CONSUMER SO DON'T EVER THINK THEY DO!

I suggest you call your credit card company and request a REFUND OF YOUR MONEY YOU SPENT ON THIS GARBAGE JEWELRY, BECAUSE YOU WERE LIED TO AND THAT'S CALLED "DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING" WHICH IS ALSO A CRIMINAL OFFENSE IF PROSECUTED.

If you should need my FREE jewelry consulting services feel free to contact me here or at my contacts below. In the future if you'd like for me to be your new ONLINE JEWELRY RETAILER let me know, and i will assure this behavior would not be happening in my business.

Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i also have my own jewelry discussion group here under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i read your complaint here, and the first thing i'd like to tell you as well as others here if you're getting a ring sized it doesn't take 2 to 10 business days to have any ring sized, and if you're getting an engagement ring sized, and the jeweler asks you to leave your ring with him, ASK THE JEWELER TO REMOVE YOUR CENTER STONE FROM YOUR ENGAGEMENT RING IN FRONT OF YOU, THEN ONCE YOUR RING HAS BEEN SIZED HE CAN HAVE YOUR DIAMOND RE-SET IN FRONT OF YOU, IF HE CAN'T DO NOT BUY ANY JEWELRY FROM THAT JEWELRY STORE.

I will ask all of you ladies and gentlemen that before you even buy an ENGAGEMENT RING FROM A JEWELRY STORE ask if they do their REPAIRS ON PREMISES OR DO THEY SEND IT OUT TO BE DONE FOR THEM. If a jeweler sends his work out to be done for him, get it in writing as to HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HAVE RING SIZINGS DONE, and any other major work. I would STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH ANY JEWELRY STORES WHO HAVE TO SEND OUT YOUR JEWELRY TO GET REPAIRED OR SIZED. A jeweler should have those people working for him or her within their jewelry store, if not FIND A FULL SERVICE JEWELRY STORE IN YOUR AREA WHO DOES ALL WORK ON THEIR PREMISES.

What i really believe has happened to you is that your CENTER STONE HAS BEEN SWITCHED by someone at at that jewelry store, and if you don't have an UN-BIASED APPRAISAL OR A GRADING CERTIFICATE FROM THE GIA OR EGL on your center stone, it's going to be hard to tell what quality your CENTER STONE really is or was before you ever bought it.

I never sell a loose diamond that's not CERTIFIED so in the event something happens to my client's diamond i as well as my client knows WHAT QUALITY OF DIAMOND she had before anything was done to her ring.

Everyone NEVER BUY AN ENGAGEMENT RING IF THE CENTER STONE IS NOT "CERTIFIED" BY THE GIA OR THE EGL.

Hello to you i'm James The Jeweler in Atlanta, Ga and i also have my own jewelry discussion group here under "JEWELRY & WATCHES" i read your complaint and i'd like to say that you should contact your credit card company to find out for sure if the money was actually paid to this SHADY ONLINE JEWELER, and if it has you need to DISPUTE THE CHARGE because you haven't received any jewelry from this ONLINE SHADY JEWELER to be paying for in the first place.

I don't quite understand how this transaction could've occured in the first place, because an authorization is not a sale all of the time, you also have to charge the card in order to receive the money off of it.

If you have any jewelry questions for me feel free to contact me.
