I am not sure what happened here, but am a frequenter of these sites, and want to find out the truth so In ROR #414489, Anna Goodnoe says she is no longer breeding. So if you come across any proof that she is, please inform with some sort of reasonable direction for us to varify. Of course, she may have stopped very recently, and I found an ad edited in early january of 09, but benefit of the doubt says maybe those are her last? ROR means [redacted]- If you haven't told your story there yet, you may want to, but put in more details please.
Yes, when she posted on ROR on the 25th (I think it was), I had already found the webpage thanks to this report. It appeared to be under construction, and was basically a directory with one page done. Again, maybe she started it before she made the decision not to breed any longer, and the site would go down, or disappear. As of a couple of days ago, the site was fully up. Now I don't know if you read the ROR report, but in addition to saying she is no longer breeding, she clearly stated that she no longer had a webpage, and would be posting on ROR instead. LIE. Outright. If she lies about something so simple, what else must she lie about to her potential homes? Liars usually mean no good for anyone but themselves in my experience. I thought this would be a simple way to gage her character in general (I have absolutely no experience or dealings with her, but was bothered by several things I was reading in the reports and FYI, parasites and common issues generally fly under my radar as I have alot of experience with things like that and have a better understanding than the average person), but she showed herself to be dishonest almost before I could blink and the words were out of her mouth. I don't say this very often, but I really think this is someone whom people should stear clear of. I also think that every single time we post that she has shown herself to be a liar again, it will further prove the point. Thanks for helping. I will keep looking for further ads, and websites, and every way she seems to try and go around her reputation as a seller ( I am not one to automatically assume there is a problem when things like that happen, but I believe so in this case). *just my opinions*
An abrubt switch in food can cause digestion problems, I do believe it is even in their purchase contract (I know it used to be)? You mention a paper bag? Did you not purchase a bag of food that the kitten had been on? Even if a food sucks and you intend to switch, you should always purchase a small bag that the pet is already on to help avoid more stomach issues aside from those caused by stress in general. Most of their abby's are locally bred in home as well by a private breeder. Truly fabulous Abby's (I'm speaking specifically of the abby's here). It is unfortunate that cats are carriers of ringworm (more common in purebreds), but true. Not uncommon for a kitten to break out during periods of stress. *just my opinions*
They admittedly import puppies. They may be breaking the laws passed about importing since 2008. Check out the wrong puppy . org for more info. This may finally be a way to DO something. They are also on ROR and there is info on a reporter you can contact as well I believe.
Here too. Much more 'lively' discussion on [redacted] ...
This seems REALLY, and I mean REALLY similar to a report filed on [redacted] on 4/10/05 and is still being discussed over there. It's report number 138274. While I am not defending the seller, there is definantly a bit more to the story if it's the same person who filed that report over there almost 4 years ago. And there is no such thing as an 8 pound show quality shih-tzu as that is under show weight as most breeders will be more than happy to tell you. *just my opinions*
There is far more information over on [redacted]. However this complaint makes NO SENSE really. First off, their email is on the front page of the site. Second, how would you know if they are are rude on the phone if you didn't TALK to them on the phone? How would you know anything else you claim to know either? Why show someone a pedigree if you aren't willing to sell them another puppy? How could you know ANYTHING about someone who YOU claim wouldn't talk to you. You are a LIAR and most likely another dog breeder whom is attacking others in an effort to discredit them as they seem to be popping up left and right lately. Why don't you work on your own program and you wouldn't have to worry about other breeder's. *just my opinions*
LOL, Susan. Would you happen to breed yourself considering you filed two airdale reports in one day? In order to convince someone that another party does not know what they are talking about you must first sound like YOU know what you're talking about :-). *just my opinions*

Well, how odd. First this report was filed in April of 2005 by ELONDA on [redacted]. Then it was filed here in february of 09 by a Sarah. And now Jeany? I'd go over to [redacted] and search on jane rich if you'd like a little more to the story that originated this complaint as it's been pretty active over there.
As any breeder truly interested in the integrity of the breed will tell you, there really isn't such a thing as a 'pocket' and the breed club also has a bit to say on the matter. Also, anyone who knows even a little about the breed knows there is no such thing as a 'pocket' show quality shih-tzu both because there is no such thing as a pocket and because a shih-tzu of that size would be disqualified from any reckognizable and well known club due to it's size.
I could go on and on and on about ETHICS and RESPONSIBLE breeder's who actually care but I won't for now. *just my opinions*
I'm not really sure if this was meant ot be a joke or if it was serious. It is however typical enough for me to tell you to try looking up Jungle Friends in Florida and see if maybe they have some room (and make sure you do something for them in return please!). Anyone who thinks they want to take responsibility for something like a monkey should make sure they have plenty of experience at a sanctuary or other such venue before making that decision. Most won't make it after all seeing that that's where they tend to go past maturity and WHY. *just my opinions*
No, if everything happened like that and death or injury was a direct result and it wasn't an accident it was stupid. My dog's littermate was murdered in an episode of similar stupidity. The post(s) just sound more like and have the indications of someone out to cause trouble :-). *just my opinions*
It wasn't my intention to attack anyone. I questioned the original post ONLY based on everything involved and that posts like that are common from other breeder's in an attempt to cause problems, there are two sides to every story, and I don't take everything I hear at face value but prefer to find out the truth. The poster has not come back to clarify their remarks or whether or not they breed and the other's come from personal knowledge of the kennel which I agreed with. I had no idea that there was post from the kennel in question and that does say alot and often more than the complaint itself. There were no other posts when I made my original comment other than the one which is apparently by the breeder. Most of the information contained in the original report is stated openly online elsewhere (a gundog site I believe) and the rest came out later.
Please visit [redacted] to get a little more information. This same report was posted in march over there. There seems to be something more going on here.
I'm just curious since you seem to actually have spken to her and know her. With no experience do you know why this lady has decided to try a kennel? The right reasons are usually a love and passion grown from experience and a desire to improve. What's the reasoning here? People experienced with animals don't tend to make mistakes like that either so I would question that as well. Do you know her story?
It's unusual to see a complaint like this since it's usually the other way around. Don't they review all the information available like vet records and things like that if there is a dispute over whether the complaint should be there? I thought that if the buyer could not provide the proof it was removed but if they could they put it back up. What was the complaint and the story behind it?
I believe you can contact Puppyfind and let them know of the situation and provide proof that your negative review was accurate and true and after it's established and reviewed they will put it back up.
Whether they be breeder, broker, or whatever else they don't have a contract with you and providing you with any paperwork or information could cause a whole host of huge problem's (which is why it's not done). They CAN'T give you registration if that's what you were asking, it has to go through the person they transferred the dog to and then through the person they transferred to and so on (hopefully that's not the case and this is final stop :-). Your contract is with the neighbor you got the pup from and anything they promised you is up to them and them only to provide. Two different and completely seperate contract's here. The seller to the neighbor and then the neighbor to you. You need to deal with your neighbor and if needed, the neighbor need's to deal with the person they purchased the pup from. That's really the only way anything can be done. Sorry for your anger and frustration, but maybe you can move thing's along now that you know what direction you need to head in.
If you have the sire and dam (or other relevant) information you can check and see if your litter was even ever registered. That's what you need to check. As far as at purchase many contract's withhold paper's until proof of spay/neuter from a vet is received now (though they should still be on hand for review and it should be clear in the written contract) but that doesn't seem to be the case here. You haven't moved or anything and she has accurate information? Was she able to show you the certified receipt from when she said she sent them? Sound's off, shouldn't be that complicated.
Odd. First, I went to the site and the first thing I wondered was how does he deal with and appropriately place (and educate and support so many new parents) so many specialized breeds (4)? No breed is right for everyone but some fit with a much smaller group of people (all of those). Then I see each breed has a litter coming up September/October. Next day pet's has what appear's to be pup's from each breed currently listed (different ages and pic's don't match as the Weimy says around 1 week and the pic is of an older pup). Says will be ready to go October and November. http://www.nextdaypets.com/directory/dogs/uid/888225.aspx
Sickdog, how much time did they spend making sure you were a fit for the breed and that the breed was a fit for you and that you KNEW about them and what they require and basics on the breed? That's a common complaint from a lot of people who weren't fully aware of their breed with the breed's he has listed. Even more common with the Vizsla's and GSP though. What was wrong with your pup? For those of you who have deposit's out and no pup's though ...

They are working hard to help people like you (and the pups). You can also begin your search for more information and complaint's by running searches for Ashley Anderson and Nightengale English Bulldog's and the search will continue on (and on). There are still other sites up and running. Good Luck to you.

The $75 to $150 max part isn't true (not even for many mixed breed's). To the OP, did you look into NJCAPSA? I believe though am not sure they've been collecting data such as that you are attempting for a very long time. Maybe you can get involved with them and also share info. I''m also unaware how anything is evaluated.

I am also very sorry for your loss. Did you accept the settlement amount? It does usually come with the qualification that it's over and done with. Did you question the amount at all after it was prescribed (even just to ask if there was a misprint or miscommunication)? Did you open the box and read the instruction's and use the administration syringe in the box or did he give you a seperate one? The syringe for administration is labeled by dog weight for less confusion I suppose (the dosage for cat's is in the drug handbook) and the instruction's say to round it down and not up. The dosage you described by that syringe is for a 40 to 44 pound dog I believe. I'm just wondering what the vet said if/when questioned on that point.
