you had to have signed up for this in the fine print of something you ordered online. and, to get a refund, you have to be able to contact them. did you try calling the number thats listed next to the charge on your credit card statement?

if something is advertised as a "free sample" and you have to put in a credit card number, guess what - it ain't free.
with so many check out pages and ordering pages, how does one accidentally order something? and perhaps this letter would be more efective if we knew the company it was for?

i have never even heard of this website. if you want a dating website, there are so many free ones out there. sure, you'll have to weed through some pretty shady and fugly people to find a good match but at least you know you're not getting scammed out of any money.
