If you had informed the customer that the sewing machine was broken before selling it, it would be more appropriate. In this case, I believe that the customer deserves a refund.

I understand that your son has negligently forgotten his account details for Roblox and also did not set a recovery email address. I'm sure you understand that Roblox cannot provide the login details to random accounts without verification. What if you were a hacker? There are many dishonest people in the world who would want nothing more than a Roblox account.

I have reviewed your complaint about your test. I am a little confused but have an idea. Have you thought that maybe the test was to see if you would sit in the room for 2 hours without taking initiative? I fear that you may have not passed this test.
Keep your chin up though, the modern world is a strange place if it has tests like this, but I am confident that next time you will know to ask some questions instead of sitting there so long.

Are you certain that you ordered six pairs of jeans and that there was only one in the bag that was delivered? Perhaps you should look around your door for the other bags if this is the case. Delivery services are extremely reliable and it's unlikely that Rue21 would be the cause of this discrepancy.

I have reviewed your complaint about the faux-leather jacket that you purchased being damaged due to improper storage. Armani sells many genuine leather products which can be stored more haphazardly without having this issue, but low cost faux leather does need special care to prevent this sort of thing.
I suggest that you store your next jacket in a better location, and maintaining it regularly in accordance with the maintenance instructions that come with a jacket.

I have reviewed your complaint about your online orders. As I'm sure you understand, the process of delivering a box exposes the box to a lot of rough handling and weather. As a result, packages can't be sent in the same paper bags that you would get when you carry an item out of a store. If this was done, your purchases would be destroyed!

I went to the website to take a look and it seems to show the back of every dress. I'm sure you understand that it would be unreasonable to make a company pay to have used dresses sent back to them when the customer did not look carefully before making a purchase. Maybe the website had been updated since you purchased this, I am unsure.
I hope you enjoy the dress through, on the bright side it is very rare to see your own back so you are unlikely to notice the color of the back of your dress.

I have read your note here about Loft clothing. It sounds like you bought an item and wore it for over 40 days, and then wanted the store to let you return it? Many items of fashionable clothing are only in fashion for one month of the year, if companies allow unlimited returns they would be victimized by unscrupulous customers. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "work with" in this context, are you expecting the policies to be changed to not defend the franchise? I'm sure that the employees of this location would work with you to sell you something that is in fashion this month!

I'm sure you understand that no customer wants to purchase second hand clothes that smell of cigarettes or are horribly outdated. Perhaps it is some other smell that is being mistaken for cigarettes, but in either case is offensive to customers. Have you considered donating this type of item to charity?

I'm sure you understand that it's impossible for anyone to guarantee that the boxes for a product will not be damaged during shipping. The boxes are designed to take this damage to prevent their contents from being damaged!

I have read your note about your issue eating a burrito. I have never heard of someone being unable to swallow lettuce but being able to swallow beef, rice, chips, tortillas, etc. Are you sure that you're chewing your food thoroughly? When I was a kid, I was told it was supposed to be 23 chews before swallowing. I'm sure that I don't actually do that many today though!
It sounds like the store did not have delivery drivers available when you demanded one though. I'm sure you understand that they cannot give you something that they don't have.

You just type your email, your password, fill a captcha to prove that you are not a robot, and then put in your two factor authentication into the box from your phone after verifying your email. This is a very standard process today!

As you can see, there is no 14:00PM. Are you sure that this is when you called? This may explain why there was no answer! It would be very late at night!
