Given gift card last year by Becky Schupbach in the amount of $250. Tried to get into Task Rabbit and couldn't. Complained several times, and it shows a 0 balance which has not been used. Many contacts. No resolution. This is a bad company who takes money but doesn't supply the taskers, doesn't respond, doesn't resolve anything.

Task Rabbit gift cards can be redeemed on the Task Rabbit website. Perhaps Becky was not honest about the value of the card that she provided to you?
