Purchase 2 packs of 8 at Menards today. Dated Best By Aug 2021. Well...I LOVE chocolate covered marshmallow but this marshmallow is all dried up. They are awful.

I bought a bag of your nut goodies at Menards in Fort Dodge Ia for my mom (who has dentures). When she opened rhem and TRIED to eat one, and complained about them being hard, so I tried one. For the love of god, they were hard for me to chew. As you can see from the attachment they say best by 07/07/2021. Those damn thing should have benn thrown out along time ago.

I have bought 4 autumn mix 20 oz. bags of candy this fall and every bag was with broken pieces and some looked like last years candy. They were best by
01/28/21 with code 0A30VR2154. The white tips were broke off from the orange and the yellow top split off too. Even the orange part looked crackled.

As a young child, and I'm over 80 years of age now, we bought this candy and mixed peanuts with it sometimes, and drank a cola; that was soo good. But after this bag, I may never buy another. Moreover, no young child, who normally could chew this candy, could chew this hard candy without damaging their teeth. And older folds or people wearing dentures cannot chew this hard candy. The candy, even the smaller pieces brake up into hard balls of crumb; the candy has absolutely no flavor; the large pieces take about five minutes to chew one piece, and the chocolate tips do not taste like chocolate. I remember that corn candy is supposed to be soft enough to chew easily,

I purchased three bags of the maple nut goodies which we love and we go through a lot it was my dad's favorite candy and we love the candy but last three bags we bought were very very hard you couldn't hardly bite them and I know they are not supposed to be that way but they were extremely hard they were not out of date the date on this bag is 1 14 21 so it's not that they're old

I bought 5 packs of Brachs Cinnamon hard candy. When I opened first packed noticed had a lot of cherry hard candy in it instead of cinnamon. I opened 2nd pack first one I opened it was cherry. Someone really messed something up on the line. I did not want cherry I paid my money go cinnamon. Bags says guarantee satisfaction. Well I am not satisfied did not get what I paid for.

The peanuts tasted like they were old, they had a terrible taste. The expiration date on the bag was good until Dec 2021 so they were not outdated in the store. The peanuts must have been sitting in the processing plant for a long time before being used. I have never had a bad Brachs product before and I have bought them for almost 50 years.

I was sitting here wondering why there is no flavor in this bag of autumn mix. Had some given to me last week that was the same way.
Was reading the bag information and saw it was a product of mexico. Great day. No wonder the stuff isn't good any more.
25 years ago, this was some of the best candy and I waited every year for it to come out! So as I throw this mess away, I know I will not buy any more. Another good candy from the past bit the dust.
So sad.

I purchased brachs autumn mix..it was horrible..pumpkis had white tops not green(extremely old).

Purchased at Jungle Jim's in Fairfield, Ohio on September 10, 2020.

After getting them home, most of them were extremely hard and difficult to chew.

Just thought I'd let you know.

My granddaughter was so excited to be able to get the Autumn mix from you finally. She bought 4 bags. Got home and opened one. The pieces taste like wax. No flavor. No sweetness, just wax. She opened another one. Same thing. WAX! What is going on with your candy? If its the pandemic, maybe you would be better off not even making it at all. This is the code on the bottom of the bags.

Dear Sirs,
I have purchased mellowcreme pumpkins as well as all holiday mellowcreme candies since I was a youngster.
I am now 65 years old.
It is my favorite candy, and I always look forward to whichever upcoming holiday season arriving so I might purchase these.

I have never, ever been so very disappointed in anything as I was at purchasing these hard and impossible to eat, pumpkins.
I bought 2 pumpkin and 2 candy corn for the fall.
The Frys Superstore nearby on Old Wast Highway is where I purchased them.
All were inedible and so hard they caused irritation and pain to eat, unless I kept in my mouth for long periods to try to soften them.
Even then, they were still extremely hard to eat and not enjoyable.
I felt it necessary to share my unpleasant experiences re: your product.
Because it was unexpected and very disappointing.

I hope you can remedy this...I have depended on Brachs for delicious candies for decades, and look forward to quality products in the future.

What happened to your Autumn Mix there were no maple flavored or chocolate flavored pieces in the mix did you think no one would notice or just want to cheapen things up. Those were the best flavors .We look forward to these every year and have been buying them for over 25 years.Please put them back . We were very disappointed. Not only children like candy we may be old but we buy a lot of candy. Please fix this problem.

Please please... Go back to the old receipe, I think we all hate the new hard candy. When the old soft candy was soooo much better.
What is it gonna take to get it back? I can sit and eat a whole bag when it is the old and best receipe you ever had. I see complaint after complaint about it on the internet, I think we all have the childhood memories of the favorite candy being the maple nut goodies. Now it's the break your teeth and no satisfaction in taste or quality with the hard candy that is being put out there. Please take pity on the people that are telling you to do the right thing and bring back the best of the best.

My son gave me 2 packs of MNG for my birthday on Monday as he always does, since he knows that it is one of my favorite candies. This year the first package is way off your standards. The insides are very hard and almost unchewable. I am very disappointed, because this is the first time in 80 years they were not as good as expected. The UPC is [protected] and product code is OE11BB182. Do I send them back or just throw them away?

WHAT have you done to Maple Nut Goodies?! I heard they were taken off the shelves awhile back, but no one could tell me why. Then one day while shopping Amazon there they were, yay! But no yay. Although they taste somewhat similar, the coating on them is terrible. Instead of the solid crunchiness it is this "paste" that rubs off on your hands when you hold them.
Please tell us that this is not permanent.

The roasted peanut in crunchy toffee is hard. So hard that is very difficult to bite into and chew. It was once one of my favorite candies to eat. I found it in a store and was excited to enjoy the candy again. After trying to eat the first one I found it way too hard to bite into or chew. I tried another thinking it was a bad one in the bag. Everyone I tried to eat was all the same, unedible. The bag says freshness guarantee. They guarantee your satisfaction by replacing prouduct. Why would I or anyone want another bag of inedible candy. How do they expect a child to eat their product? They should be assamed and stop producing what they call goodies. Good for who?

I prefer the previous recipe to the (hard) toffee Maple Nut Goodies. Please change them back or either offer both so you have a choice to get the softer version.
My co-workers, as well, prefer the softer Maple Nut Goodies.
This has always been my daughter's favorite candy. She is also disappointed in this new texture/taste.

The speckled jelly bird eggs are so nasty. They taste like chemicals. Used to be the best around. Please make them taste they way they used to taste. Green is bitter, purple tastes like funeral flowers smell, pink is disgusting, blue no longer tasted like cotton candy the way they first did. Red doesn't taste like cherry anymore. Lime is aweful. I hope ya'll fix them. I miss the way they used to be

Purchased several bags of the individual wrapper and several bags of the unwrapped. Founs MANY were STALE. Hard as a rock. I am 66 years old and have enjoyed these for many years at Eastertime. I was VERY disappointed and ended up as I treated myself, tossing in the garbage more than I ate this year. (didnt want to break teeth). Hope you can do better for next year!
