The terms of the agreement are very clear that no refunds will be provided for subscriptions. This is standard practice across the majority of the industry. If businesses did not do this, some unscrupulous customers would be using their services and then attempting to get refunds in bad faith.

If you could do this, what would stop scalpers from buying every seat and re-selling them like tickets to a football game or concert. Have you seen concert prices these days?
