Moving a hard drive from one system to another in no way suggests that the programs on that hard drive are readily executable. Generally, they are not.
Let me explain. When a program is installed, parts of the code are placed in different areas of the systems storage. There are usually shared system files which are further updated to allow the program to properly run. This is one very common reason why computers slow down over periods of time. Their electronics don't change or get slower, but unneeded junk collects on the hard drive, leaving the operating system a longer time to process the "real" important data.
The data which was stored on that hard drive is still very usable. By reinstalling the program that uses the data, you'll be able to still access that data just as you did on the previous system.
Because the requested work of removing and reinstalling the hard drive in a newer system was accomplished, a refund is not applicable in this case. However, by understanding this important piece of information means that the money was not wasted, and you have the additional storage space you wouldn't have had.

I'm sorry to hear of your frustration. Unfortunately when one is late on a bill it can be a sure sign other late payments may follow. The regulations don't allow for the ability to vary from this.
You might consider very quickly changing out any gas based appliances to electric, although you need to be aware that the energy use alone will cost more; and that's on top of the appliance/installation costs.
Also kindly be aware that if the gas is turned off and you want it back on, there's additional charges for that.

LG does make some very fine products. Their line of fridges are some of the top rated within the industry. I know that might not help right now, only because you're still so frustrated, but it is important to know you really do have a quality product.
The issue that it sounds like you're dealing with is a surge which occurrs when the power came back on. The amount of surge will vary, causing the damage. In fact, it's likely why the service centers you called were more backlogged. The service centers are by no means only run by servicing a single brand. Each service center applies to, and becomes certified, to service multiple brands.
Okay, if you would, supply me with a couple of more details and we'll see what can be done. Where did you purchase the fridge at? What was the exact model? Did you purchase any form of extended warranty service with the product?

I know you're likely frustrated with working to get these units to perform the way you want them to, but if you're willing, I'd guarantee we can provide some much needed help.
Start by providing the actual models of both the washer and dryer. This will provide the exact settings available. Then provide the retailer you purchased the units through and finally, was there any extended service purchased? I don't belive this is an issue at this point but it may be helpful at some point.

Your watch can absolutely be serviced. However, by the look of the watch in the photo, it's definitely been "well worn." That could likely be, in part, the reason for the loose numbers.

According to your complaint, the issues are twofold :
First, laundry is coming out not "smelling" the way you expect. i.e. Smelling the same as when it went in.
Second, when the dryer finishes, you've noticed laundry being "balled" up.
Let's start with the scent issue. The smell of the laundry is associated with the form of laundry detergent and the cycle being used to wash.
It's important to understand that these new high efficient washers clean differently than the older design. The best analogy I've heard is showering your laundry versus that of bathing. In normal modes, the washer doesn't use nearly as much water. If you wish to use extra water, there are certain cycles that provide such: "Deep Water Wash" provides just that and the "Power Wash" option provides additional water, heat and agitation for deep cleaning.
The detergent you use is, of course, your own choice. It must be treated for high efficient design and you should only need to use a maximum of 1/3 cup for a full load. You'll want to select a scented form of detergent based upon your own likes.
Next let's discuss the twisting up of your laundry in the dryer. Any dryer can do this with larger items. You'll find drying multiple items can help this.
