Bless their heart...
You need to learn to read the cards and ask whether they are compatible with your phone before you buy it. Stores are not going to ask every customer who buys every item if it is compatible with their phone, their car, their stove, their house etc.

Only an idiot would post their card information on the internet. A good scammer only needs the last four numbers to steal your identity.

On another note, if the food was so awful, perhaps you could have said something at the time instead of waiting til you got hom to jump on the internet.
Oh my, you are one ot those aren't you? Too special to wait your tuen. So special you left then had to go back and tell them what for.

Michelle, go back and read what you wrote. There is no misunderstanding it. And talking about how someone must be unhapy you are the one posting this stupid stuff, and if you don't care what I make why did you bring it up?
Simple answer is to get a debit card and stop using checks. No one wants to take them anymore that is why businesses use the check verifyer services.
The pic of your drink looks exactly like the pic of the menu. The strawberry lemonade is frozen, you got a frozen drink.

On the flip side, do you realizew how many people will not say a word to the person who stands behind them within ear shot of every word they say to the tech or pharmacist, but will complain on here about HIPPA violations? Or how many people get mad when we tell them they need to step back so that we can discuss the patient in front of us medication? It happens all the time.
Deformation of character?!
It is entirely possible that you are the victim of identity theft, and instead of being on here compaining about it you should be contacting law enforcement and your banking institutions to halt your cards and check your credit reports for unusual activity.

For you to accuse employees without a shred of proof is stupid and irresponsible.

No, you interupted someone already in a conversation with a customer because you decided that you, being a white person, was more important. It is standard courtesy to talk and interact with customers, especially in a pharmacy. Your actions were very rude, and you are lucky all you got was ignored.

Oh wait, you are the black person in this story. I had to read your complaint again. I still hold to my opinion. You were rude.
This is how every single company in this country handles these types of situations. You need to contact your card issuer, not the company your card was used at.

The way to handle this is to discuss it with the tech. It could be the tech is hard of hearing, and was not intentionally trying to disclose your personal information. Just tell her that she is a bit loud and you are concerned over people hearing your business.

And what I was talking about, is when people stand directly behind the customer at the counter like they can not see the sign that tells them to wait until they are called. This also puts the tech at risk of disclosing HIPPA information because the next customer has to be right on the one you are waiting on's ###. When we ask them to step back, they get rude about it. There is a reason we ask people to step back. It is HIPPA.

45 minutes is not a bad wait time for a pizza delivery. But if it were cold, do you not have a microwave? Pizza does not stay hot long, even when you pick it up.
This can happen with every single online retailer. It is nearly impossible to get a real time inventory. Suppliers can run out, items can be recalled, etc. Giving you a refund is the law.
Never order anything online that you need in under 4 weeks.
All rebates and reward cards have expiration dates. If it was a VIsa/MC or AMEX card, the expire date is on the card.

No offer of my money returned and no offer of another sandwich.

Did you ask? People can not read your mind. This is a stupid complaint.
If your job required security to keep you safe, you would not be here complaining about them doing their job. Just call the customers and have them come get their food. The security do their job.

Mistakes happen. That is life. Most retailers will not do any altering of credit card transactions over the phone. This is not a new concept, and is for the safety of your financial data. While frustrating, it is nothing to be 'furious' over. Just ask yourself how many mistakes you have made in your life, and be thankful no one ever jumped online to plaster your name all over the place.

First off, was that the only table you could sit at? Second, why is it any of your business what the employees do? You are not the owner or manager. I wonder why people like you feel the need to manage other people's business. Mind your own.

One, if you are that strapped for cash, why are shopping at the most expensive place for supplies? And two, take your item to a register where there is a scanner and ask how much it is. Why did you feel the need to be rude to someone working there? So what if they were talking? People really need to mind their own business.

What is wrong with liquor? Do you not take medications? So you are ok with them selling drugs that can kill you but not liquor? You have a warped sense of morality.
