The drug probably was available, but the scripts before yours come first.
What do you expect from cheap cloths? You can feel them and tell they are not absorbant.

Sometimes people react to you by the way you treat them. If you start out rude you will likely get rude back.

Michelle, your doctor does not control the pharmacy, and your doctor is not the one who will get the fine and the handcuffs. Your pharmacist will. It sure is up to the pharmacist. What part of the law, and pharmacist legal resposibility are you missing? You are welcome to call the state board of pharmacy and ask them if the pharmacist has the right to refuse an early fill on a narcotic. They will tell you emphatically yes, that a pharmacist has the legal right, and responsibility to refuse any script for any reason. With narcotics, the DEA and the federal government decide when you can fill a script. And it is exactly, to the date, with very few exceptions, the date of the last fill.

You can air your opinion all you want. And I can refute it with facts. And your pharmacist can continue protecting himself.

You are the one missing the point. Just because you found a pharmacist willing to do the early fill does not make the one who wouldn't wrong. It only means that the one who filled it took the risk. If it came back on him, you would be home free, but he would not. You fail to see past your own wants. The law is not new. It had been all over the news for months before it ever changed. Heck, there were literlaly hundreds of thousands who could not even get hydrocodone, or even Tylenol, due to the changes. The laws change, and thus pharmacies must comply. The fact that you would not blink or care in the least if the law decided your doctor was wrong in approving the early fill and held your pharmacist liable disgusts me. Because I know you would not care.

I am glad you got your medication. But I am furious that you got it at the expense of a board certified, doctor of pharmacy, who knows more about the drugs you take than the doctor who prescribes them. Why don't ou ask your doctor sometime how much of a kickback he gets for the drugs he recommends. You might be surprised at the response.

First thing, never, ever removed a shelf sign. That is not your proof of a wrong price. Once you remove the sigange, your proof vanishes with you.

If you google any company there will be complaints so that part of your comment is irrelvant. Having complaints does not make a business bad or wrong. It means most of the time their customers have expectations that they themselves coulc never deliver.

As for passing judgment, I am a certified, licenced and registered pharmacy tech. I am telling you outright you are wrong. No judgment, just plain fact.

How would they know they could not fix it if they never evaluated it? You act like they should have taken one look at the car and known exactly what was wrong with it.
If an incident report was not filled out that is your fault.
Honeslty, what they wear is none of your business. You are not the uniform police. Second, a place that people make minimum wage and are expected to handle and prepare 300 pieces of food in an hour it stands to reaosn some things might go missing. This is not exclusive to BK. Taco Bell, Mickey D's, they all do it. If you think you can do better, apply for a job and go to work. Otherwise, accept that humans work there, and check your bag before you leave. Only a janitor gets less respect for working his butt off.

Sounds like that is also CVS' customers as well. You get the attitude you give. And from your entire post I can see what attitude you gave. I am sure they will all be glad to never deal with you again.
How did she give you the wrong cigarettes? Were you not standing there when she pulled them off the shelf, rang themup and sat them on the counter in front of you?
"I asked to see the surveillance footage of her stealing and they stated they could not show it to me. Really? You can accuse my child of stealing but can't show me the proof! "

Correct. They can only show law enforcement without a court order.

How old is your daughter that she has had 5 jobs in 5 years? In North Carolina, you have to be 16 to get a job, and that is with a work permit. If your daughter has had 5 jobs in 5 years, then your daughter is at least 21 years old. Old enough to fend for herself, and certainbly old enough to lie to you about why she got fired.
"They don't value their customers. They don't want to work with their customers. They don't want to satisfy their customers at all. They turn you away with stupid sad ### excuses for reasons you can't lower your already outrageous car payment. Oh but their 0% interest is oh so great for their customers, ###!"

How, exactly, does not offering a particular service equate to them not valuing, wanting to work with, or satisfying their customers? The fact is, they offer a service, that you agreed to when you took the loan, and now that you want to change the terms, are angry that they do not offer the service that will do that. The easy answer is, find a lender who does. As for them somehow being the bad guy for offering a low rate to you to begin with, how are they bad for offering something YOU chose to use? Seems if they are bad for offering, you are worse for taking advantage of.

I heard this a long time ago, and it is still true. Contracts never become unfair until the consumer wants to change it.

It is fast food. You are one in probably 5000 they will see in any given day. If you think you can do better, jump in there and get to work. Or realize they are humans, probably teenagers, and just check your bag before you leave.
"These people are using public facilities to run their business and they have a de facto monopoly on child care in Victoria."

And yet it is their fault that you have not paid your bill?

I'm sorry, but if my kid had been injured like that with no phone calls or explanation, I would not be on the internet on a complaints site. I would have my kid at the ER, getting a medical evaluation, and then at a lawyer's office and reporting them to the department of children's servives.

"I know why they don't let anyone use their restroom, but it is me and therefore I am special".
You talk about this old lady being ride, but your entire rant comes off as aggressive and hateful. I wonder who the rude one really is, and what example you get for your niece ignoring someone who says hello to you as though they are not worthy of your time. It would have taken you two seconds to say hey. This old lady may not have anyone alive in her life except her customers. How arrogant of you to be so hateful.

I understand vacation overrides. I also understand the reason pharamcists say no. As for what I make, I make a good paycheck thank you. I do not live to impress you honey. I would love to see you go to school, get educated, and go to work in a pharmacy.

I can see why she thinks it is fake. California license are good for 5 years. Yours has an issue date of 8/8/2016, and expires 8/12/17. Something is wrong with that. When you buy anything that requires a legal ID, the clerk, in every state, has the right to refuse any ID that does not appear valid.

What do you mean hide their name tags? How do you know they were cashiers? Were they standing near an open register? Was the light on at the register? There is a lot missing here, and the fact that you claim they did not greet you prompts the question: did you greet her? Or did you huff and sigh out loud and make comments you knew they could hear but not have the nerve to say them outright to their faces?

It always makes me laugh when people complain about rudeness, yet think nothing of their own rudeness.
When did you get fired?
Walmart and the Chinese? Lol. You are funny.

Stop buying bad produce. If it is bad when you buy it then you are the stupid one. If it turned bad in your home then you should not be able to return it. You kept it too long.

Stopping you to check your receipt or bag is not illegal. Whoever told you that is also stupid.
