What you refuse to understand is that the word NO is in no way rude or bad customer service. Li ke I said, you will be hard pressed to find even one retailer who will alter your purchase over the phone when a credit card is involved. They have no way to verify who you are.
Where can you buy cases of water for under $2? We have a hurricane coming and the water is still the same price it always is: $3.98 per case.
If you want water for free, visit a FEMA tent or truck.
How old is your son that he refuses to follow a doctor's orders? If the son is over the age of 18, then legally he is an adult and the employee is right to follow store policy. If the son is under 18, he is a minor and the employee should follow mother's policy. If he is under 18, then instead of blaming the employee, mom should be beating her kid's butt for not doing as he is told.
I do not work at CVS, no. But I do in fact have not only a high school diploma, and not one, but two degrees, one in history and one in graphics design.
Again, I ask, what is wrong with them selling liquor when you are there buying drugs?
Honestly, CVS is a busy pharmacy. Just give her your information so she can wait on you and the other hundred of patients that need her attention.
What is it with people who think a store employee should be their friend?
When was your service with them? Before Jan. 1? Or after? How did they get the wrong insurance? You had to have given it to them to begin with. If you had a different insurance when you used their service, then you are responsible for the bill if the insurance refuses to pay it.
Let me add, that if your current insurance is the one who needs to pay, then you can forward the bills to them by emailing or faxing them.
Nearly every credit card works this way. Your interest is accrued until your bill is paid off, and your payoff has to be within the current billing cycle. It is always best to ask for a 10 day payoff. Read your terms of your card.
Remember this complaint if you ever order something and it arrives late.
Go to school and get your tech certificate and see if you can do better.
Oh please. Cry me a river.
I say a lot of kind things. I just have little use for frivolous complaints like this one.
Probably because the poster was tailgating the car in front of her.
And they are under no obligation to provide you with child care.
My comment is only discourteous to you because it does not fall in line with your way of thinking. In other words, you don't like it because it does not agree with you.
The fact is, you accepted their terms when you accepted their service. You do not get to change them to meet your ideals. If you did not like their payment system or terms why would you bother using their service?
Respect and courtesy go both ways, and enforcing the policies you agreed to when you signed up is not in any way rude or discourteous. You refusing to abide by the contract you signed is. See the difference?
I have a few things to say to this. First being, that it is not their fault your purse got stolen, and I, like they, have no idea what you expected them to do about it.
Second, telling people they will be robbed if they eat there is inflammatory and could be grounds for a lawsuit against you. The fact that you got robbed does not mean that this place is a bad place to eat. It means you, individually, had something stolen.
Third, you say you and your family, meaning there were at least 3 of you at the table. At least one of you was seated across from you, within plain view of the back of the area in which you sat. Which means, the person seated across from you had a clear line of sight of anyone coming up or passing behind you. So, why did the person seated across from you not notice someone lift your purse?
The fact is, you were careless with your belongings and had them stolen. No one's fault but yours and the thief's. The only thing you can do is call the cops and report it. Olive Garden has no responsibility here.
Simply put, this is none of your business.
So telling you to use the change machine, which is there for that very reason, is discriminating against you? The reason they have a change machine is to avoid having to open their register for change. That is in no way disrespectful or discriminating.
Why would you buy something that was damaged?
What exactly do you think the make up counter is for? Just because you walk up there does not mean the customer she is helping has to get in line behind you.
I am thinking you do not understand the definition of the word ALLEGED.

Sami, why should a store replace for free what you broke?
So if you and your spouse is having words, the employees of the restaurant should butt in your business and tell you to pipe down? Or would you tell them it was none of their business? It has nothing to do with not having a heart. You have no idea what the situation is, and unless you are the manager, you should butt out.
