So I take it you have never reserved a hotel room before? Or purchased anything online? Or even in a store?

Who is giving you free drinks and food? The friend who works there? Under what authority? Essentially she is stealing from the company by having you do her work for her and then using company product to "pay" you.

You also said you were standing around waiting for a friend to get off work. How long were you there? If you weren't there to buy anything and you were just waiting there, then that, my darling is the very definition of loitering. If you live across the street, then wait there until their shift is over.

YEAH! You tell em!
If you knew your friend didn't book this "hot seat" then why didn't you deal with it BEFORE you boarded the plane. AKA when you were checking in. That's when you could upgrade your seat. If the seats were full, what would you do? make someone move?
Common sense tells you it cannot be applied at the self checkout. They have to verify the purchaser is actually a senior. Otherwise, what's to stop someone from giving their optimum card to their kids or grandkids and let them have a shopping spree at 20% off.
So, what you are saying is, you didn't read the menu? Because it clearly states on the menu that marinara sauce for the breadsticks is an additional 3.49. Don't blame the waiter for your ignorance. When they suggest wine or dessert, do you assume those are free as well?
So when the cashier gave you the wrong phone - you didn't open your mouth and say that's not the phone I want? As for "The customer is always right" That was a marketing gimmick and is completely untrue. As in your case.
So because you ordered the other stuff "plain" in should be obvious you don't want veggies? And if he is so highly allergic, should he not be careful and inspect his food before consuming, as well as making sure when you order that there are no veggies due to allergies? You cannot blame them.
It is not false advertisement when it clearly states on the coupon what is not included.
Not only that, but you wrote your complaint on June 30, and the coupon is for July 4th only.
There is definitely way more to this. I would love to hear the manager's side of the story.
I'm surprised places still take cheques. It sounds like you had intended to kite said cheque since you said if the money wasn't there you could move it around later. That's illegal.

You pocketed the cigarettes without paying. They have every right to be upset about that. You claim to have forgotten - but it doesn't matter. You had unpaid merchandise that you removed from the shopping bags and placed into your purse.

I smell BS - you know the full name of this employee? Sounds like you are simply trying to make trouble for someone.

WOW - ok first of all, Pepsi Twist was a cola beverage that was discontinued well over a decade ago. Secondly, since it was a cola beverage, not sure how Sierra Mist is your next alternative. And besides, if you don't like Sierra mist, then buy 7 Up or Sprite. No one is holding a gun to your head.

That's your fault for not checking the policy. You cannot blame the park because you made this assumption.

So you went INTO the store, ordered a pizza, paid cash then went HOME and waited for it to be delivered? Yeah, that's not how it works.

How the hell are you [censored]s all falling for this scam. How can you win a draw that you never entered in the first place?

They may have been unopened with the Kmart sticker but how old were these CDs? If they are no longer in their system, they can't do anything about it. They won't be able to resell those CDs . It sounds less like rudeness and more like a case of you not being able to understand that no does not equal rude.
Sooo what you are saying is, you were hiring someone to do something criminal/illegal and they scammed you? No! really? Maybe next time don't do anything that needs a hacker.

Your daughter is old enough to have a job, then it is not your place to speak with her manager, or with district managers. That is HER responsibility. If one of my employees had their mother call me, unless they were calling because the employee was incapacitated in some way, I am not talking to them.

You do realize you can reinstall apps that have been installed and deleted before, right? You can have multiple instances of the same app running on a variety of devices as well .
It is your responsibility to keep him out of places where he doesn't belong, autistic or not. If he had been injured while behind those counters, you would be going after the store for not keeping your child out of harm's way.

So, you are angry because they won't bend the rules for you, even though it tells you there is a 30 day return policy? You are lucky they are offering you anything back at all.
Wow. Over a straw. Seriously? Besides, who drinks their Margarita with a straw? They salt the rim for a reason, and it isn't to look pretty. Yeah those pesky left wingers and their agenda to save the earth. What losers.
Why were you asking for her specifically to check you out? Why not go to the cashier who is already there? The fact that you seem to know her full name, and that there is some history there.
