No legitimate contest/lottery/sweepstakes will ask you to pay to receive your winnings. This is a scam.

You do realize that they want to go home right? It doesn't sound rude, it sounds like she allowed you to stay much longer than the allowed time, and was asking you to move along. Just because you aren't allowed to do what you want, it doesn't mean she was rude. Technically, you WERE loitering if you were hanging around inside the establishment after it had closed. It also means you had been there for well over 30 minutes since they close at 11, and you must have purchased your meals earlier than that.

I don't understand why it is such a big deal to just show your ID. The company are protecting their backsides and I support this. If you don't like it, go elsewhere. The colour of your hair or lack thereof has no bearing on your age. My cousin lost all of his hair by the time he was 9 due to Alopecia. He looked much older than the rest of us, and easily looked well into his 20s when he was just 16. If the store is going to sell an age restrictive item, they have the right to refuse service without proper ID, regardless of how old you think you look. It takes a couple of extra seconds. If you don't like it, shop elsewhere, but be prepared to show ID wherever you shop for items like alcohol or cigarettes.

It's not racism, it is loss prevention. How did you not notice the package was torn before purchasing?

Good grief people! It's TV. It isn't the end of the world. Turn off the idiot box and go read a book.
What "freebie" little bottle? Was there a small bottle attached to a different liquor or a different sized bottle and your mother (elderly makes no difference) took it from one to put on her purchase? That is stealing! That was not a mistake. She simply didn't think she would be caught.
So you stole a headband and now you are complaining that they treated you like a thief?
It wasn't rude to ask you to proceed to the check out with 5 minutes before closing. These are people who have lives and homes and families to go home to. Your lack of transportation is not their concern and doesn't mean you can stay there until you are finished your shopping. Many stores have things like lighting and safes on a timer and by you deciding to go at your own pace, you could be putting the store's takings in jeopardy. Your sister working x or y place doesn't mean things operate the same in each location. Have some respect for the employees and check out when asked to do so. You had plenty of time to wander through the store and check out the aisle for your dry heels. If that had been a priority, you should have checked there first. You were there for 50 minutes before you were asked to approach the check out with your purchases. Surely that is more than enough time to browse the aisles.
WOW - so the problem is too many black people and a female manager. Wait, a black female manager! Yeah, you sound like a real winner.
He asked to speak with you privately, you chose to say no, So you made this matter a public one in front of colleagues. Your embarrassment is your own fault.

Because no one in history has ever used a child to smuggle drugs/contraband, used as a child bomber etc. Everyone is subject to the same scrutiny. It is your safety and the safety of your family that is at stake. It was a random selection.

Perhaps he was upset because your son KNOWS the rules related to his staff discount (which presumably is only to be used while at work or just before/after a shift and ONLY for himself - not to feed everyone he knows) You were trying to use your son's discount NOT your son, which again is something your son likely knows is against the rules. Of COURSE he was speaking to your son, he was the one with the discount, not you. You should not have put your son in that position.

So your child (not a baby, they are 4 years old) walked into a table and this is the fault of the store how? They didn't push that table into the child. How is it any different than if your child had walked into a display? It wasn't the store's fault, it was simply an accident.
You are contacting a lawyer for a bad haircut?
It isn't all Canada Post's fault this one. Unless you have tracking on the package and know that it is stuck in Canada somewhere, Royal Mail handles it the first stretch. You also must remember that these packages have to go through customs and things do get held up there quite often. The package does go through many hands before it becomes part of Canada Post's system.

They didn't purposely break down just to inconvenience you. It happens in travel. Hell, it happens with your own vehicle from time to time. They sent a replacement to get there as soon as they could.

Perhaps you should have booked directly with the hotel instead of through a third party website if you had such specific requests. You booked a "family suite" There are a limited number of those in the hotel I am sure and there is no guarantee that any of them have the view you want. You were also travelling in high season. $253/night, while expensive, is not that out of character for high season travel to this hotel. I took it upon myself to look up the prices and the room availability. it has 19 total suites. This includes a variety of different sized suites. I am willing to bet there are only 2, maybe 3 family suites. So there is a limited number of views available and guess what - people who book directly through the hotel and those with hotel loyalty cards are going to get first pick. Not to mention they may have arrived first. Also, the current going rate for a family suite to travel mid week in end of October is already $200, so that $250 seems perfectly reasonable for High season.

So you are using your own ignorance as an excuse to return the car with an empty tank? You obviously had access to google maps (since you used it to map your route) you could have used your device to search for a gas station. You blame the airport, you blame the highway signage. You are unwilling to take the responsibility.
You made the error. You didn't notice it before confirming and you admit to not checking the emails that came in with your confirmation information. Hotwire isn't there to hold your hand and remind you that you have 2 nights booked in 2 different states. Many people book themselves into multiple hotels even if they are in different states. The onus is on you to make sure the information is correct.

And what did they say when you went back up to the counter and showed them the chicken? There are unlikely to be any repercussions from only one bite of the chicken. The time to bring it up was while you were IN the restaurant. You obviously ate in, as evidenced in your picture. So why didn't you take it up then and ask for a refund?

The drive thru is for quick service. It isn't meant for you to sit there while you hem and haw over what you might like. "It wasn't even 5 minutes" Do you think it is fair to sit in the drive thru for that length of time while trying to decide what you want? If you don't know, go inside, or at least pull out of the line until you are ready to order. There is nothing worse than being stuck behind people like you who sit there trying to figure out what they want. Go inside next time, or check out the menu online so you can be prepared. Don't hold it up for everyone else.

I would love to hear the employee side of this and not just your daughter's. Because I am willing to bet there was more going on.
Did you want him to spoon feed you as well?
It states on your order that processing time could take 7-10 business days. It hasn't been that long for the October 26th order and only just past that on the 19th. That's PROCESSING TIME not from time of order to delivery. Patience.
also - have you tried to track your order using the online tracker? https://support.fashionnova.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000485051
