Maybe if you want to complain to a store SEND IT THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE! Sending it to a random public forum isn't the way now is it? One would think the smart thing to do would be contact the store directly.
They have rules regarding maximum occupancy. It is for your safety and for the safety and of your children, as well as for the peace and comfort of other guests. While I am sure your children are angels, what about the next person who brings in 6 kids, all of whom are up running around (which, by the way, can be heard in the room below you most of the time) or running in and out of the room for ice, snacks etc. doors slamming, tv up loud. You cannot blame them for you sleeping in a car. That's not their fault.
So you signed up to use a service that clearly lists their prices. You gave them your account information and you are upset they actually charged you? How DARE they ask to be paid for their product! The nerve of some companies!
WOW -- what a bunch of greedy idiots who are wilfully giving up their personal information to a fake draw that you never entered in the first place. Do you REALLY think Audi would run a draw like this? And if they did, wouldn't they use a company email account instead of Outlook?
Well done [censored]s. Prepare for identity theft.
Wow - was unaware that there was a problem with hot sauce packaging. I usually do this thing I like to call READING and I can see what heat something is.
I seriously doubt you are there for 5 hours. You also say "every time" so even if this happened as you stated, why would you continue to go back?
So desperate for a phone but you already had one? Came to your home and you didn't have the money? Why would 1)he know where you live and what you looked like on the street?
An R rated movie means you must be 18 or accompanied by an adult. That isn't the fault of the movie theatre, that is your fault for not doing your due diligence. AMC clearly states that anyone under 17 MUST be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian (21 years or older) in order to attend an R rated film.
An emotional support animal is not the same as a service dog and is not covered by ADA laws. He is not allowed to carry the dog anywhere. The "certificate" you provided can be purchased online by anyone and it doesn't mean the dog is a service animal. You stated yourself it is an emotional support dog. People like you make it incredibly difficult for people with legitimate service dogs to be given fair treatment.
All you did was pay $150 so you can pretend you have "rights" to tote your dog wherever you please. Even the website where you purchased your fake document tells you the emotional support animal doesn't mean it gets full access everywhere.
Not Tim Horton's fault you didn't pay attention to the loyalty program parameters. It clearly states on the website, on the advertising and on the app EXACTLY what you receive when you purchase 7 items (not your 7th item) and it explains that you can receive a free coffee, tea or baked good (other than timbits and bagels) French Vanilla is NOT a coffee. It is listed as a specialty hot beverage. Always has been. You are the one responsible for your own let down. Tim Horton's is not to blame.
I think your tinfoil hat is too tight lady!
Just because another store had them at a marked down price, doesn't mean that location has to do the same thing. She stated to you on multiple occasions that they were not on sale at that store. Why didn't you just a)buy them online or b)buy them at the other location? Why did you feel the need to go back and harass the manager about it?
So because of circumstances beyond their control, they had to close down the pool and hot tub. These things happen. But you pay for a hotel room and that is what they provided. I don't know what else they can do. Or are you looking for a freebie because someone fouled the pool?
You realise that they do this in other stores as well? And you aren't obligated to give or explain why you can't. Just say no thank you, make your purchase and move on with your day.
So you left the line and then got upset when she didn't let you just jump back in where you left? as soon as you left the line, you lost your place and you have to go back to the end. You don't get to butt in front of others. It doesn't matter why you left. You left for a significant enough period of time. It wasn't poor customer service, but your own selfishness assuming you were more important than the others in line.
This isn't a NEW policy. This has always been their policy.
Why would you leave expensive tools in a truck you abandoned in a parking lot? That's on you. Secondly, you left it parked there for far too long. You needed to get it certified, why didn't you make an appointment to have that done? Why didn't you have the ownership? Was this car actually yours? Was it stolen? If it was missing, you could VERY easily go to the Service Ontario Office. It is JUST next to the mall in Cobourg - you can walk to it from Canadian Tire. Your car was there for over 2 months. Of COURSE they towed it.
Good luck seeking out a lawyer who will take your case. You have none. You abandoned a vehicle that you can't even prove was yours in the parking lot of a store. They have every right to remove it at your expense. There are signs in the parking lot that state this.
As Kmart said, not every promotion is honoured at every store and they state that at the bottom of their ads/promotional materials (Select Locations only/Participating Locations only/excluding x/y state) If this offer is not on their corporate website, then screenshots from other sites like pennypinchers or whatever other sites hold no weight at all. I could make a website that said "Free $10 gift card when you download x app or come into store and say I'm your biggest fan" just because I publish it, it doesn't make it true.
