Don't buy La-z-boy recliners the fabric will not hold up. I bought a recliner 16 months ago and the fabric already is wearing through. Warranty is only 12 months and La-z-boy refuses to do anything after warranty expires. Call store referred me to customer service. Will not help you after warranty time had expired. I've just now read a lot of the pissed off at Pep Boys reviews. What can I add. I only wish that I'd read them before wasting money on a repair that wasn't necessary. They are a credit service that restores credit and told me i would have a 750 credit score or better and they did not do anything close to that score and i requested a refund and was denied. So i have just about the same score it went up a total of 15 points or so and they refuse to refund me my monies as i was told in the beginning when i hired them.

When I was shopping inside Menard's store, my car in Menard's parking lot was hit by a shopping cart. It caused a damage to my car. I found the shopping cart next to my car when I walked out of the store.
Now Menard's denied the responsibility of my car's damage. I think it is not fair. My car was damaged by their property but I as their their cutomer need to take the loss.

I had my car serviced for an oil change and safety inspection, the mileage in was21006, and on paper it said mileage out was 21007, I couldn't pick it up during work hours so they locked it out and I picked it up after midnight the following night, the mileage said 21024, and on top of that my bumper had a huge scrape!!
