Charged our credit card $25.00 for theft of towel/washcloth. We did not steal linen. When we called to ask about the "unauthorized" charge on our card, the staff was rude, uncaring. This company asked me to go through an externally frustrating debit card authentication's/verification process that my bank won't participate in for some reason with a reputable company. I am puzzled and frustrated with this byzantine process. Its like "The Trial" by Franzs Kafka. By their own admission the company Koreancupid.com says it is selective about who they put this through. I ordered a couple of bras form this company, paying with my credit card. It's been 11 days and, though I've received acknowledgment of an order being placed, I've still not received a confirmation. My attempts to find out if my order has been processed have resulted in form letters and promises to get back to me "promptly", to which there has yet to be a follow-up.
