I brought my 2003 350Z to Autoway Nissan complaining of an abnormal noise in the transmission. I was told that the noise is a "normal" noise for the 350Z and will probably get louder with age. I contacted Nissan North America and expressed my dissatisfaction with what I was told and was told that someone would contact me the following day.

We purchased bedroom set for 14 year old girl 12/02. By April of 04 the dresser was bowing in the middle. We purchased the goof proof for an extra $100.00. Guardsman told me "you live too close to the beach, that caused the particle board to warp, and so sorry, we don't cover warping..."

I booked a nights stay with Travelocity at Best Western Hotel.
The listed price was $95 and when I confirmed the booking it said taxes are applicable and brought the charges to $114. When i got to the hotel they charged me Taxes all over again and i ended up paying $133.

Bought time share at new hotel, have not been able to stay at new hotel for 3 years. My husband and I purchased a term policy with Primerica over 20 years ago. At the time, we were told the premium would increase when we reached a certain age. What we weren't told, is that the premium to keep the same coverage we have had would suddenly increase over $1200.00 per year!

I downloaded cyberdefender from a freeware site (Yea - I know, you get what you pay for). I ran it and it found lots of problems that windows livecare didn't. However, this freeware only identifies "problems". You have to register and pay to remove these mysterious problems. Here's where it gets fun. If you decline to pay, it becomes a "virus warning"...

Simmons, what a joke!! They do not honor their warranty. My top of the line Exceptional mattress failed in less than a year with two trough like depressions where we lay. Unfortunately I've had this service for over two but I have no choice. (Well I do but). I'm running a eBay /web base business and dial wont cut it. The problem I have is that I pay $70.00 per month for browsing. If I wont to download any large updates I have to do it at 3am, and sometimes it hard to get up that early.
