DO NOT PUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET!

I have friends in the high tech industry. They have done IT work for corporations and military and government and other places I do not ask them the details. They ALL tell me that THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A SECURE INTERNET CONNECTION! GET IT? I HOPE SO!

These people are at the TOP of their game. They are paid big bucks also to see if they can hack various sites and point out these weaknesses to their IT people who maintain these sites.

So when they tell me these things, there is NO WAY IN HELL I AM PUTTING REAL NAME, DATE OF BIRTH and FINANCIAL INFORMATION on ANY Internet site. That includes bank account numbers, credit car numbers, date of birth, social security number, driver's license number, student id number, etc.

You don't know WHO or WHERE is getting your information or can get it in the future! NOT FOR SURE!

Your letter just provided me with the reenforcement for my decision. I will also NOT be patronizing anyone who does not have a solid address to send them a US Postal Money Order for payment. That way, if there is a glitch, I can get the US Postal Police and maybe the FBI on the fraudsters.

I AM NOT SAYING THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS OR FRAUDS. Just that based on this report, they will NEVER get ANY of my business!

I am sorry this happened to you. Consider it a lesson in Internet Commerce and be more careful.

I bought a 93 SW-2 wagon brand new. The dealer had it more than I did. I won't go into any details but I was not going to own that car without the warranty that was up at 36k, so I traded it off at 30k for a camry wagon. The 94 Camry currently has 218K and runs great. One more thing the market knows how bad Saturns are and they do not hold resale value so in fact the cars are very expensive. This was my first and last Saturn.

Do you really feel that your ELEVEN-YEAR-OLD car should be "replaced" due to various problems it is having? Hello ... it is eleven years old! It is highly unreasonable to expect it to run like new! At eleven years old, you're lucky the car is still running at all! You can't really be serious ...

This car maybe chronologically old but the piece of crap had the same problems from the get go. Saturn felt that the first two times I complained about this car that it really shouldn't matter to me because the will "factory fix it" for me FREE. To have the same problem surface at 16,000 mile intervals demonstrates the following to me:

1. Car was a LEMON- A PIECE OF CRAP from the get go and:

2. Saturn's replacement parts and inept mechanics could never get this car right.

65,000 miles trouble free did not happen for me, they owe me.

As my frustration grew I took the Saturn Corporation to small claims court. Armed with documentation of past identical internal cylinder head cracks, the notice I got from Saturn in 1999 which explained that such a crack might occur and they would be liable. Also I took with me the very expensive extended warranty I purchased.

The SATURN SLOBS did not show. I presented my arguments at an Inquest. I WON! The credit card removed the charge.

Moral of the story - THE LITTLE GUY WINS ONCE IN A WHILE BUT PREPARE FOR A FIGHT AND ALWAYS REMEMBER - NEVER EVER BUY A SATURN VEHICLE.

THE END.

I got an e-mail from Sirius about renewing my satellite radio subscription. I called the number for renewal and waited on hold for 45 minutes! Then, the line went dead and I got a dial tone. I called back at a different time and gave up after a 20 minute wait. I tried to reach their tech. support and got a recording saying "no one is available--call back." I finally left them an e-mail and someone contacted me and eventually resolved the problem. After spending so much time and the frustration, I would not recommend Sirius to anyone.

I put my prescription in on 12/14/06 in order to get 2017 rates on my insurance. Today is 1/9/07 and I still have not received it. I have had several people on the phone tell me it is in processing and it is on the way and I still am without my insulin. Because I have called so often Walgreen's has grown tired of my telephone calls and has put the fault on me. My insurance company will not do anything because they say Walgreen's is at fault. No one at Walgreen's seems to care that they have not dispensed my insulin and no one is trying to straighten out the problem.
I bought from Ikea a $25.00 gift certificate and 4 plastic storage food contains @$4.00 a piece before Christmas. On arriving home went to clean the containers one had the lip of the container stuck in the lid so without removing the sticker I put it away for return.

My receipt in the mean time was misplaced but I just wanted to exchange for another one so went to Ikea on the 28th of Dec. Figuring it would be no problem since I just wanted to get an exchange and the Ikea tag was still attached. After waiting in line for 30 minutes I was told by the clerk that without a receipt they could not help me. Because I had another schedule appointment I did not complain to higher up but I feel that was a ridiculous policy on such a trivial item. If Ikea cannot exchange a $4.00 idea that still has their tag still attached I would not want to do business with such a petty company.

My mail in rebate was approved as early as 10-18-06 but still no check. Rebate center in Minnesota processing claim. I purchased my phone thru Cellular Choices www.cellularchoices.net. A complete address is not shown on its website as it ABOUT US shows it is Oregon based. I searched the yellow pages thru various internet sites but was unable to locate an address . I searched the BBB's website serving Alaska, Oregon and Wetern Washington. It lists Cellular Choices www.cellularchoices.net. Address is 16004 SW Tuala Sherwood Rd Ste 166 Sherwood OR [protected] telephone [protected] fax [protected]. It is shown as a sole proprietorship and business start date is February 2002. Note: the phone is still connected.

Breast Gain Plus is a breast enhancing pill that claims that it will increase your bust in as little as 30 days. Well, I used this product for a total of 3 months and NEVER gained a centimeter.

Out of all the enhancing pills out there I chose Breast Gain Plus because it was supposed to be the #1 product out there. It came with a 100% money back guarantee.. so they said. I spent a total of $180.00 and was only refunded $40.00. On top of that, the website claimed it had "discreet shipping", and didn't put the name of the product on the shipping label. That was the only true statement they made. However, if you are lucky enough to even get a refund check back from them, they will have Breast Gain Plus printed right on it. Now I have to cash the check and be completely embarrassed. Also, you deal with representatives online. You can NEVER get anyone on the phone! PLEASE- do yourself a favor, and AVOID purchasing Breast Gain Plus! They're "money back guarantee" is FALSE.. Don't be a SUCKER like I was!
My rip off will top all of these combined! I am a nurse, and was moving from Canada to Florida. I was pregnant, so did not feel well enough to travel in a bumpy truck the whole way with my other 4 kids and husband; we decided to keep our items in storage until we got settled! BIG MISTAKE...

First of all, we were promised a ground level storage unit; when we arrived, we had a top level! My husband and friend had to move all my heavy furniture up to this level without help, as we didnt bring additional help for a ground level unit! Shelly was useless, rude, argumentative, and did not care what I was promised. We proceeded to move our items in. This was approx $30,000.00 worth of furniture, jewellry, and personal effects.

There came a time over the holidays where I forgot to send in my payment. They called me in Florida to remind me, and I assured them it would be sent promptly. Shelly (the useless one) told me not to worry, as my belongings were not pending auction. Next I knew, my mother received a letter (regular mail, NOT CERTIFIED) in Canada, even though they knew my contact info in Florida and called me there several times. The letter stated my belongings were scheduled for auction! I called Shelly, and was told again it was an error and I had nothing to worry about. I assured her that payment was sent, and that was the end of conversation...or so I thought.

I received another telephone call from Shelly to confirm they did receive my payment, but because it was drawn on a US check they could not confirm funds, and they were going to auction my furniture and personal belongings! THE ENTIRE CONTENTS OF THE UNIT! They also knew I would not have time to send an alternate form of payment.

I never received one piece of mail, certified or otherwise, to advise me of this. Included in this unit were personal suggestive photographs of myself, financial documents, including SIN documents, a big screen TV, my engagement ring valued at $4500.00, furniture, expensive name brand clothing for myself, husband and 4 kids, all pier one and the like frames, flower arrangements, photos of my babies with bare bottoms, tastefully done (but you dont want those in the wrong hands when it comes to your children with the sickos in this world!) all top of the line that it took me a lifetime up to now to acquire & purchase. I would guess the minimum value as $30,000.00...probably more.

I contacted my brother, who went to U haul on auction day. He offered to give them the payment in cash in exchange for the check I sent, as he knew the check was good. That way, the payment would be cleared up, and my items would be mine. Shelly (the useless one) told my brother that he was too late; it was now 1102 am and the auction (although it had not started) was scheduled for 1100 am.

They refused his payment and opted for the items instead...the only bright (for their benefit, of course) thing they had done while I dealt with them! When that failed, my brothers girlfriends father (confusing, I know!), his soon to be father in law, who barely knows me, attempted to attend the public auction. His intent was to buy my stuff, therefore having paid the bill, and return it to me. He was refused entry to the auction.

Ultimately, my items were sold for $867.00...the flowers on my dining table and a few picture frames alone would have covered that price! My sentimental items & keepsakes from trips were sold, some pictures were returned after being torn from the frames, which were sold, the suggestive pics were never returned, nor were the other private documents. They never returned my payment check to me either.

It has been expressed to me by several people that the employees themselves wanted, and subsequently had someone purchase my items, for themselves. They were beautiful items, right down to my fashionista clothes! I will never get over this; it caused difficulties with my pregnancy, depression/anxiety, and left permanent scars.

My children's keepsakes and personal items are all gone; things given to them by grandparents who have since passed, things that cant be replaced. I would love legal help and recovery not only for my items, but for the emotional turmoil all of my family has been through. Not to mention where my private pics got to.

Any assistance greatly appreciated, but please NEVER EVER EVER STORE ANYTHING WORTHWHILE AT U HAUL! TRUST ME, THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO GET THEIR MINIMUM WAGE MAKING, LOW CLASS, GRUBBY HANDS ON THEM!

I had over 1000 dollars in my account when a merchant accidentally entered wrong information for the charge, the merchant immediately refunded the amount back to my account, well I called to report the accidental charge by the merchant the same day, knowing of Wachovia's stand on issuing overdraft funds for smaller items first, which is wrong to begin with, correct accounting processes should be that all items posted should be paid first to last in transaction date and time of transaction, but regardless, I contacted them immediately when I got home and discovered that the REFUND was not posting but the CHARGE was, it concerned me because all of it was completed by the merchant at the same exact time! I was told that they would hold the amount until the refund showed, well low and behold they charged my account $245.00 in overdraft fees for the previous 7 transactions, their reason, it would have overdrafted anyway due to the incorrectly charged transaction, my argument with them is that it was incorrect and the refund would have given me more then ample amount of funding to cover the previous 7 transactions, not to mention that an (above and beyond my full balance transfer of money should have been credited the same day, but like the refund was not.

I even had the confirmation of the money transfer and completion from my brokerage account in hand! Wachovia said they hadn't seen any wire come through their business and again it was the merchant who is responsible for the credits. My question, what exactly if ever, is Wachovia accountable for? I would love to be included in any class action lawsuit against Wachovia at this time for improper accounting practices! Sign me up. I want my account refunded the improper overdraft funds they took out and any other damages that occur from this ongoing issue.
I hope you're collecting these mutual complaints for good use. My Mother in Law was in the Nursing Home for 2 1/2 weeks in April and 3 weeks in Sept and they charged them for a whole two months. I
had tried to arrange billing to me they didn't do it. Only further upsetting my father n law (who is now
alone due to the passing of my Mother n Law). Several people, including myself and my father n law
called to cancel their services. With my call they wouldn't even talk with me about cancelling without
power of attorney. Other people assisting him called talked with customer service to no avail. They
turned it over to a collection agency. I have paid them reluctantly, but we are upset they did not work
with us at all.

I also switched to charter this pass year and took a bundle package, modem and TV HBO, etc. They
didn't bury the cable for 4 months. I had to call them to come back 3 times to bury it. Every time they
came they found something wrong with the previous service connection and wouldn't bury it. TV still
does not come in good and periodically there is no service for local channels due to overload they tell
me. I will be switching back to Direct TV when I find a modem I can use without a telephone.
I must say that Charter Communications has THE WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. Every time I try to do something with my account I cannot get the same answer from any of their customer service reps and it always winds up with a waste of my time, money and a major inconvenience to me. From the time I started service with them I have had problems with one hand not knowing what the other is doing in their company. One tells me Yes you can do this without a problem and then another says no you were given incorrect information. The latest issue was the desire to add a second modem to my service for a second computer. I contacted Charter prior to purchasing the additional modem and was told that it would not be a problem. They told me it would be an additional $4.95 a month to my account if I purchased the modem and installed it myself and all I needed to do was call them with the Mac address for the additional modem so they could requisition it. After purchasing the additional modem and installing it, I called to give them the Mac address and have it requisitioned upon which I was told that I could not do this. They now told me that I needed an additional account for the second account and that I should have purchased a router instead. I told them that I had a router and I had told them that with the first call. In a nut shell Charter Employees have no idea what they are doing and I seriously doubt they could give the same answer from 2 different reps if their life depended on it. If you need to contact Charter for issues, expect to have them make a total and complete mess out of your account or at the very least cause you serious inconvenience and probably a waste of time and money. Personally I feel their customer sales and services is in need of a very serious overhaul. I fail to understand how they even stay in business with the way they treat their customers. If I had been told I needed a second account for an additional modem I would never have purchased it. Now I must go through the embarrassment and hassle of trying to return it and get my money back. I say Thanks to Charter for once again giving yet another customer the shaft due to lack of competence and inability to get their act together. I have lost count of the number of times they have done this to me.

A very unhappy customer of Charter Communications when it comes to trying to get adequate support or answers from their customer service and sales team.
I can not believe how greed has set into poisoning your Visa Gift cards

First you pay $4.00 or more for the card, then $2.95 a month after 6 months.

Then .50 fee to check on your balance. What greedy snakes you have become.
I really thought it was a wonderful idea and did not mind paying the fee to buy the card, but now when all is known it is one of the biggest rip offs I have ever gotten involved in.
But the surprising part is that it is legal for you greed mongers to do.
It is so sad that corporations have to stoop that low to make 50 cents.
You even have the gift card money in advance of the spending, WOW what a sweet deal for you.
Needless to say you will get no more from me or my grand children, we will just use green currency from now on, hope you enjoyed the money you made off of the cards and spent it wisely there will be no more.

When you give a young child a gift card to teach them about handling money you have to explain to them about the big thieves that take it from them, I guess in today's world they can not learn that to young. "Way to go Visa".

I purchased a refurbished Sony CD Clock Radio from E-Cost. When I received it, the CD player did not work. I called to get a return authorization and was told I had to go through Sony's service department first. I called the number they gave me and it was constantly busy. I finally found a working number on the Sony web page. I was told to ship it back for replacement, but that I would have to pay shipping costs. E-Costs fine print on warranties either refers you to the manufacturer or tells you the sale was made "as is" and they make no warranty to the performance of the product. I will never buy anything from this company again.

DON'T BUY GATEWAY PRODUCTS ANYMORE!

I bought 3522GZ in 2017 from Bestbuy. The screen became dark within one year. I sent to Gateway for repairs two times and every time it was sent back without fixed. The tech did not fix your computer and just sent it back...

The problem is still there but the warranty has already expired. Don't know if I need to throw it into a garbage can? Any suggestions?

It cost me $1050!
My husband and I have contacted Charter Communications several times since upgrading our service, as it has never worked. On three occasions, we have requested a service technician to come out to our house and no one has shown up.

The last occasion, I took time off from work and waited five hours (1-6) for the technician to show up, only to have to call the customer service line and be told to keep waiting.

The customer service agents are unprofessional, rude, and not able to resolve this issue. We have been a year with digital service and only had approximately three weeks of continuous service without issue. WE are currently not receiving the extended channels that we are paying for each month. When I asked to be compensated for this month's service, due to the company's inability to resolve our issue and their negligence in showing up for a schedule appointment, I was told I was being ignorant and that the representative didn't care about my inconvenience.

I have heard several complaints on Charter Communications, but no one seems to be able help with this issue and no one seems to care that Charter is treating their customers so poorly. I have already filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Clark Howard and my county's commission, what more can I do?

I ordered custom made draperies in July 2006,with a 20% down payment. Order was promised to be finished and draperies installed by September 2006. It is now January 2007 and the order is still incomplete. Penney personnel are of no assistance. My credit card has been charged, Penneys actually wants me to pay before I receive the merchandise. I am going to my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge.

I recently called Directv interested in switching from Dish Network. I called the number listed on their website and talked to a guy.

When I told him I was interested in switching, he got excited and promised all kinds of deals.
He gave me a few websites to go to and told me to print out the forms, mail them in with copies of my bills (first month for direct, last month for dish) for the rebates at a total of $42.97 for 10 months, $52.97 for 5 months after, and $56.97 for the remainder of our service, great deal, huh?

After I got the Directv dish installed, I tried to get these offers but the websites said I was unavailable so I called back and was informed that I wasn't eligible for any of these discounts and the best they could do was $49.97 a month for 12 months and $59.97 a month for the remainder of our service.

Oh, and that was after they took off the Starz and Showtime package that was originally included in the $42.97 deal.
I have tried twice now to collect a $20 rebate that was offered by McAfee when I purchased their Internet Protection suite product online.

I filled out the forms correctly as directed by their instructions and sent the information that they requested. These cheap S.O.B. rejected the first time because they said I didn't send the proof of purchase. I sent them what they emailed me as the receipt of purchase for an online purchase and download. I resubmitted, then received a post card saying it was rejected because of invalid postmark date.

As far as I'm concerned they are crooks of the worse sort. Hopefully some Law Firm files a class action suit against them on their rebate policies so myself and others can join it against this slimeball company.

In addition, try contacting or finding someone in Management at McAfee to address your issue. Good luck, you will have better luck contacting Elvis.

Obviously, their are more important issues for Congress to deal with, but at some point the FTC or Congress should address these idiotic rebate programs. At least other companies that put you through hell in getting rebates pay them.

I for one will never buy or recommend McAfee to anyone.
So here we all are in DFW waiting for our flight (2037) from DFW to Sacramento. The monitors all say we should be at gate A19 and we are.

But the gate monitor says Chicago and not Sacramento. It becomes clear that the AA folks are struggling to get this delayed Chicago bound flight out of the way.

I ask the AA folks if this is still the right gate for Sacramento and they say yes. So I go away and come back later and it is clear that the Chicago bound flight has departed and another flight has arrived and the folks are deplaning. But the gate monitor now mentions another delayed Chicago bound flight and not our flight - 2037, which is a bit confusing. So passengers line up to chat with the dim-wits behind the counter and find out the story. Each time a passenger asks if this is the Sacramento flight they say yes, look at the error on the monitor and never correct it.

Did I mention that right next to gate A19 there are several open gates with no activity. Do you think it ever crossed their little AA brain to bring our plane into one of these and not stack it up behind the delyed flight. Of course not!

So anyhow, the Sacramento flight details come up on the monitor and the departure time now keeps slipping fifteen minutes every five minutes. And the exciting part is that an ICE STORM is bearing down on us and we all know it but the AA folks just behave with a total lack of intensity of purpose.

So we finally get on the plane about a half hour late. And then we sit there. And then some baggage gets loaded. And then we sit there. And then some more baggage gets loaded. And then we sit there. And then the pilot says something stupid. And then we sit there. And then more baggage gets loaded and we finally take off two hours late just before the ICE STORM shuts down the airport.

If anyone would benefit from having a functional quality system and ongoing quality audits these fools would.
I was promised so many wonderful things with OUTDOORS ADVENTURES, only to be extremely disappointed. The costs for this 'deal' is ridiculous--OVER $8000.00--and, again, this was suppose to be a 'deal'. Not only do you pay $8000.00 or even more, but then you have to pay a yearly fee of $348.00! For what? Never any availability, and if there is availability, it is a complete and total disaster: Dirty rooms, broken items, smelly, and the most rude people I have ever met! They won't let you out of this 'deal' for anything. OUTDOORS ADVENTURES say that this is an 'investment'. I say they are a SCAM. I feel with all my heart that---OUTDOORS ADVENTURES is a SCAM!
Interestingly enough, all of this could have been avoided it Rebecca Wildfong had been running an honest ebay business. She would have not been trying to sell something that she did not even have in her possession. She would have mailed my item out within a reasonable amount of time (3 days instead of 14), she would have mailed the correct item (not a substitution because the original item was out of stock at Tupperware) or, imagine this, she would have not even listed the auction in the first place...since she did not have the product, she was not suppose to be direct selling Tupperware products on an auction site or, now, I know this is the hard one...go out and get a real job and stop trying to make people think you are someone you are NOT! I was successful in getting her off of Ebay, banned from selling Tupperware and I am sure within a day or so, she will not have any of the e-mail addresses that she has been sending spam from...because I have contacted Yahoo, MSN, SBC Global and other direct selling companies that she has an e-mail address through to get her shut down due to the excessive amounts of junk mail and spam that I received yesterday from her and all the internet crap she signed me up for. Oh yes, she has a cat named Gilligan. She also sells Adult only items from a company called BEDROOM SECRETZ! How SICK!
I agree with many other reviewers. Best Buy is not customer friendly. The extended warranty is useless.

Purchased from Best Buy store 52 inch LG TV with extended warranty. TV broke Nov 2006. Best Buy 1-800 number gave EMFA Electronic Ft. Worth,TX. Unable to get TV back from EMFA. Best Buy 1-800 extended warranty supervisors no help --state must investigate but still no answers or return calls. Each time I call--10 so far there is no records of previous complaints and Best Buy answers they will investigate?

Be careful and save your money on extended warranty from Best Buy.
