I bought the Baja Dirt Bug for my son for his birthday and it broke within 2.5 months. I tried to get it repaired through warranty and they let thing's go so long and then told me there was nothing they could do because my warranty expired. My first call to them was before the warranty expired. They are screwing us over. Very bad company to deal with. You have to wait on hold for half an hour every time you call them. I will NEVER purchase another Baja product again in my life. Canadian Tire should really re-think about selling their product in their stores.

I was employed by Ashley Furniture Corey Baker! What a disgrace to Ashley Corp. Corey Baker put you in a position to take advantage of the customer, to take their money, and leave his managers to try to explain! There should be a law against "pretending" to be Christians. Corey Baker hides behind Christianity. He cries at meetings, speaks of his loyalty to God! I thought we all had the same God until I became employed for this crocked company. His corp "staff" consisting of his church members, pretending to be HR etc. Corey Baker has fired anyone that was smart enough to know the real Corey Baker-He did not stand behind his managers he was quick to throw you under the bus. Corey Baker reacted on hear-say. In which I am surprised he hasn't along with HR been sued for firing corp. staff without any reason but hear say and taking action against managers due to hear say. There are laws against that Corey Baker.I feel so sorry for all the customers that loves Ashley Furniture-Corey Baker has ruined it in the Columbia, SC area. The satisfaction is knowing your day will come!
I went to this website to purchase ringtones for my cellphone. I was lured in by the perceived ease and simplicity of the service. I entered my credit card information and purchased a package of unlimited ringtones for my phone for a year. After purchasing I then found out that I must have an internet connection on my phone or a USB cable for the ringtones to be transferred to my phone.

I have neither of these and panicked when I constantly tried to get the ringtones downloaded to my cell phone... After numerous attempts and failures I decided to cancel this service. Their instructions are vague and unclear and almost impossible for the average person to understand. The only customer service they offer is an email address... so I emailed them immediately to demand cancellation and refund to my credit card.

I did not hear from them for several days and then I was sent 2 emails explaining that refunds are not always given when requested. Included in one of these short but sweet emails was a link to their 'terms and conditions page' where it nicely explains refunds are not given for personal reasons. I guess the fact that I cannot utilize their services after they have been paid is a personal issue! One of the emails stated that an 80% refund would be given to me. So they keep 20% just because they can (see terms and conditions page once again).

I emailed them and let them know how unhappy and furious I was... I told them I would never do business with them again and I would write reviews on every consumer page I could find. So in my opinion, this company is shady and deceptive and prey on people who do not fully understand the process of ringtones and downloading them to your cell phone.

I should have researched before I fell prey to their tactics... so it really is my fault for allowing this to happen. Since this has happened I decided to search them online and found several bad reviews on various pages. If only I had done the research first! Hopefully my experience will help someone avoid this unfortunate situation in the future.

Same story as the rest. Saw NO description of the auto-subscribe with request for free trial. Paid the $3.95 for shipping. Received the bottle of 15 pills in a plain brown envelope with no company name, no packing slip or insert of any kind. The only phone number is the one on the bottle.

Apparently they begin counting the '14 day cancel period' the day I hit the submit key for the trial, as I have already been charged for the next month's bottle - $89.31. The charge appears on my credit card as 'Colon Flush'. The phone number that is on the bottle is different than the number that other's have reported and again, there was NO PAPER/INSERT in the package. Nothing.

A friend of mine ordered the same trial (when I told her about it) the day after I did. Her's arrived in the same package, but it did have a piece of paper telling about the 14 day trial followed by auto-subscription and the monthly charges. The phone number to cancel that was listed on the paper that came with her pills was different than the one on the bottle - it was [protected]. I accessed the free trial offer through an ad on Facebook. WEBSITE = http://extremeacaiberry.org/
I will NEVER use Priceline again and I'm telling all my friends and family to never use Priceline. I recently booked for the first time with Priceline, hotel, flight, and rental. I found that I had booked the wrong hotel and immediately, within 15 to 20 minutes, contacted their office. All I wanted was to switch hotels, that was all I wanted to change. Nope, can't do it. Sorry.

Spent 4 hours on the phone trying to convince someone that I only wanted to change the hotel. They still wouldn't do it. I'm now stuck with paying for two hotel rooms. It won't happen again. Nagotiator my eye!

If they had wanted to keep me as a customer, all they had to do was change hotel rooms, that's all.
1. We found that our fancy side freezer refrigerator was recalled. This happened after 6 years old refrigerator started having problems: frost and melting ice from the freezer and eventually stopped freezing at all.

2. GE told us that they can give us credit towards the new one just for us to find out that the new one with a credit will be more expensive than to buy similar non GE one from Home depot.

3. We thought we were lucky that we had maintenance contract - $170 value. The technician told us that this refrigerator was recalled and must be changed for the new one anyway. We got a new similar refrigerator and get a frost in the freezer in about two months later.

4. To get a new refrigerator with a problem we had to take at least 3 days off from work and spend numerous hours on the phone with customer service.

They canceled our warranty we bought for the old one and we received only one year total on the new one. All our demands to extend the warranty to the new refrigerator for the time left on the old contract we payed for were denied.

5. Now we had to schedule another call from GE to fix the new refrigerator. Per Our previous experience with the old refrigerator we knew they never call, and if they do they never come at the time they can be expected.

6. Call support gives you 4 hours window during the week or 8 hours on the weekend and promise to give you a call before the technician comes.

We scheduled service call at least 2 times, but never had a chance to receive a service. Two times the technician did not call us 1 hour in advance as we were promised by the customer service. One time they schedule a call without letting us know.

All and all if you have a life beside your refrigerator think twice before you BUY it from GE, or if you do be prepared to a long battle.

I have also been a victim of oan. I opened my phone bill to find a charge for $12.95 from oan services, inc in behalf of travelersvmail.com. I don't know who these people are or why I am being billed but I have disputed the charge with my phone company and filed a complaint with ftc online.

Since it's sunday I am not going to bother to call oan. I will wait to hear from my phone company and go from there. now, I am off to find other agencies to file complaints about oan services, inc.
We have dish net work since June 2017. Since the first day we are having trouble with dish net work every month they charged more amount then was told by there representative at the time of signing of contract. We have to call dish network every month to get our bill corrected. The same can be verified from our account. After many calls with company their representative told us that our bill will be for $24.95 everything included but they are billing us more than $30.00. Even the person who called for signing told us that our contract will expire in October 2017. But when we called dish net work representative we were told that our contract will expire in January. Why their representatives who made us to sign the contract lied to us. Is this the dishnet work policy to say something and do something. We were glad that we will have no more pain dealing with dishnetwork but were disappointed to hear that we have to bear with those people 3 more month i.e. up to January 2017. Is it possible we can get rid from this company because we want to switch to comcast who have best service and they never lied to us we enjoyed comcast before we started dish net work. We share our bad experience of dishnet with our relatives and friend and even with those people whom we don't know. And we have decided to put dishnet work policies in newspapers and consumer protection forum so that the innocent people like us should suffer no more. We are paying more then was told and are wasting our time dealing with that company who tell something and do something.

Cashen and Associates uses other websites like www.ContractedWork.com, Industry Canada strategis.ic.gc.ca, esoursecanada.com, www.canadianinteriors.com etc. to falsely advertise his delusions and fake qualifications and his name over the internet to try and gain popularity. Mr. Cashen is only a building superintendent, if you can call him that? The building that he takes care of "is not being taken care of". The outer lobby area has had pieces of metal falling from the above balcony

for weeks, but Cashen is looking the other way. A tenant could get hurt, but he doesn't care or notice this problem because he is too busy teaching his associates how to direct spam.

I also thought I was ordering a one-time sample, then was surprised to find charges added to my credit card account. I did not agree to any number of deliveries, automatic or otherwise, unless they were cleverly concealed.

I did get the sample and then another bottle came and I started suspecting. Then the charges were added to my account and paid, and I also found myself in the company of people getting trapped. There is so much fine print, added agreements, etc.

Thank you David--I went to the site and tried to cancel; we'll see how it turned out.

I'm writing off what they charged so far.

We bought all Frigidaire appliances on a kitchen remodel. The refrigerator made ice but never shut off. It is obvious that the trigger mechanism to shut off the ice maker will never be triggered by ice in the tray because it is too far above the tray. The ice falls out into the freezer before it piles high enough to trigger the off switch on the ice maker. So then I triggered it myself manually. But when we had used the ice and I pushed the trigger mechanism downward to turn it back on it did not commence making ice again.

The dishwasher will not hold a standard size plate unless you lay it down almost flat. If you keep the plates vertical it hits the spinning spray jet on every half turn.

In addition to losing domestic jobs, we also lose quality when manufacturing and assembling jobs go to China.

I purchased a Sears Kenmore Refrigerator Model 59429 for $1019.99 from Sears In Frederick Maryland Mall in Nov 2006. In that first month I called Sears about it not cooling properly. The tech gave me a lesson in adjusting the temp controller.

I called again in Oct 2007 and twice more in 2008 before a Sears technician determined that the compressor had a blockage or some contamination. We lost a great amount of food and were without a refrigerator for several weeks. In fact, in 2008 one Sears Technician left without even verifying that his compressor repair would work which prolonged our being without a refrigerator.

Finally, in June 2008 a Sears Tech did replace the compressor, condessor and part of the refrigerant lines. If you google Sears Refrigerator problems you will find articles about unknown contamination from some Electrolux factory in Mexico where my Sears Kenmore Refrigerator was made.

The Sears One Source people are of little help. They even gave me hope that we would receive a replacement refrigerator, later a $500 credit and finally just a repair job that I have no confidence to last the number of years one would expect. Sears forced me to purchase an extended service warranty for $252 before they would even send a tech inspite of my refrigerators' service record and it being less than 3 years old.

Also, please realize that the compressor is suppose to be warrantied for 5 years even though that is not publicized by Sears.

We have always purchased Sears products in the past since our parents did likewise. But now the market has changed and Sears is milking their past years of good will for profit sake. There is no longer a Sears advantage.

My husband and I called DirectBuy over the weekend to add my name to his membership as his wife. We planned to shop yesterday as one household-husband & wife. "I have all the necessary documentation"-I said to them. They told us that there was no way to add me to his membership unless we paid another $4000.00 for a new membership. Why is that?

I though a husband and wife were "one" under government... the law. How can they separate us. They said that I would not be permitted to go into the showroom floor with him, I had to sit in a "guestroom". Is this a business in the United States operating like this. DirectBuy's practices are well beyond money, membership, and secrecy. This seems to be unconstitutional. How dare them to stern the nerve to tell a man or woman that they would have to leave their wife or, husband in a "guestroom" to shop. That is down right insulting. Our feelings were hurt. We refuse to be subjected to this. I am asking the Attorney General of Maryland to investigate. I made a formal complaint yesterday, after ending a very vanquished call with Directbuy in Hunt Valley, MD.
In June my debit card was cloned when i used my card in a fake computer in kiosk fedex, some body make Unauthorized transactions bought flowers and charged to my account. I called to WAMU customer service and they resend to me to the claim and fraud department i was on the phone over 45 minutes for make the first report. They told me about beginning the investigation and they will put my money back on my account. In those days i was moved to new home and they send me the form to the old place, i never knew about these steps and forms must be signed. In August the money was took back from my account

Again and generate to me 4 overdrafts. I call intermediately, somebody (very rude) explain to me about the forms never signed and told me the next step was a re send the form to the right address. I am call intermediately, somebody (very rude) explain to me about the forms never signed and tell me the next step was a re send the form to the right address. Wamu make a mistake sending the letter again to my first address (when i open my account) i call again and some body tell me send a fax with my sign, i did last week but today i received a Collection letter from the bank for the money never i used.

I ordered pizza one night. I had a phone call, and decided to wait outside for the pizza. I was getting pizza for my girlfriend, my roommate, and myself. The delivery man came, and I hadn't seen him at first (we live in a basement level condo.) As I approached, I saw my roommate hand the delivery guy something, which I assumed was the tip because I was paying for the pizza. I was going to tip my own tip anyways. I knew it wasn't the receipt because the delivery guy handed me the receipt once I got to him. I signed it, took the pizza in one arm, phone in the other hand and said: "hold on a sec" (so I could take my wallet out of my pocket and get his tip.) and he replied with "Okay so you just want me to leave the balance as it is, no tip? Okay!" and stormed off. (I paid with a credit card beforehand over the phone) so yeah. What a charming dude huh? I called and complained to the manager, which I rarely do, because I felt it was appropriate this time. She offered to send me some free stuff with a different driver, I declined, because I am not an 'entitlement ***' I just wanted her to know what a *** she has working for her... Looking back, I should have said yeah send me something for free so I can tip the new driver the other driver's tip.

I am unemployed and union appealing. getting workers comp not eligible --unemployment. gave sears letter from union term not wrongdoing etc. I am eligible. Sears wrote---send appeals decision... w/in 30 days or close claim! The pre-hearing is more than 30 days out. 5th ridiculous excuse/request from them. It's straight breach of contract. Anyone doing anything? interested in doing something? have 4 cards w/protection who honor claims. Sears-- use every excuse not to. like saying "wait till you have surgery to see if it cures your disability! I'm in serious debt because of this.

I got faulty product container that didn't work. Don't buy this product over the internet. Don't give in to the ads. They don't work. Make sure you read the fine prints and knows what you are getting into. Once you give them your credit card, they got you. The only thing you can do is to cancel your credit card so you can't be charged again. The ads show results that are not based on scientific studies. If you order, make sure you call them to verify the terms and conditions and ask for concrete studies.

I ordered a Magic Jack in August. It worked reasonably well for the first month and a half. A week or so after they got my payment, the program went crazy, with constant "Autorun.exe" errors. The program also kept cycling on and off, so if it ever did log on, it shut itself down before you could make a call, then restarted itself, ad-infinitum.

I spent two hours online with a high level tech support, deleting and reloading the program, installing "fixes", making deep tweaks and modifications to my computer (such as changing permissions on the USB ports, deleting files and folders, turning off the fire wall, etc.).

Next, they asked if I was using the extension they provided to reach the USB port, and told me to plug Magic Jack directly into the USB. Unfortunately, the thing's so fat that it wouldn't fit in my port, unless I removed every other USB jack.

Then they tried to get me to delete all unnecessary games and files from my computer. When none of that worked, they told me to run a speed test (which showed my download speed to be 5023, and upload to be 286. Then they tried to blame it on my service provider, and claim I should request them to improve my upload speeds. They said if that doesn't work, try it on a friend's computer. I don't have any problems with any other applications running on my computer, and used Vonage for years without any such incident.

Sorry, but if two hours of deep tech support can't resolve the problem, MagicJack is not ready from prime-time, as far as I'm concerned. Back to Vonage for me.
Just spoke for about 3 minutes at Singapore Airport at the booth phone to Melbourne, Australia.. My God, it had cosed me Australian $ 39.50 for this. This is atrocious as one gets to know about this only after checking the credit card acc. and people get exploited. Singapore airport being one of the most busy and accessed one, this has to be taken care of by the concerned officials and necessary action taken. I never expected such a thing from a country like Singapore. They can also have a cost and time meter beside the phone to know a bit what is going.

Please tell me how to get them to stop texting my phone when I dont have texting on my phone.each time they do it it cost me money. I only have a pay as you go phone and it does not have texting but it still takes minutes away even though it doesn't come through. I have tried everything to get them to stop but they continue to do it at least 5 times a week. Please tell me what to do I hate this I am a single mom and need their phone to keep in touch with my kids.
I have used ABC Distributing for many years, through different businesses that I have worked for, and have always been very pleased with the quality of their products. Their good customer service, on the phone, postal mail or via email, is always quick and efficient in returning unwanted or damaged products. I always get credited the right amount, when applicable, and my bills are always correct in dealing with my charges. They try to resolve issues in a timely manner and even give me courtesy calls when my account payment was not received in the 10 days allotted.

I will continue to use their products and will recommend them to friends and family.

When you signed up for the free sample, you enlisted in a monthly delivery plan. The terms and conditions link is on the webpage but most people would not even look at it. I missed reading it, I was automatically mailed the monthly supply, and also charges were posted on my credit card.

The webpage for the terms and conditions:

https://acai.secure9.com/contact.php?HF=true&cmd=terms

There is a cancellation clause and return policy, read them carefully. I believe you can return the product and get a refund, but the wording is a bit tricky so I’m not so sure. I’m going to try it. The website for cancellation is:

http://gohelpnow.com

You will need your email or credit card to cancel I guess it is not a scam but more like a trap.

I had a delivery which the fed ex delivery person has let a neighbor receive and sign off. That neighbor gave me the package opened already, saying that he thought it was his package. I called fed ex and all they said is they apologize for the inconvenience. I told costumer service that in the future, re route the package instead of letting a neighbor receive it, she said they cannot because they need my permission. Isn't that STUPID?! The package was left with a neighbor without my permission! They should learn from UPS, they always leave notes when they don't find the costumer and leave contact numbers to be able to schedule delivery or pick up. At least that is my experience with them.

I am also pissed by the shipping. i get tired of paying for everything separate. Harriet carter catalog has some of the same items as ltd and they list the shipping and they send everything together for one amount. I belong to a club and 22 of the women said they would order regularly from ltd if the shipping was different and so would i. I ordered 5 items some were on back order and some came. It cost me more for shipping than the items i bought. Other catalogs add them together its not because of price because you aren't any cheaper than others.
It was 2pm and I was just getting to JFK for my flight that was supposed to be at 3:55pm. I figured finally I get to have my vacation to a start and my flight was supposed to have a stop in between meanng it should take 4 hours total to arive at SJU puerto rico and I was ready for that extra hour. When I went to check in they told me that my flight had been changed for the earlier time of 1pm with out any notice. They claimed to have sent an email and I have never found it.Its hard to believe they did send it I have a blackberry that delivers them straight daily and if by chance my blackberry wouldn't have It wasn't in the trash or the spam folder. They rescheduled it for 7 pm at gate41 which meant 5 hours of waiting for our flight. So I got a few magazines and some luch and tried to make the best of the 5 hours at the airport. I had been driven there and had no car to spend time else where. Finally 5pm came and I was hoping that I would make it by midnight to the resort I was booked in so I wouldn't miss a day or have to pay a late fee. When I was boarding gate 41 and they looked at my ID and boarding pass I walked through almost all the way except my boyfriend noticed that the plane there was going to Barcelona spain not P.R. had I got on that plane I probably would be stuck there since I don't own a passport. So we quickly got away from the entrance and showed the the ticket with the same gat # but different flight. So they sent us across to another gate when we got there the screen said it was to depart at 7:30. Then they said the plane was too "hot" and we had to wait for it to cool down. we boarded at about 8:15 pm.That is still not the best of the whole situation. We sat in that plane for an hour without any information then the captain told us that we were on line to depart. He said we started at number 70 to depart and that we were now at number 28. Needless to say we didn't take off till around 11:45am at this point the plane was everything but slow the staff were abnoxious. The food soggy turkey raps and hot beer, it wasn't cheap or discounted either. $30 total for that. We arrived at 3 am making very hard to find a taxi and when we did it charged a late night fee. After paying $100 for the cab we had to deal with late check-in at the resort (a day late thanks to american airlines) I say unless it is a life or death situation will not fly american airlines ever again !

I do not wish to be unrespectful in front of all the hassle you went through and believe me, in my years of travelling, I have had a few horror stories too, including some with American Airlines, who I must admit, after substantiating my claim did give me a decent voucher towards travel.

Just to lighten up a little, I had a Cambodian friend who travelled a lot on North West Airlines, who said that they were a very good value for money airline, because you paid for an 8 hours trip and you got a 13 hours one! LOL!

Good luck.
