Proficient Patios & Backyard Designs review: Pool decking, landscaping and pool water feature

We hired Proficient Patios & Backyard Designs, after meeting with Matt Lane (Owner) on May 25, 2023 to renovate the pool deck and provide a water feature and backyard landscape. They only completed the pool deck which now has warranty issues due to staining and fading after one month of installation. After requesting warranty work, it has been four months and no response. The balance of the project was abandoned and had to be completed by another company. We have filed a complaint with the State Contractors Board for workmanship and abandonment. They have also submitted fraudulent invoices for work not completed, including plans and specs not provided for a water feature which was work outside of their licensing requirements. We requested a meeting to resolve this matter with the Owner, Matt Lane but he refused. Now they are threatening to lien the property to be paid for work they did not perform. We have spent a considerable amount of money to complete this project and are looking for restitution from the NV SCB Recovery Fund and other means.
