I ordered a Custom Print with Canvas n' Decor on November 28. It was a special Custom Order Print for my elderly father for Christmas. It was a wood print with a photo of him and I in the background, and a poem written overtop of the photo. The proof looked amazing, and I was very excited to get this in for him for Christmas.

I had not heard anything about my order so was getting concerned. I followed up December 11, and their response was that I will get this shortly before Christmas. On December 18, I still had not received any kind of confirmation that the product had been shipped. When I followed up, I was told that I would receive it by the end of the week.

Finally I received it late December 22. When I opened it, the product received looked nothing like the print. The photo of my father and I was so faded that you couldn't even see it in the light. This left me scrambling days before Christmas to find something else meaningful for my Dad. When I contacted Canvas n' Decor about my displeasure, this was the response received:

"The image provided is a very light background. Even just looking at the image on the screen you have difficulty seeing the background.

This is normal if you want to have text over the image. You want to see the text first.

Our printer did a good job from what we can see. It matched the image that was provided.

If you darken the background image you will lose the text and things may look muddled.

The issue with this image could be more the layout of the image.

If you like to see the two things clearly one should not be on top of the other."

I will, unfortunately, be out the cost of this product and will have to order this with a company that values their customers and is happy to work with them. I am shocked that this meaningful gift to my father has left such a sour taste due to Canvas n' Decor, and I would NOT recommend using them for any type of custom product.

I recently ordered some canvas prints from Canvas & Decor and I must say, they are absolutely stunning! The colors are vibrant and the quality is top-notch. However, I did have a couple of issues with my order.

Firstly, one of the canvases had a little support behind it that was not installed on the proper side. This was a bit frustrating as the picture was printed in portrait and the support was on the wrong side. It took a bit of maneuvering to get it to hang properly, but I was able to make it work.

Secondly, I paid for shipping but when the canvases arrived, nobody was home to receive them. This meant that I had to either pay additional fees for a second shipping attempt or drive a whopping 65km to pick up my order! Needless to say, this was quite inconvenient and I was not pleased with the situation.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase from Canvas & Decor, but I do think they could improve their shipping and delivery process. Despite the minor issues, I would still recommend this company for their beautiful canvas prints.

I gotta say, the final product from Canvas & Decor is absolutely stunning! I'm over the moon with how it turned out. And let me tell you, the delivery time during the holiday season was surprisingly speedy. However, I wasn't too thrilled that it wasn't delivered by UPS or Fedex. The tracking for the other company was a bit wonky, and if I hadn't been home to receive it, it would have been a real pain in the butt to have to go pick it up from their location. But hey, at least it arrived in one piece and on time, right? All in all, I'd definitely order from Canvas & Decor again. The quality of their work is top-notch.

So, I ordered a canvas from Canvas & Decor and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. The website was easy to use and I was able to upload my photo without any issues. The only thing was that I got an email saying there was some kind of mix-up at their office and I had to re-submit the photo. No biggie, I thought. I took that opportunity to lighten the photo a bit because I thought it was too dark, but it turns out they used the original photo after all. That was a bit disappointing, but I guess it was my fault for not double-checking which photo I had submitted in the first place.

Anyway, the canvas itself turned out really nice. The colors were vibrant and the image was sharp. I was a little worried about the quality because the price was so reasonable, but I was pleasantly surprised. The canvas was also well-packaged and arrived in good condition.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Canvas & Decor if you're looking for an affordable way to turn your photos into art. Just make sure you double-check which photo you're submitting!

Canvas n' Decor is a pretty good service, I gotta say. I've ordered from them three times now and I'm mostly happy with what I've gotten. But, I gotta be real with y'all, the last thing I got was a bit of a letdown. There was a big ol' mark on the canvas and it made me so mad I just chucked it in the trash. But, you know what, I'm not gonna hold it against them too much. Stuff happens, right? So, I'm giving them another chance and ordering the same picture again. Fingers crossed it comes out better this time!

So, I had a bit of a problem with one of my image files when I was trying to order some prints from Canvas & Decor. It was a real bummer because I needed these prints to be a gift for someone and I was on a tight schedule. But, the customer service team was really helpful and they were able to sort out the issue and get my prints to me just in the nick of time.

I gotta say, I was really impressed with the quality of the prints when they arrived. They looked amazing and the colors were so vibrant. I could tell that they were made with care and attention to detail.

Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with Canvas & Decor and I would definitely use them again in the future. The only thing that I would suggest is maybe making the website a little more user-friendly when it comes to uploading images. But, other than that, everything was great!

This website could use some improvements. Every time I try to add something to my cart, it says "system error" which makes me feel uneasy about the whole process. Also, when I was trying to check out, my login session timed out without any warning, and my cart suddenly became empty. This is not a good experience for customers and makes me question the reliability of this website. Another thing that bothers me is that they charge a rural surcharge for UPS, which I have never seen any other vendor do before. However, I must admit that their prices and quality are good, so I will probably come back. By the way, they should consider using FTP, Amazon S3, or Dropbox for file upload as it would make the process much easier for customers.

Hey there! So, I was really excited to try out Canvas & Decor for printing a collage, but unfortunately the site didn't seem to want to cooperate with me. I tried to download the collage, but it just wouldn't work. Instead, I decided to go with four separate items to create a square shape on my wall. It ended up costing a bit more, but I think it will look great!

I was hoping to apply a discount of 10% since I was purchasing four items, but the site didn't seem to want to let me do that either. I tried to pay with PayPal, but it just wouldn't log me in. It was a bit frustrating, but I'm hoping that everything will work out in the end.

I'm really excited to give these prints to my husband for his birthday in May, so I'm hoping that Canvas & Decor can help me out with that extra discount. Overall, I think the site has some issues that need to be worked out, but I'm still excited to see how the prints turn out!

While this was understandable, I did have some trouble getting the tracking number. I was told that I would receive it later that day or the next day, but unfortunately, I never did.

Additionally, I had some questions about the shipping charges since the canvas was no longer being shipped by UPS and was instead going through Canada Post. I sent an email asking about this, but unfortunately, I never received a response. While these issues were a bit frustrating, overall, I am still happy with my purchase from Canvas & Decor. The canvas itself is beautiful and of great quality, and my mother is thrilled with it. I would definitely consider purchasing from this company again in the future.
