Dream On Me I got this high chair like a year ago for my kid and I gotta say, it's pretty dope

I got this high chair like a year ago for my kid and I gotta say, it's pretty dope. I like how it turns into a little chair for when they get bigger. Plus, it's easy to clean and looks fancy as hell - that Evolur high chair is the real deal.

Dream On Me Chrissy from Dream On Me, Inc

Chrissy from Dream On Me, Inc. was awesome! Even with all the Covid-19 stuff going on, she found the part I needed for my crib. She really went the extra mile and got it shipped out fast. Her customer service was great, even though we only talked online. I'd definitely tell my friends to check out this company!

Dream On Me Dream On Me, Inc

Dream On Me, Inc. is not a good company to buy from. I got a baby bassinet from Amazon as a gift and it was clearly not new. It was missing the mattress and carry bag, and had a big hole in the side. The company wanted almost $43 to replace the fabric and get a mattress, saying it's not under warranty. It's ridiculous, I won't pay for missing pieces.

I got a crib from Dream On Me, but when I opened the box, the parts were all over the place and some were missing. I reached out to them and they got back to me pretty fast, even though Covid19 was causing delays. After 2 weeks, I finally got all the parts I needed to put the crib together. Big thanks to Chrissy Vales and whoever else helped me out. I really appreciate it! Thanks again for your help. Diana M.

Dream On Me The lady at the front desk was so rude and didn't know how to talk to customers

The lady at the front desk was so rude and didn't know how to talk to customers. She kept telling me different things about the product that my baby fell out of three times. When I asked to talk to someone in charge, she said no. And when I asked for her name, she wouldn't tell me. She even said I could do whatever I wanted after I told her I wanted to complain. This company has really bad customer service. I won't buy anything from them again.

Dream On Me I bought two beds for my grandkids from Dream On Me, Inc

I bought two beds for my grandkids from Dream On Me, Inc. One bed was good, but the other one had a lot of problems. The pieces didn't fit together right and one piece had a hole in the wrong spot. I put it together anyway, but the screws show on the outside and there are gaps between the pieces. I tried to get in touch with the company, but they never got back to me. So now I have one nice bed and one that looks messed up. I wouldn't tell anyone to buy from this company.

Dream On Me Bad customer service

Bad customer service. Bought their stuff from buy buy baby. Stuff came messed up and tried to get parts to change the crib. They said they'd send me touch up kits and I could fix it myself. Then they said they'd send me new parts but never did. They also said they'd send me everything I needed to turn the crib into a bed but never did. Now they don't even answer me. Don't bother with them, go to *** instead. They don't care about their customers. Their stuff and service are both bad. I'm really bummed out.

Dream On Me We got the 7 in 1 converter as a gift last summer

We got the 7 in 1 converter as a gift last summer. Our baby slept in a bassinet the first 6 months. When we put it together, we found out the holes didn't line up. We had the wrong mattress support spring. After a couple days and emails, they sent out the new part. It came in about a week. They forgot to write my apartment number on the new address, but after a phone call to *** we got it the next day. I'm just glad they stood behind their product and owned their mistake. They sent out the new part so easily, even though we got it almost a year ago and kept it in storage till we needed it.

Dream On Me Customer service is really bad

Customer service is really bad. I got the Dream On me *** 5-1 for my baby shower in October . I couldn't put it together until April . The quality is okay, but the *** holes are in obvious places and stand out. They should have a cover or be inside where they wouldn't be seen. When I opened the box, I found two b1 legs and no A1 leg. I contacted Dreamz me and they said I had to pay for a replacement plus shipping because it was made in 2018. It was a clear manufacturing problem. It's not my fault that it sat in a warehouse from [protected] before being bought. I won't recommend or buy their products again.

I bought a crib that can turn into a full-size bed from Dream On Me a while back when I was preggo with my daughter. When I changed it to a toddler bed, I had to buy more stuff from Dream On Me to make it work. I figured I'd buy the full-size conversion kit too, just in case they stopped selling it or the paint didn't match later. Fast forward to now, and I'm having a big problem with the bedrails I bought. They don't match the bed frame, and customer service told me to get a converter bar, which didn't work. The warehouse said I needed a Hollywood bedframe that Dream on Me doesn't even sell. I asked for a refund, and they wanted a receipt and pics and vids to prove it was their fault. I gave them all that, and they sent me a screenshot of some manual that said "hollywood bedframe." Their instructions don't match mine, and they have proof that they messed up. All I wanted was my money back for the bed frame they said would work but didn't. They can't just say "sorry" and keep my $191.63 when I had to buy a whole new bedframe that was cheaper than the bed rails alone. This company is shady and deserves a lawsuit!

Dream On Me Chipping paint

I purchased a crib in Feb 2023. I immediately noticed a small chip in the paint but figured that’s what I get for ordering off Amazon. Come September the entire crib is chipping. Contact the company and they say they’ll get back to me in 24-48 hours. A week later, after nothing, I reached out. They requested more photos and started insinuating I did something. The wood is laminated and they painted over it. Still nothing and I contacted them again. They need video. Then they have to investigate it. Then the send me a video of some guy splashing water on a crib, similar to mine I guess? Saying they tested it in their warehouse but didn’t get the same results. All this back in forth for a month to be told they don’t replace products anyway, that Amazon would have to and since it’s passed their 90 return, I could ship them one side of the crib for more “investigation”

I bought a crib from Dream On Me, Inc. and it was missing some parts. They said they could send me the missing nut for $30 (like seriously?). Then they said they wouldn't help me at all. It was a terrible experience. They didn't care that their mistake could put a baby in danger.

Dream On Me I had a problem with my order from Dream On Me

I had a problem with my order from Dream On Me. They sent me the wrong part, so I contacted them. Crissy helped me out and said she would send the right part. But when I asked for the tracking number or if they had shipped it, she didn't respond. I called customer service and the lady was really mean. She hung up on me and wouldn't tell me her name or her supervisor's name. I called back and she answered, but when I called from a different number, she didn't say anything until I said hello a bunch of times. It was really unprofessional. They never fixed my problem.

Dream On Me So, I had this dresser/changing table from Dream On Me, Inc

So, I had this dresser/changing table from Dream On Me, Inc. for my kid, but some parts broke. I tried to call them, but they don't have a phone number, so I had to go through their website. It was a pain in the butt to get a hold of someone. The email convo was a mess. They didn't help me unless I gave them info that I didn't have. I had to keep bugging them to finally get the parts, but they didn't even send all of them! The hardware was missing. Their customer service is terrible.

Dream On Me I ordered two pieces of furniture from Dream on Me through *** on 12/12

I ordered two pieces of furniture from Dream on Me through *** on 12/12. They said it would come between 12/15 and 12/27, but it didn't come on time. I called Home Depot and they tried to contact Dream on Me, but they didn't answer. One of the pieces finally came on 1/9, but the other one didn't. Home Depot gave me Dream on Me's contact info and I called and emailed them a lot, but they never answered. They told me to email one person, but she never answered except for one time when she didn't say when it would ship. I asked to talk to someone higher up, but they said no. I just want my stuff from Home Depot.
