So, I gotta say, my experience with Commomy Decor was not great. I was all excited to put up some new tiles in my bathroom, but after just 12 hours, they started falling down! I reached out to the company and they got back to me pretty quick, but all they did was give me some instructions for installation. Like, hello, I already followed those! And to make matters worse, the tiles that fell down were all stuck together, so I couldn't even try to put them back up.

I tried reaching out to Commomy Decor again, but all they did was send me more installation instructions. Like, come on guys, that's not helpful! And now they're not even responding to me anymore. I'm pretty disappointed, to be honest. I was really looking forward to having a nice new bathroom, but now I'm stuck with a bunch of tiles that won't stay up.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Commomy Decor. If you're looking for some new tiles or decor, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Their customer service just isn't up to par, and I don't want anyone else to have to deal with the same frustration that I did.

The only thing is that the color is a bit more muted than what we saw in the picture, but it still looks great. We ended up just holding it up to the wall and cutting off a little extra at the bottom instead of measuring it out, and that worked out really well for us. I had a really bad experience with Commomy Decor. They took almost $200 from me and I wanted a refund. But, it was really hard to get in touch with them. I could only contact them through Facebook messenger, which was a huge red flag for me. When I asked for a refund, they kept trying to make me buy something else instead. They're treating me like I'm an inconvenience and they keep lying to me. I think they're just trying to buy more time so they don't have to give me my money back. It's really frustrating and I feel like I'm being robbed. I want to warn everyone about this company. Don't trust them!

However, I would advise anyone who is thinking of ordering from Commomy Decor to be aware that the tile trim pieces come separately from the tiles, which is the portion that I never received. So, if you're ordering from them, make sure that you keep an eye out for any missing pieces, and be prepared to fight for a refund if necessary.

I bought a product from Commomy Decor on April 26th and it took a while to arrive, not until May 9th. When I finally received it, I was really disappointed with the color. It looked very light and faded, not what I expected at all. I contacted them right away to let them know how I felt. They were apologetic at first and offered to send me something else for free. But I just wanted to return it for a refund.

It's been a week now and I still haven't received the return info I need. I even had to contact PayPal to help me out. The company claims to be available 24 hours, but they get really quiet when I ask about the return. And now they want to charge me almost 50% of my purchase for a restocking fee. I checked out their "scam rating" and it's like 80% likely that they're a total scam. And let me tell you, based on my own experience, I wouldn't be surprised if that's true.

So, here's the deal. I ordered some tiles from them, right? And I gotta say, they looked pretty sweet on the website. But when I got them in the mail, they were a total letdown. They looked like cheap plastic and there was no way I could install them without them looking like a bunch of individual squares. I mean, I tried to make it work, but it was just impossible.

So, I did what any reasonable person would do and returned them. I explained the problem and everything, but all I got were these lame "form letter" responses. They didn't even acknowledge my complaint! And get this, they insisted on keeping 15% of my money as a "restocking fee" even though the product was defective! I mean, come on, that's just not right.

And it gets worse. They started ignoring my letters altogether. I had to wait almost THREE WEEKS before they finally sent me my refund, minus the stupid restocking fee. They claimed they issue refunds in 3-5 days, but that was a total lie.

I'm gonna try to get my money back through my credit card company, but in the meantime, I just want to warn everyone out there. Commomy Decor is a total scam. They advertise one thing, deliver another, and then keep your money when you try to return their crappy products. I wish I had done my research before I dealt with them. They either don't understand English very well, they're just plain stupid, or they're intentionally trying to rip people off. Either way, you should stay far, far away from them.

I recently purchased some faux brick wall covering from Commomy Decor and I must say, it's not too shabby. I was a bit hesitant to order it for my home, so I only got one package to test it out. However, I ended up using it for a stage theater prop and it worked out quite well.

The bricks themselves are on the smaller side, as you can see in the image I've included next to some real bricks. But overall, the quality is decent. I'm not sure if I would personally install it in my own home, but it definitely served its purpose for my theatrical needs.
