Rented a car from Priceless Car Rental in Bucharest/Otopeni, Romania, 5/11-5/21, 2019 over Expedia. Price including taxes was supposed to be $54.92+ the price of GPS. I ended up paying $322.86, which included $120 liability insurance which was neither asked nor needed.
What's worse, upon return, the representative of Priceless invented two invisible scratches on the passenger-side door, which were charged as $590.59. The photo he provided of the supposed scratch was from another car.
Expedia did nothing to solve the problem. It just asked them for a response. Priceless provided a re-iteration of what they had charged.

Is there a way we can all form some sort of class action law suit against them. All the above happened to us as well, and we are now out US$5700+! They submitted fraudulent receipts when I disputed this with my credit card company so we are being told these are valid charges when they are total fraud. I never authorized these charges - never signed these receipts. How can they get away with this!?!?!

I rented a car from Priceless J-C Car Rental (4121 North West 25th -Miami Fla. [protected]-2022) through Expedia. Although I had purchased a coverage with Generaría Global, I had to add another coverage; price with taxes included GPS price. I ended up paying much more than agreed, liability insurance that was neither requested nor needed.
What is worse, the Priceless J-Car representative Ana and her partner Cesar turned out to be totally incompetent and rude in their customer service, initially he did not know how to process my contract and asked her to do it, also at the end ,they parked the car in a distant and risky place. At the end of the procedure I asked them about the "link for reviews" of the company and they answered with vague phrases

Do not rent a car from this company. You would be lied and never get the deposit back. They took $1000 as a deposit from my credit card that I never got back , they came out w 2 not visible scratches and charged my credit card $300 Do not rent from them

Beware of PRICELESS CAR RENTAL/EASY FLEET SR IN OTOPENI ROMANIA. They are SCAMMERS and CROOKS!
Never rent a car there. They charged $107 for an international driver's license which was never provided. They required a $1, 000 guarantee charged to our credit card that was supposed to be refunded when we returned the car without damage. When we arrived at home, surprise! They charged $1, 004.25 to our credit card. When we sent the proof that the agency signed a receipt showing that we returned the car without damage, they changed the story and said the charge was for insurance. We never signed for insurance because we were already covered by the credit card with which we paid for the rental. This fraudulent business damages the image of their beautiful country.
We had exactly the same experience. Please let us know if you hear of any class action lawsuit against these crooks.
