I tried to claim the costs of car repair (front window broken during our vacation)

as we rented a car in Portugal by RecordGo, the company you have business with.

My booking number is [protected], or polisnumber is [protected]/2 from 27/6-2023 till 8-7-2023

As your website does not work well enough for new cases of claims within 3 months, I send you this complain.

The insurance is total covering our vacation In Portugal, we will inform Ryanair about this not being able to claim for the damage.

The damage of the frontwindow is not our fault; it happened during the night while street parking in Porto. It was 962,11 euro's (of course we have recipt).

We had immediately repaired the window for it was dangerous to drive and after that we told the agent of RecordGo in Lisboa (they were glad we repaired it right away).

We rented a car in Spain between the 12 and the 19 of may at Record go Rent a car . This all via Ryanair.

We payed for an extra insurrance protection covering almost everything that could happen to the car . This also via Ryanair.The insurance company is TravelJigsaw ; within the Booking Holding ; Police n° [protected]/2 for 53,12€

We made scratches on the door and payied for the repairs.

Now we would like to claim on the insurance

At this effect we tried to file a complain to : "insurance-traveljigsaw.com/CustomerService.do"

To this point it has been impossible to reach them !

I had a car insurance for a rented car in Malaga/Spain, and paid for it. Now there is a damage of 420€, I cannot reach this insurance, the website doesn't work, the claiming site does not work, the company seems to be in Malta, the bravofly company who sold me that insurance, cannot be reached. Hi, ther is a little scratch on right mirror, this company charge me 126 euro, I have a full insurance by travel jigsaw, policy no [protected]/2. Rental date-13/12/22–16/12/22, I paid 126 euros, iam providing 3 documents, as for you to see, thanks, mr haskiya goanyas, please provide me the refund!

I booked a car via billiger-mietwagen.de including full insurance in any case of damages. Insurance is from Traveljigsaw as partner from billiger-mietwagen.de. Europcar claimed a damage after returning the car and I paid for it. Now I try to manage this damage and receiving my money from Traveljigsaw since over 6 weeks. The procedure mentioned in the documents does not work, because the link for to the database for addressing the case is not working. Support is poor... We will see what happens.

Warning for my side to other customers: do not book your car at billieger-mietwagen.de and the insurance from travel jigsaw. Take a cheap car and organise the full insurance yourself with the car company or a trustful insurance company.

But never take rentalcars or jigsaw travel... Everything works fine as long you have no trouble...

A l'aéroport de Madère le 01/08/22 j'ai loué une voiture chez Avis et souscrit une assurance protection complète (prime payée 89.60 eur) chez RavelJigsaw.

J'ai occasionné un dégât au pare chocs avant du véhicule qui m'a été facturé 543.98 eur lors de la restitution de la voiture le 15/08/22.

Depuis je tente de prendre contact sur

insurance-traveljigsaw.com/customerservice. do comme indiqué sur mon contrat pour déclarer le sinistre et être remboursée.

Google refuse l'accès en raison d'un problème avec le site de cette assurance.

j'ai un litige avec Europcar pour une location de voiture à Dublin (Rental agreement number 1977890 with registration number 212D7229) avec votre contrat d'assurance dont le numéro est noté ci-dessus: [protected]/2.

J'ai écrit une réclamation le jour même du check-out (27 août 2022 à 20 heures 18) à

J'ai été facturée le 13 septembre 2022 de 505,51 euros, pour une réparation de rayure qui ne me concernait pas d'après moi. Aucun check- in n'a été fait avec Europcar le jour du départ, et un mensonge a été fait sur le niveau d'essence ( ils m'ont d'ailleurs fait une remise sur l'essence après le retour).

Cette rayure était sans doute déjà présente et la taille constatée est fausse.

Pouvez-vous m'aider s'il vous plait?

Lors d'un voyage en Italie du 7 au 14 Juillet 2022, location d'un véhicule chez Europcar TRIESTE aéroport avec assurance complémentaire "Protection complète" d'un montant de 71.61€, couvrant tous dommages d'accidents.

Un petit incident a eu lieu durant la location : une bordure sur l'avant du véhicule.

Je l'ai déclaré le jour du retour du véhicule.

Aujourd'hui, il m'est impossible de contacter les service d'assurances pour demander le remboursement des frais prélevés sur mon compte bancaire !

Les différentes adresses mails ou sites web pour contacts ne fonctionnent pas :

Je souhaite le remboursement des frais prélevés :626.05€ + 117.69€

D'autant plus qu'aucune facture ne m'a été fournie pour justifier de ces sommes !

You will find attached the letter from the rental company Sicily By Car (see attachment "Sicily 1 to 6.jpeg").

Can you take care of their compensation?

Suite à mon accident de voiture de location sicily by car (airport Malta) survenu le 18 août 2022 à Malte, je demande le remboursement des frais de réparation.

Il y a eu une première facture de 284.38 euros puis une seconde le lendemain 19 août 2022 pour la réparation mécanique qui s'élève à 1062,00 euros.

We already sent to you, one month ago our claim> we contracted premium assurance all inclusive for damages in our hired car and the renta car cy. Europcar charged to our credit card the amount of> 414,49 euros.

I was on holiday in Mykonos island from 19 to 25 of June 2022.

I have rented a car with SurPrice Car Rental and I left a deposit of 750 euro.

I bought a full protection insurance with you; ref n. [protected]

someone scatched the car I had and the rental car company charged around 220 euro for the damage.

finally after nearly a month, I got all the receipts releated to the car damage.

I am trying to contact you to get this amount back and to send you the receipts but it is impossible on the customer service website.

25 Mai rented a car fra Europcar through Rentalcar. The engine of the car brook after 40 km and 1 hours drive. We were dragged to a WV workshop and had to find a taxi to reach our rented house before deadline. Despite of several calls to Europcar marseilles the we not able to find a replacement car so we had our hole hollyday without a car

Suite à la location d'une voiture à l'aéroport de Malaga en Espagne , avec Rental Cars ,du 27/04 au 07/05/22,

nous avons payé 460 € pour des rayures sur le pare chocs avant droit.

nous nous sommes aperçus par la suite que nous étions assurés .

OKmobility n'a pas vérifié et nous a fait payer.

En rendant la voiture de location a Malaga nous avons constaté des rayures a l'avant du pare chocs avec l'employée de réception.

Nous avons payé 460€ à Ok Mobility.

Mais sans vérifier que nous étions assurés pour cette location n°[protected].

J'ai tous les documents nécessaires en ma possession comment puis-je vous les envoyer ? ils sont en format PDF.

J ai réservé et payé la location et mon amie Mme Gisèle GRENETTE a payé

pour le 2ème conducteur ainsi que la caution.

I took a full insurance for my car, the insurance was provided by Traveljigsaw but they are not responding and are not reimbursing me for my expenses.

The scene of the accident was about 200m from Centauro's rental point outside Athens, when I was about to return the car.
Along road 89, about 200m in a southeasterly direction. See attached picture, Olycksplats.jpg.
The accident happened on 20 / 10-2021 around 13 o'clock.

As far as I know, the incident has not been reported to the police.
Of course, the car rental company knows about the incident.

The car was damaged at the front on the right side.

Also enclose bank statements and invoices I received from Centauro regarding third party costs.

I was pre-charged for petrol - a sum I would get back if the car was refueled when I returned it. That was it so I got that money back because I did not have to pay the entire insurance premium or what it is called 750 euros.
Later, centauro deducted SEK 8692.28 for the cost of repairing the other car
