Prestige Portraits review: Customer service and scheduling

I have been told so much incorrect information and lies to just get me out of the chat! I was given a number to get assistance with booking from your chat agents and it was a fake recording! I tried in sept to schedule and was told wait till October to schedule! I got the email to schedule and 2 seconds later it was booked! I contacted your company via chat and the gentleman said which day did I want and then asked for my child's name and then quickly lied and said they were all booked even in December!
If this was you trying to get senior photos to have pictures for one of the most important days of your child's life would you want to be Bul****** about this situation like you all have been doing to me? And clearly plenty of other parents?
I need to schedule a session for my child and would love some real input and information and a resolution to this issue!
The money you all charged for photos and the lack of support you give parents is not ok and should not be acceptable!
