I just got my hands on Serge's 2020 Toolbox and decided to splurge on his Lightroom presets too. Then I went ahead and bought his Fine Arts training series. Little did I know, the presets I purchased were the same ones included in the first set. I reached out to customer service over the weekend and by Monday, they had sorted out my refund. Talk about lightning-fast after-sales service! Maybe the folks in marketing could make it clearer on the website which presets are which.

By the way, I've picked up so many cool tricks and techniques from Serge's training programs on Lightroom, Photoshop, and Aurora HDR. These are all software programs I use regularly. I always use his techniques and tips in post-processing, and I have purchased most of his bundles which are amazing value for money. I would highly recommend Serge to the world of photographers for post-editing learnings.
