Premier Inn Hotels review: Poisonous mushrooms growing by bed

We had poisonous mushrooms growing out of the floor in the bedroom of our room at London Wembley Park. The room cost over £700 for two nights and despite telling management as soon as we saw them, no other rooms were available so we had to stay put. Premier Inn are refusing us a refund, despite the clear implications on health as well as their so called ‘Good Night Guarantee’ (although reading other reviews, it looks as though they don’t actually follow this in practice). I would be careful, especially if you are asthmatic or travelling with children - could have ended much worse.
