Hi, please see attached photo and invoice.
Due to your restaurant only opening at 6pm which could have made us late for the party we were going to we cancelled our reservation shortly after paying the £32 deposit.
Your receptionist then suggested that I cancel breakfast too as it was easier for her to do that and pay for breakfast separately in the morning.
So far we have not received the refund for either on my bank account could you get this done for me please.
Please confirm.
