Had 14 windows and Front and Side doors replaced. When we ordered the front door we picked a eucalyptus green color, and was shown how it would look. When they installed the door it was installed with a white border which I did not order and it looks horrible to say the least. It’s almost a month and we are getting the run around. The window installation was just OK and we also have an issue with one of our front windows as well.

I feel we were given a “bait and switch” deal to get the job and I am trying to avoid getting lawyers involved, which I have no problem doing, but the door that I have is not what I ordered. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY … THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT SATISFACTION OR THEIR CUSTOMERS .

I had windows installed which had some issues but they fixed them. What they sold me on after the windows was a water intrusion system, because they said I had water damage and showed me pics ot wood in my attic that was dark. OK so I sign up for an addl $13 for this system with them telling me they would replace the wood.

NO WOOD was replaced. They didnt even have wood on the truck. Not to mention they just sub-contracted with people for put in Soffits and Gutters. I have a group I could have called for that. I thought I was getting this intrusion system and the wood replaced. I have called because I have issues with the water going places it shouldn't, and I have yet to have someone come out and address the issue. They hire immigrants, and just take a cut of the money.
