Dear POS Malaysia/ Management / Customer Service,

You are not arranged nor successfully delivered the item to us as per what we as customer being paid the postage fees to you !

we were done the self-picked up of parcels from your center many times! if your delivery man just lazy to call or pass on the parcel by hand to us as recipient, then don't charge us such hefty postage fees ! there were no reason why we have gotten postage fees charged and yet asked to self-pick up item from your center later !

This is not the 1st or 2nd time we as consumer of yours experience such matters ! its was just so easy just being handed-in the "pick up notes" into our mail box rather than ring our door bells or give us a call upon delivery ! this is how your delivery man did all the times ! yet, during FMCO, we all staying at home 24 hrs ! dot give excuses that your delivery man cant reach us ! and yet your delievry man can call us up on the spot for received the items, this is why we always stated our Mobile Contact on the consignment notes pasted on the parcel !

What a lousy and unorganized and messy service provided by you ! are your company gonna pay us back petrol cost in order for us to self-pick up parcel from your center everytime? since we as consumer has already paid postage charges to you in advance to get our parcel delivered to us to our door step ! what a non-sense service given by Post Malaysia !

Plaese be inform I have pos my parcel to cheras, kuala lumpur on 16th june. But the item was delivered to miss lilian lee at pusat pos laju alor gajah. I dont know who is she, whats going on in pos service. If unable to find the address you guys can make a call to the receiver or sender ans also can return back to sender adress right. Than what are the purpose for sender details. Omg please settle this don't spoil my business. I trust your service to get back the parcel from her and send to right person.

Barang saya pos dari Ayer baloi Pontian Johor .jadi barang saya dah lama tk sampai dari 23/7 hingga sekarang 2/8 tidak Smpai lgi tetapi di dalam ni track sudah tiba di pusat penghantaran poslaju bandar dat'o on.bila saya suruh org yg terdekat di bandar dat'o on dan datang poslaju Dato' on kata barang saya takde disitu saya tk tahu lah nk cakap apa sebab barang itu urgent sgtt... Tolglaaa buat apa itu poslaju malaysia

Poslaju Bandar Dato Onn already received my items on 12th June but still now the postman never deliver my items to me.. Call to office number, plenty of times but no answer too.. Really fed up! No responsible at all to deliver customer items. Never ever call up to tell items received by post officer or anything... How you people work like this.. Really a bad service.

Pekerja pos laju sangat malas menghantar barang. Bagi kawasan pendalam seperti kampung mereka tak nak hantar. Ada yg call suruh amik dekat luar. Kami bayar duit pos untuk apa ya kalau mereka tidak mahu hantar sampai ke depan rumah! Sekarang ni barang saya tak dapat dh 3 minggu.

Pos office sebuyau, sentiasa mempunyai masalah line internet, setiap kali berurusniaga...banyak alasan yg x munasabah diberikan cthnya...urusan asb hanya pada waktu pagi...

hi. sorry i need to complain this. what's wrong with pos laju? isn't your job to deliver parcel to customer house? why i need to collect myself at pos laju office? 1:37pm is still early. why can't you deliver it? if it is out of your office hours, you can make second delivery. i can't go to office because it is pkp and there's are roadblock everywhere! mine at sungai nibong and office at bayan lepas. i can't cross district! i already message the delivery man but he not respond. i need second delivery. thank you

Barang yang saya order sudah diambil oleh poslaju dari seller tidak dihantar kepada pembeli (saya). Tiada apa-apa notification setakat ini. Poslaju code: pl-[protected]

Cek track num, dah delivered tpi btg xsmpai2 lagi. Dahtu delivered ke nama org lain lagi tuuu aduh stress ak PL226425802918 mohon ambik tindakan segeraaaa. Dah brg tu mahal, slalu poslaju buat kerja elok jk. Skali brg nii, buat hal pulakkkkk.

Barang saya dari Sandakan 9/6/2021 sampai sekarang masih belum sampai.
Bila lihat dalam status tracking ada di pos laju Dato' Onn. Kemudian kata dipulangkan pada pengirim sebab barang tidak dituntut. Macam mana nak ambik, saya di Perak bukan di Johor. Bila call, mesin jawab..habis mesin bercakap.dimatikan talian.

Hi, just wanted to check with poslaju, i have my item delivered today at 2pm. As before the item was delivered, i've given a secret number through sms,
I have my item delivered and when i told the secret numbe r, the postlju delivery men insisted to gv my ic number, i told him that as before the delivery a numb is sent. Yet he said he needs my ic numb. Can postlaju make things clearer to all the delivery man. This is not the first time, im going through such situation. If the secret number is not working or not in used then i shouldn't be receiving the pin. Thanks

Barang saya (keropok) no track era902165611my pos dalam keadaan baik, elok... Bila sampai pada cust didapati keropok telah dibuka dan kandungan nya kurang.. Keropok itu diikat dengan getah... Saya sangat kecewa perkara ini berlaku

barang kena ambil sendiri dekat pejabat pos berhampiran.bukan baru lagi isu ni.setiap kali guna courier pos laju kena pickup.untuk apa bayar shipping mahal kalau kena ambil sendiri.dari tahun lepas.bukan nak bandingkan.tapi nak cakap courier lain elok hantar sampai depan rumah.tak tahu rumah boleh telefon.tak ada alasan.kalau kurang kakitangan boleh tambah.sepatutnya masalah ni dah takada sebab dah lama sangat dah dari 2019 lagi dah boleh tangani sekarang dah 2021

PL122462746981 lama dah parcel ni x sampai sampai 7 hari status dispatch out. Dispatch out pergi mana pun tak tau. Beli sebab nak guna bukam nak simpan lama lama dekat pos laju. Beli sebab bende urgent nak guna, bila jadi macam ni x tau nak cakap apa. Tahu lah staf x cukup tapi bila dah peram sampai seminggu dah lebih dr masa terima siapa je x bengang.

Posmen kol saya untuk collect barang di bawah rumah, (rumah flat), tidak Naik sbb pkp katenya tp sy tidak ade baca di mana2 poslaju ade tetapkan rule mcm tu.. courier lain boleh je hanta smpai depan pintu Dan posmen poslaju yg sbelumnye ok je hanta dpn pintu tp utk yg ni sangat tidak bertanggujawab.. saya tidak dapat collect kerana tidak sihat Dan Minta untuk naik Dan letak saja Dpn pintu.. tp beliau mengatakan tidak boleh Dan menangguhkan penghataran pada Hari lain.. begitu kah service yg sepatutnye ? Mintak pihak management alert dgn staff anda yg tidak bertanggujawab... TQ
