How the mess up?

Hi, saya check tracking status dah delivered to me, semalam 23/3/21 pukul 4.21pm tapi sebenarnya tak ada pun. Harini 24.4.21.
Nak contact siapa ni, nombor postman pun tak ada siapa yang letak. Haihhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh org beli pakai duit la bukan pakai air liur. Buat kerja betul betul lah.

Postman attitude in overall is worst

I was at home with two of my big dogs. When the postman arrive, my dogs start barking as usual, due to this Covid-19 period, I normally don't go near the postman, I will ask them to place the parcel in the porch. All the postman when they see the dogs, they will be so rude like going to whack the dogs and etc. I sounded my times yet doesn't seems like to be cared.
So Dear Poslaju,
Please teach some moral values to your postman.

Hi, this is my first time use pos laju for delivery parcel and I am disappointed on your service.
I receive a call from client and inform me the parcel was not delivery to her door to door.
And what surprise me was the person being called from a stranger and mention there a parcel "put" beside a road side instead.
How can this happen ? Could you please give me an update on issues mention?

RY078660434MY this is credit card with ipad. But it was not delivered to me. No one from my house accepted it. But for some reason it is shown i have accepted it with the end ic number not from me (6988), my sister (6022) and brother (5035).
I went to the office mantin pos laju at 12.15pm and was told that is not delivered yet. The postman responsible haven't entered my area. This is dangerous and negligence on the top level.

I want to tell you about the delivery of goods to our customers which is very slow and the goods to be sent are stored for so long in the post, after I made a report of slow goods, the goods reached our customers, but the condition of the parcel is very bad. and very unsatisfactory, our customers received the goods in a box2 condition all damaged, our customers want to sell the purchased goods to others, but seeing the condition of the box makes our customers disappointed and ashamed to sell to the public.

Saya ada account poslaju no [protected], tapi poslaju setiap bulan tak pernah send invoice yg jelas bagi saya, cuma setiap kali send notice bagi saya cakap saya tak bayar! Saya tak pernah dapat invoice yg jelas bagaimana nak bayar? Saya dah inform / send email bagi poslaju banyak kali suruh mereka setiap bulan send invoice list bagi saya tapi tak pernah send pun!

Concerning the lost of customer parcel, On 16 February, the parcel was handed to Pos Laju by Ninja Van courier and reached the Pos Laju Lahad Datu by 22nd February. We believed the parcel had been swapped or misplaced as the label placed on the ninja van parcel was clearly different but nevertheless was post out to our customer name. On your consent, our customer has returned the parcel to Pos Laju Lahad Datu, but she has not received hers.
