I received the item on 6/14/23 and it was not as depicted order # 6PRM2WEV0006PD95 so I sent an email to them that night asking to return the item and issue me a refund. The CSR emailed me back late that night 6/14 and offered me a 40% refund if I keep the item. I responded to the email stating I didn’t want to keep and would prefer to return it for a refund to my CC account. Have yet to hear back. This is not good customer service, if you ask me.
Desired outcome: Return item for a full refund less the shipping fees.

So, I decided to give Popvil a try and ordered 3 bikinis on July 8th. But, to my disappointment, I haven't received anything yet. I tried to get in touch with them via email, but they kept me waiting for a long time and didn't give me any clear answers. It was like they were keeping me on a leash, you know what I mean? They would say one thing and then change their minds. It was frustrating and annoying. I don't think I'll ever order from Popvil again. It's just not worth the hassle and the wait. I hope they improve their customer service and delivery times in the future, but until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
