Seacrest be tryna collect $1,452.00 of interest on one $25.00 late fee. On 4/6 I sent Seacrest my quarterly maintenance fee of $1,571.00, but they went ahead and used it to pay off the $1.452.00 of interest. The $1,571.00 never got credited to my account, it straight up vanished. On X-XX-XX I asked for an updated statement, but I still ain't got it till this day. On 7/1 I sent Seacrest my quarterly payment of $1,571.00, but they said nah and sent it back to my bank. On XX X XX I sent Seacrest my quarterly payment of $1,571.00, but they said nah again and sent it back to my bank.
I bought a condo in April 2022
I bought a condo in April 2022. At closing, I paid the 2nd and 3rd quarter condo fees to Seacrest. In September, I paid the 4th quarter. However, the management company is claiming that I still owe the 4th quarter. I have visited their office six times with the necessary paperwork. I obtained the cashed checks from the title company, but then they requested the back of the checks as well. I managed to provide both the front and back of the checks, showing where they were cashed. Despite this, they still refuse to release the estoppel letter to the new title company. This situation has forced me to sell the condo due to owning a truck. I have provided them with proof of payment for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarters. I have been in communication with them about this issue.

Seacrest Services, Inc. manages and maintains the grass in my area. Their crew comes by a few times each month to cut the grass. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with them. They accidentally damaged my Ford F-150 pickup truck, specifically the tailgate. When I brought this issue to the attention of the Seacrest manager, they dismissed my claim, saying I couldn't prove it. However, I have videos showing their workers using leaf blowers and edgers near the residential vehicles, causing damage. This incident occurred around September 7th. The repair cost for my truck was $200, which I reported to Seacrest. Sadly, they didn't take my complaint seriously and even laughed it off. I also informed the president of my homeowners' association about this situation, as many others in the neighborhood have experienced vehicle damage as well. I have spoken to several of them. I am now requesting a refund of $200. Thank you.

Seacrest Services, Inc. hired Timberland Tree Services to do some tree cutbacks after the hurricane at Century Village. On June 23, Timberland cut a big Rubber Tree behind our condo building. I saw one of the branches fall and it hit my patio screen, making a big hole. I told our HOA President right away and she told Greg Shepack from Seacrest Services, Inc. He said, "the tree company broke it, they fix it." I don't know if he talked to Timberland because I don't have any proof. On July 7, I emailed Mr. Shepack and he said Timberland is working on a list of things to fix. That's all he said. On July 22, I sent Mr. Shepack another email but he hasn't replied yet. I also tried to contact Timberland by phone, contact form, and text. Until today, the owner, Jesse Hernandez, has ignored all my attempts to reach out. It's been MORE THAN A MONTH since my patio screen got damaged and I want it fixed!

The seller's agent checked our documents (proof of income, credit score, and ability to make a cash purchase) and only allowed us to make an offer after verifying everything. Once our offer was accepted, we moved on to step 2, which was completing the HOA application. We went through over 300 pages of the application, asked the board for clarification, and submitted all the necessary documents (with proof that we exceeded the minimum requirements). However, we didn't hear anything for almost 30 days. We reached out to them and only then did we receive a notice saying that our application was denied because we didn't meet the income requirement. We disputed this and asked for an explanation, but they didn't respond. Almost 1 1/2 weeks later, we received another letter saying that we were denied because we didn't meet the minimum credit requirement, which is not true. We emailed them to let them know that their finding was incorrect (we checked our credit reports during the process) and now we don't want to discuss the matter with them anymore because they haven't given us any valid responses. They still have our 6-month security deposit and haven't returned the money. We want our money back.
