I was excited to receive my new swimsuits, but days later I received an email saying that my order was cancelled because of nonpayment. What?! That's not right, I already paid for them! If they cancelled my order, then I need my money back ASAP.

The worst part is that there's no way to talk to a live person or send an email to inquire about my order. I'm stuck in limbo with no idea what's going on. It's frustrating and disappointing. I was really looking forward to wearing those swimsuits this summer.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Popvil to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle and stress. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I'm so stoked to rock this swimsuit from Popvil on my honeymoon in Tulum, Mexico! It's seriously so flattering and the color is fire - my fianc? loves orange so I know he'll be into it too. I've been waiting for my order from Popvil for a good three weeks now and it still hasn't been shipped. I've contacted their customer service twice already and they keep telling me that it's already been shipped. However, when I try to track it through USPS, it says that it hasn't even been dropped off to a facility yet. It's really frustrating because it seems like they just took my money without any regard for me actually receiving my order.

I received the item on 6/14/23 and it was not as depicted order # 6PRM2WEV0006PD95 so I sent an email to them that night asking to return the item and issue me a refund. The CSR emailed me back late that night 6/14 and offered me a 40% refund if I keep the item. I responded to the email stating I didn’t want to keep and would prefer to return it for a refund to my CC account. Have yet to hear back. This is not good customer service, if you ask me.

So, I decided to give Popvil a try and ordered 3 bikinis on July 8th. But, to my disappointment, I haven't received anything yet. I tried to get in touch with them via email, but they kept me waiting for a long time and didn't give me any clear answers. It was like they were keeping me on a leash, you know what I mean? They would say one thing and then change their minds. It was frustrating and annoying. I don't think I'll ever order from Popvil again. It's just not worth the hassle and the wait. I hope they improve their customer service and delivery times in the future, but until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

They don't seem to care about their customers at all.
