I placed an order early August through the mobile app. When I went there half an hour later, they didn't have my order or couldn't see it. They ended up saying someone else took it. They remade it for me after a while of looking things over, but it was with the wrong sauce. My significant other and I checked it by smell and taste and confirmed it was wrong. I had made a similar order only two weeks prior and we knew it was wrong. I went in and asked for that portion of the order to be remade with the correct sauce, but the manager argued with me saying it was the correct sauce and refused to remake it with the sauce I wanted. In lieu of that, and for the long amount of time I had to wait for the remake, I asked her if I could just get fries for the inconvenience and she said she'd have to give to everyone and declined. I asked for a refund then and came back with my order, but she said she couldn't do it because it was a mobile order. She wasted so much of my time, and so has customer support.
I contacted customer support, which starts with a bot. It offered a $10 coupon which I thought was finally for the inconvenience, so I accepted but I still want a full refund since I did not get what I ordered. Support said they would escalate and eventually stopped responding to me, even so I reply back every week. I opened a new case and finally got an escalated response, but it said they couldn't do a refund since I accepted the coupon offer. I don't want that, I want a refund. I told them it hasn't been used and that they can delete my account so it doesn't get used so I can get a refund. They have since gone quiet and stopped responding. It's been over a month since my issue and they've let it get way out of hand. I hate Popeyes and plan to never eat there again.
Claimed loss: $7.60
Desired outcome: $7.60 refund
