We purchased our ATV for a Family Christmas present. Within the 1st week, the ATV was making grinding noises. We returned to the dealership to address, and we informed that parts were installed incorrectly and causing the issues. Now finally after receiving the title in the mail last month, the EPS has stopped working. This ATV has not been mistreated in anyway. Garage kept. This ATV is used by my husband and son to hunt and for trail rides. I was informed this part will cost an additional $3000 for repairs. I can understand how mistreating an ATV can cause damage, but this seems like some major for a ATV that has been taking well care of for the last 5 years. I don't understand why an ATV can cost so much, if they only last until payoff. Very disappointed in this product. I have been told my best options is to sell and to purchase a new ATV instead of investing this amount of money in fixing it.
