Bought a new 2025 Sling Shot in Illinois at OWENS dealer in Charleston. Traded that for a 2026 R Sling Shot before my warranty ran out and asked for my 1600,00 back that I didn't use. Contacted the dealer Finance Mgr, and he agreed I was owed, but after a week I called back and no one in the business will return my calls. I have called three times and even sent the Owner an email. Still no return of my calls or email. I called Polaris and filled a BBB complaint then withdrew it after talking with Polaris and the Issue. I think his name was Matt. he was to call me back and that hasn't happened for two weeks. I just want my 1600.00 extended warranty money back. Next If I should not get compliance, I will seek Legal. Be careful buying and adding a Extended warranty because they think its Polaris money and doesn't have to be returned.

Claimed loss: 1600.00 PLUS any expenses that will occur in the future from Litigation, Court Filing and Lawyer Fees, ECT. I just want what is mine back.

Desired outcome: 1600.00 plus cost of any Litigation and Court Cost. A 1000.00 plus is a Felony.

Don't buy from Owens Indian dealer and Polaris in Central Illinois unless your desperate. Polaris Corp. needs to hire people who stand by what they sell. In this case Corp. and the business both will not comply. It's funny how they try and hold on to what doesn't belong to them. They need to man up and send me my money DUE ! NO MORE GAMES
