A couple of days ago I purchased tickets for your "wholey moley" promotion. I was never able to use the tickets as the game would not let me. The tickets were logged as available, but I did not have access to them. Therefore I lost out on the entire promotion which I was close to finishing and I lost my money.

In addition, that day and the next, the app was not spinning properly and caused me to lose a ton of coins.

I would like reimbursement for my purchase as well as a credit.
