Playtika your games on slotomania

What has happened to your games on slotomania. I have played slotomania from the very beginning and right now your games are the worst they have ever been. You can spin for hours and not get any free spins or bonuses. Even the games I go to when nothing slse is hitting won't give me the time of day. I shouldn't have to buy coin packages all the time just so I can play your games. Is it to much to ask to let us have some fun for a change. Please let your players have fun again and loosen up your games. Thank You

Playtika gift cards received from friends

I receive many gift cards from friends. I was under the impression that I would get coins to play with when I collected the gift cards. I never get any coins. What do I need to do to get the coins when I collect the gift cards? This just isn't right. I'm out about 1 billion coins. Do you have any advise for me or should I just quit the game entirely?

Playtika slotomania

Please what is going on with your machines? They aren't paying out and took me from 4 billion to 300 million all because they aren't paying! I love playing Slotomania as I am disabled and can't go anywhere so this is my entertainment but I won't be able to play it soon as I will be out of coins and being on disability I can't afford to buy coins right now. I have tried to play other games but they are nothing like my Slotomania! Please loosen up your machines so all of us can continue to enjoy the games - please please please. I know you can do it because you can control them - Also the scatters and bonus's are few and far between if I get one at all! I played one of the game's and spun it 400 and times without 1 scatter or bonus and that's not right! I don't expect to get them all the time but once in awhile would be nice! Please help cuz I'm going through withdrawals!

Iam so tried of not getting no reply back yes I have done a lot of complaints some not so no e but my brain don't function proper so I am sorry but the dashes have gotten out of hand the amount I have to get is impossible with my daily bonus I swear its. Revenge because of complaints ty all iam asking is make it possible for me to do the dashes cause I love the game but I have lost so many ace package and 5star aces because of this and yes I understand it may because of my level but come on and by the way I have been gold now for 2years I think this is stupid I can't afford to buy packets to level up I have been a loyal player for 7years but this is really getting out of hand ty and have a nice day

Playtika vegas words

At 4:24 am 1 may 2019 I received over 48, 000, 000 in coins so I thought I would up my credit to a million coins when I started to play game there was only over 2.5 million please explain why you took the coins back after you sent them to me and give them back! Your game also takes too long to start and its always trying to make me purchase coins which I dont on any of the games I play on facebook!

I cannot collect any rewards. Please help! Also, I couldn't send a message on the FB page either.

When I tried to collect Slotomania bonus coins, my balance did not increase, and my regular bonus didn't add up either, yet I'm able to play. I tried to collect regular bonus (every 3 hours) 550, 00 coins, then bonus coins of 320, 000 million coins X2, a mystery bonus of 900, 000 coins. None of the coins added to my Slotomania bonus.

I would like to receive these coins. Thanks for your help

Playtika caesars slots

On April 27th was ripped off twice on the scratch option, i want a full refund or will be reporting fraudulent activity to credit card company by 29th, too many issues with this playtika will be reporting to better business bureau. I have contacted apple i-tunes on three occasions and they are no help whatsoever. If my credit card company refuses to intercede and get my refunds, i will end them also, they will not want to lose my business.

So im in the scratch trying my luck.. i only needed 1 more boost to pass the round 4 and get 2 supreme chests plus ingredients.. when i got it the bar filled but stuck there and never gave anything.. im left with no credits and believe me out of those chests and missing ingredients i was about to get around 3k coins..its really so unfair so i aint spending any kore money or even playing this app again

Playtika urgent: missing sloto cards I was supposed to receive after filling stamp card

Today I filled 3 stamp cards with purchases. There was a deal today that each time you filled a stamp card, you would receive a 5 star slotto card. Since this is the last day of slotto bingo (April 23rd, 2019) and I only need one 5 star slotto card (sand surfer) to fill my entire slotto bingo card, I made purchases that I never would have made to fill the stamp card 3 times. It was very expensive!

I never received even one 5 star slotto for filling any of the 3 stamp cards (and like I said previously). With 1 purchase I never even got the slotto package of cards that you are suppose to get with each purchase.

I feel as if I have been scammed out of a lot of money and received nothing that was promised. You have lied about this promotion. It doesn't give you what was promised.

Please respond to this ASAP! The bingo slotto is over in 18 hours.

I would like all the money I spent on purchases to fill the stamp card (which was close to $100) and I would like the bingo slotto card sand surfer awarded to me today.

Playtika slotomania slots game

Hello, I'm currently in a stint in the AWESOME Sloto-club (YAY) and experienced an issue during free spins in Vegas slots cash game. It came during a 5min round of my wild gorilla wild spins. I'll add that it had just updated to the 2nd power up. Well when I got the free spins round, I'd already used up 2 1/2 minutes of the feature. I'd gotten 6 free spins with 200 wilds added. So the spins would have been quick. But the feature ended with still a couple mins left (boo). Gave me the prize, (pre-mature). I'd had a total of around 9 billion coins when the free spins started. I'd won a total of at least 1.4 billion after the spins. But my total remained at just over 10 billion. Didn't receive my full winnings, but there's a good chance it will have been corrected before this even reaches you, because you guys are GREAT at that and usually pretty quick to correct and restore coin totals/mistakes. As I'm looking back at my total coin amount, thinking to the winnings with the free spins could be correct. The only issue I'm seeing was that I didn't get my full 5 minutes with the Gorilla wild card feature. Thank you for viewing my complaint! Have a great day!

Playtika in game purchases

I am not satisfied with the one click payment method for coins, it's too easy to make purchases if you have a card attached which most people do. I am a victim of this flawed process and I would like a full refund of pruchases bought from my account in the last couple hours. My younger brother who is a minor and well under 18 somehow managed to open the app and make in game pruchases. I didn't think anyone would be able to deposit money without confirming debit card expiry date or security code.

Playtika purchased that I was robbed

Purchased a £7.99 lucky spin, then purchased another lucky spin of £7.99 to give me extra credit with the second spin. Machine froze, so was unable to get the second spin. Had to purchase another £7.99 spin. Machine says oops you were in the middle of a purchase. I've been cheated out of a £7.99 spin. I want my money back. If you investigate, you'll see that there's 3 lots of £7.99 withdrawn from my account. I'm going to the bank in the morning to ask them to return my money to my account from you people. Please contact me as soon as possible. A very disgruntled customer.

Playtika support trying to rip me off!

I purchased credits in bingo blitz and was disconnected before I could play my game. I lost 360 credits because if this and sent a ticket to support who replied and told me I had finished all the games I had started, which was untrue. The last game on their records was my daily tournament games, which was before I even made my credit purchase. I had 236 credits, I bought 535, bringing my total to 771. I paid 360 credits in blitzys riches and was disconnected. I logged back in and only had 411 credits, yet the records they sent me from support did not even show my activity after the tournament. I would like those credits back or the $34.99 aud that I paid refunded!

Mr. Kain Dempsey, I am not only confused in your response which should have been sent by Mr. Gerrard Mathews, which obviously has no backbone to answer to my questions and therefore avoids the answers which I sent to him.
It is not a surprise to me by now as in the past it has been practiced the same or similar tactic to avoid the real answer and the buck has been passed from person to person hoping that it will be forgotten. I am outraged that such a
dirty practice does not come to an end as we still go around-at-the-roundabout.
I am not certain who has instructed you, people, to treat the Players in such degrading ways despite the fact that we the Players are keeping Playtika in business to do any business.
It is not only shameful but also depressing to see that such a Company is stooping so low than solving a problem or an Issue.
You, people, are sadly mistaken if you think that continuously will get away with such dirty tactics by which you have proven time and time again that not only that your Company will do anything to make money even if your practice
upset, stress, depress or any other inconveniences which you are continuously disrespecting and ignoring in the ways you deal with those that helped you Company to prosper in such a short time since its existence.
I have just enough of your people bullock as you exceeded any limits of the lack of honesty and respect towards those which radically transformed you Company into one of the top revenue money making machine on the Internet
because of us Players which only expects to have fun and a little bit of Entertainment which you people has transformed into a continuous nightmare.

It is sickening and frustrating that such degrading behavior has been continuously tolerated at Custome Support for such a long time without considering the repercussions and consequences.
You people simply do not understand that you deserve everything that it's coming to you and more as you believe that your loyal Players are just a number to you and regardless if you deal with them in any way that you degrade them
willingly and intentionally will never answer for your bad behavior as you strongly believe that you got the absolute power to do whatever you want and any way you want which it feels very disgusting and outrageous that you permit you
self such pertinence which these human beings are keeping the Company afloat on the Internet.
Not that I expect a real answer from any of you at Support but to deal with the same Issue for much more longer than a month and still send a message after message with a response that does not solve the Issues which a Player is
sending to you in a good which expects a prompt and truthfully solving an Issue or Issues without mucking or degrading a Player every time they get a response from those who meant to look after them in the first place as your purpose is
to look after us appropriately and professionally as you been instructed to do so by your superiors (At least that is what I expect and believe...) and the way you people act you purposely are trying your hardest to make us believe that this is the only way you deal with your Players and as a result we should not expect any of you to behave any differently as this is the way it looks and proves until now...

Playtika unfair play/incorrect game payouts

I have sent numerous messages with examples of incorrect payouts, I receive messages back that have absolutely nothing to do with my game play problems. I actually received a message last month stating that they are aware of the problem and their techs are working in the problem. I send messages to check on progress to only once again receive messages that make absolutely no sense or a minimal payout that doesn't even come close to what is due. I have asked for a detailed listing of how that small payout was achieved and receive nothing. Playkita/ Slotomania are corrupt and cheat the players out of everything that is due to them

same problem here, the answer comes back with additional quirks on the promotions that are not posted anywhere and they cheat you out of payouts, on sloto if you select the gorilla right now you are suppose to get 8 spins if you are on the 3rd spot, I have been getting cheated out of 2-3 minutes because now they tell me there is a cap on amount you can win, even when they say bigger bets bigger payouts, can't happen when you have a cap, just would mean more time you would lose on the clock, what a crock, I rechecked the info they post for the gorilla and says nothing about any cap

Playtika daily dashes

daily dashes are sticking and not giving credit for coins won. Example, second dash required to win 7.38coins in 50 spins. I played Time to Cash and won 3b, 3.2b and 1.6b plus several smaller cions but I did not get credit. The dash counter has been sticking/slow to update as game is being played. On dash one it would take several minutes to give credit for coins won.

Ok slotomania tech support I have been holding off on writing another complaint to see if you would actually fix my problems but nope you haven't! Currently to date I have left more than a number of complaints about my slotomania not working right so i'm complaining once again along with doing research on contacting a department higher up that will be able to help me get this settled! It's amazing how many places there is out there just waiting to take complaints! All i'm asking is for is that stupid blue circle that keeps going around and around no matter what I try to do to be gone! It interferes with everything from trying to get into a game and actually play it to it loading so slow! Could you please fix it and I won't have to complain! I'm asking once again to have this fixed asap! With being disabled and not able to get out much I really do depend on this game to make my borning days to go by faster

Playtika caesars slots

Playtika has been running a corrupt online casino dba Caesars Casino. They run a crooked operation because they manipulate the outcomes of the individual slot games, contests and promotions. They do not respond to complaints and they have cheated me out of money owed me time and time again! They need to be shut down. Complaints are also being filed with Facebook and Apple, as they take in money for Playtika and ignore the corruption.

Ok slotomania fix it team if there really is one - currently to date I have left more than a number of complaints about my slotomania not working right so i'm complaining once again along with doing research on contacting a department higher up that will be able to help me get this settled! It's amazing how many places there is out there just waiting to take complaints! All i'm asking is for is that stupid double blue circle that keeps going around and around no matter what I do to stop - Sometimes I wait 5 minutes for it to stop! I know you must be busy but I need and want to have my game fixed! Also what good is a bonus game good for if I can't even play it? I currently am unable to get any hammers to fill the meter to play the game - Let's play fair. What is up with this? In case nobody told you customer service is everything! Playtika slotomania

Please please please Slotomania tech support I'm writing once again about my games not working! You added something new again and it messed me up as I am unable to play a game decently due to the blue circle going around and around no matter what I try to do! But this time I'm not only getting one blue circle but a double one which is causing my games to screw up big time! Even though I put my games on auto play it spins once, the blue circles come up and stops the game. Then when it feels like it it will spin again and the same thing happens again so on and so forth! It makes me tired and so mad cuz it's not even giving me any hammers to play the new piggy game which isn't fair to me! Plus I can't get into my cards album again - What is up with my game's not working alot of the time? Please fix my game asap - I won't be spending anymore of my own money until I get my game fixed and then I will think twice about it! Also I think I should get some extra coins for all this hassle I go through! Please fix it this first time I'm complaining so I don't have to write 4 or 5 times before you decide to fix it!
