Playtika Slotomania

Dear Slotomania,
My sloto dash is really at a high price, some people pay 1.99$ and my is 13.99$ that's not fair. I spend a lot of money every week but most of the card I received the same old cards. I love the game but you guys are making it so difficult for us to win, it's feel like it is all about the money now because the more I spend the quicker I lose. The game is not fun anymore. I spend over 500$ per month just to play and to have fun, but I am asking now if it is really worth me spending time and money when you keep on taking but don't give back.

What is your current level? I'm a diamond level player and I have noticed that the higher the level, the prices get higher. When first started out my piggy bank went from 1.99 to 24.99 and now it is 44.99 to break it. Sorry, that is extortion. I have noticed that the prices really seemed to have been raised since the pandemic lockdown orders went into effect. They realized that people needed some form on entertainment and wouldn't mind paying more. My daily dashes now require me to spend 7.5 billion coins, which is just another way for them to get me to spend more money. Sorry, Slotomania. I have been getting the runaround regarding my ticket. I'm still waiting for a technician to fix the glitch I have when in the bonus lounge. haven't been able to play for over a week.

Playtika Sloto Quest games slotomania games

I have been trying to retrieve coins that were taken out of my account due to glitch in the slot machine not working properly the glitch causes me about 25.000.000.000 billion coins I contacted the support group for help to get coins replaced. The support person said they had problems with other players with the same problem as I did coins have not been replaced as of yet. I have made several tickets for help can someone please help with this problem. I would like my coins retrieved back to my account. My ticket number is [protected] I have made several tickets for help. This happens on the 4/10/20 I have sent complaints every day since this problem occurred. Please help me with this problem. [protected] The support staff know there was a problem and confirm with me I have the E-Mail where they admitted there was a problem.

I have played this game for ever the other day it would not let me on for some reason went to look for help .. Playtika Bingo blitz

I went into the Paddy's Plan room and selected 4 cards at max boost. Right as the round started I was disconnected and kicked out of the room. It usually gives back the credits but this time it did not. I lost 900 credits. It took me a very long time to earn that many credits and now they are gone.

Playtika Slotomania

I have finished 3 dashes today. 4th dash is to get 38 stars on cards. I have been playing Ace game Paws a good amount of time today and have not received one sloto card. Game has been acting weird at times. Want to earn free point by watching videos. Sometimes wont5let me. Sometimes video just spins around. I then have to stop game, turn off tablet and restart.

I completed 3dashes today. 4th dash is to get 38 stars on slot cards. Been playing most of day and have not received one slot card. This has happened before. Also sometimes when I try and view videos for free points . Sometimes I can't do so and other times videos will just spin around. I then will have to shut down game and tablet to get it to stop.

Playtika I’ve been over charged and never get my cashback points in double charged

Look at all the money that I dumped in and these are double charges in Cinema some of them didn't go through I complained numerous times they wouldn't even give me a single coin look at all the thousands of dollars that I put in shame on me but shame on them they are so tight I asked to speak to a manager and the emails that I got I can back up they are very crappy customer responseThis is what I get and all my responses

And this is how much that I played and half of them are overcharged they sent me an XL sheet that looks like this and this is what they put on my credit card half of us are double charged more than $2000 but I cant copy and paste they blocked it some how please e-mail your address I can forward it to you than
As a team we Could not pass cards for several days during a tournament and they said over the software issue As soon as a teammate we're trying to pass a card it will be expired is supposed to stay open for 24 hours they said they would compensate us I have that email to but they never did slot a mania is a rip off and when I complain and I put on satisfied they set my out of the rhythm so low that it set on kill
I need a legitimate email that I could send you what they sent me and show you how nasty they are to me and how tight they are not even one coin when they sent me out of the thousand dDollars I played this week but they charge me 2000 which I am double charge who do I complain to next to try to recoup some of my money

Started today with over 20 trillion point. Just went to play and I only have just over 5 trillion. And after spending a lot of money on this game for long time it's very very disappointing. Can I have my 15 trillion points back please. Thanks, upset slotomaniac very upset

Playtika Slotomania over the rainbow quest

That stupid ape game does not even have a 5 of a kind to pass to next level. I have spent well over 6 billion coins over the last week trying to pass this stage, I can not get 5 of a kind. I'm deleting this stupid game.

Never received my winnings for finishing a quest! I then got connected to a chat. That ended up being connected to a page that expected me to pay for a technician to resolve a problem that was the games mistake! This is completely ridiculous!

Playtika Clover adventure

Does NOT calculate the clover coins correctly in the Quest! I've been playing Slotomania for years now and I never thought I had to have an issue with trust. I was getting nowhere in the game and I started to watch what was going on. I was very disappointed.

Playtika purchase is blocked

I'm trying to make purchases but my access is denied. There was a problem in the past where I was overcharged on purchases I did not authorize. When I went to make a purchase, in the past, it would read "something went wrong please try again. That happened a number of times and I was charged each time I tried to make a purchase but it did not go through and repeated itself.. I straighten that out with my credit card and pay pal accounts and was made whole.
I now would like to make some purchases on these games but when I try it says access denied please contact customer support. That's what I'm doing now.
Can you help me out?

Playtika Slotomania

The game will not load. It's been an issue for two days. It doesn't even show the green bar on the screen. The game acts like it will open but will close after a couple seconds. The app is on my iPad. I've restarted my iPad, offloaded the app and reinstalled it. I do not want to delete the app and reinstall because I will lose everything. I don't have the app connected to Facebook.

Playtika games

Playtika is a huge rip off. The slots are way to tight. The game is designed to make you give them real money for fake money. No one is winning anymore and everyone is getting ripped off. Be like me, delete this game and never come back. There is a class action law suit against them for cheating us. I hope they lose their [censored] and have to lay-off all their so called employees. Pretty good racket if I would have thought of it. Haha I deleted the game almost a yr ago. Best thing i've ever done. No longer do I get frustrated at a game that's supposed to help relax you after a long day. So I don't feel sorry for any of you that our complaining. Delete the game or don't give them a penny. Maybe then they will change things up. If enough of us just stops. Maybe the game will return to being fun. I've stayed in a few groups just to be able to read about all the frustrations. And I have not been disappointed at all. Hahahahaha stop playing, delete this game. They're getting rich off of selling fake coins. Hmmmm and you don't get what you pay for either. I woke up, when are you?

Good morning, at 7.30 this morning I was playing Vegas casino link, I was lucky enough to receive the coin grab, I got the minor prize and what I can remember, six other coins, but as I pressed the whole screen turned off and went back to original game with no prize win. I don't know how you can see what happened, but yeah disappointed. Please see if you can see if it was a error on your games behave. Thanks so much for you time. Playtika bonus games

Big rip off!
Cheated me out of payout on my balinko!
Supposed to get free balinko game after finishing level rush. Finally gave me the balinko but didn't give the payout! I can't get a hold of customer support either! This game is getting worse and worse with not giving up coins! It keeps wanting you to buy extra ways to win them then when you do it still is a big rip off!#!

Playtika Not loading

I emailed help center earlier about an issue with not receiving any gold cards with the promo yesterday after that I could not get back into the game I am very frustrated because I can't get anyone to actually help me or they send me to some site that I have to pay I have never had these problems before I have been playing for years I spend lots of money in this site but to get someone to help me is near impossible

Playtika cheating me constantly and consistently by not rewarding me for points earned in various challenges or bonuses

These people are the most disgusting of online gaming companies. For real money, they constantly and consistently do not reward or award you for points earned through their gaming challenges or bonuses... Both.in the past few months, playtika/caesar's online gaming has cheated me at least 5 times, resulting in at least 10 billion points lost or not awarded through the above means. I am sick and tired of paying them for "goods and services" not rendered upon payment. This must stop immediately! They are crooks and frauds!
