My PlayerUp username is Qrenses.
I am filing this complaint because PlayerUp has still not paid me the $69.60 I am owed for a completed account sale, despite my repeated attempts over the past several weeks to contact the Middleman and get help from the company's support team.
I sold a game account through PlayerUp's official Middleman service. The transaction was completed, and the Middleman left positive feedback. My payout of $69.60 was scheduled for August 25, 2026, with a stated processing time of 1–96 hours.
That processing window passed, but the money never arrived in my bank account.
My account verification had been completed, and the High Risk status issue had been resolved. As far as I understood, there was no remaining verification issue preventing the transaction from being completed.
I did not simply wait without doing anything. I spent weeks trying to get a response and resolve this issue.
I sent repeated messages to the Middleman through PlayerUp's official conversation system, including follow-ups on August 28, August 31, and September 7, 2026. I also opened an urgent payout conversation on September 1. Despite these attempts and further follow-ups, I received no meaningful response for an extended period.
I also tried other available ways to contact PlayerUp. I contacted support by email, but this did not lead to a resolution. I attempted to use the Middleman help forum, but I could not submit a ticket because the forum displayed an error stating that posting was not permitted. I also tried the live chat link, only to receive a message that the company no longer used that chat link.
In other words, I repeatedly tried to reach someone who could actually help me, but I could not get a clear answer from the Middleman or the support team.
After weeks of waiting, the Middleman eventually contacted me around September 28–29 to ask whether the account holder name could be written using English/ASCII characters for the payment.
I replied immediately and confirmed that I could provide the requested name format if required by their payment system.
I cooperated with this request promptly. However, after providing the clarification, I still received no confirmation that the bank transfer had been sent, no payment reference, and no clear explanation of when I would receive my money.
The payout remains outstanding as of October 18, 2026.
I also tried raising the issue publicly on another review platform because I was struggling to get a response through PlayerUp's own channels. This eventually brought some acknowledgement of the payment-method issue, but I was subsequently informed that PlayerUp's profile on that platform was no longer active and was scheduled for removal. As a result, I could no longer rely on that platform to pursue the matter or submit a new review through the usual process.
It is extremely frustrating that I have had to spend so much time searching for a way to contact someone about money owed to me for a completed transaction.
I am not asking for anything unreasonable, just release the outstanding payment.
I understand that payment processing problems can happen. However, a scheduled payout that remains unpaid for this long, combined with repeated unsuccessful attempts to contact support, is unacceptable customer service.
I completed my part of the transaction, cooperated with the verification process, and responded immediately when the Middleman finally requested clarification. I should not have to spend weeks chasing the company for my own money.
I would appreciate a proper response and a concrete resolution. My goal is to receive the $69.60 I am owed and finally put this matter behind me.
You completed the sale and the Middleman even left positive feedback, so this is their failure, not yours. Send one final email to PlayerUp support and the Middleman with the subject "Final demand: unpaid payout $69.60 for Qrenses." Include the sale date, the August 25 payout date, your cleared verification, the name clarification you provided, and every screenshot. Demand a payment reference and the money within 7 days. If they miss it, file a consumer complaint with your state attorney general and the FTC, and open a dispute with your bank or payment provider if that is how you were paid. Stop chasing chat links. You are not asking for anything unreasonable.
